Photosensitive AlGaAs / GaAs Structures Grown by Molecular Beam Epitaxy
AlGaAs / GaAs photosensitive structures were grown by molecular beam epitaxy and photodetector de-vices were fabricated. The structures were characterized by reflection high-energy electron diffraction
(RHEED), reflectance anisotropy spectroscopy (RAS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Spectral charac-teristics of p-i-n structures were calculated. It is shown that obtained structures have atomically smooth
surface and abrupt heterointerfaces. Room-temperature I-V measurements of fabricated photodetectors
showed low dark current Id=3.38 nA at reverse bias Urev=5 V.

Three-loop universal anomalous dimension of the Wilson operators in N=4 SUSY Yang-Mills model
We present results for the three-loop universal anomalous dimension of Wilson
twist-2 operators in the N=4 Supersymmetric Yang-Mills model. These results are
obtained by extracting the most complicated contributions from the three loop
non-singlet anomalous dimensions in QCD which were calculated recently. Their
singularities at j=1 agree with the predictions obtained from the BFKL equation
for N=4 SYM in the next-to-leading order. The asymptotics of universal
anomalous dimension at large j is in an agreement with the expectations based
on an interpolation between weak and strong coupling regimes in the framework
of the AdS/CFT correspondence.Comment: LaTeX file, 13 pages, no figures. Some corrections, additional
remarks and references. In the last version the analysis of anomalous

Status of “Siberia-2” SR sourse preinjector
Improvements made in linac systems have significantly increased the reliability of its operation. At present time the linac injects an electron beam with an energy of 75 MeV, beam current of 65 mA (DE/E=1%), with a pulse duration of 18 ns at a repetition rate of 1 pps
Finite size giant magnons in the SU(2) x SU(2) sector of AdS_4 x CP^3
We use the algebraic curve and Luscher's mu-term to calculate the leading
order finite size corrections to the dispersion relation of giant magnons in
the SU(2) x SU(2) sector of AdS_4 x CP^3. We consider a single magnon as well
as one magnon in each SU(2). In addition the algebraic curve computation is
generalized to give the leading order correction for an arbitrary multi-magnon
state in the SU(2) x SU(2) sector.Comment: 19 pages; v2, v3: references added, typos fixe
The Spin-Dependent Structure Functions of Nuclei in the Meson-Nucleon Theory
A theoretical approach to the investigation of spin-dependent structure
functions in deep inelastic scattering of polarized leptons off polarized
nuclei, based on the effective meson-nucleon theory and operator product
expansion method, is proposed and applied to deuteron and . The explicit
forms of the moments of the deuteron and spin-dependent structure
functions are found and numerical estimates of the influence of nuclear
structure effects are presented.Comment: 42 pages revtex, 7 postscript figures available from above e-mail

Review of AdS/CFT Integrability, Chapter III.3: The dressing factor
We review the construction of the AdS/CFT dressing factor, its analytic
properties and several checks of its validity.Comment: 22 pages, see also overview article arXiv:1012.3982, v2: references
