    Currencies analysis based on stability using apriori-algorithm

    This paper presents the stability of currency that is more stable with respect to other currencies. Various currencies are studied and graphs are plotted with reference to dates on a yearly basis and analyze its patterns. The stability of a currency was determined by using Apriori-algorithm. This algorithm maneuver in continues manner unless the desired results are achieved.

    Anaesthesia at remote location: use of modified Bain circuit (Mapleson D) at Kunri Christian Hospital (KCH)

    OBJECTIVE: To develop a safe general anaesthesia technique for remote areas with lack of facilities. METHODS: Four types of anaesthesia techniques using TIVA and modified Bain circuit were planned. Monitoring facility was limited to manual sphygmomanometer, palpation of radial pulse and monitoring of colour of skin and blood. Depth of anaesthesia was assessed using EVANs, RPST scoring system. Patients were asked in recovery room for awareness. RESULTS: Surgeries done were cesarean sections, laparotomies, gynaecological, urological, hernia and burn contractures. Six patients had RPST score of 5 or more and three patients in recovery room complained of awareness. Cost per Anaesthesia was Rs225. CONCLUSION: TIVA with modified Bain circuit provided effective anaesthesia in remote area at low cost

    Shanghai Cooperation Organisation has greater relevance in Afghanistan because of its strategic importance and geographic proximity. For years, the country has harboured numerous extremist groups and insurgents. It has remained a battleground for US-led coalition forces and the Taliban for about two decades. Despite efforts by the US and its allies, peace has yet to be restored in Afghanistan, and the responsibility now rests on regional countries. It is crucial for these states, especially Eurasian nations, to work together to stabilise the war-torn country and bring lasting peace to the region. Therefore, the study examines the push and pull factors of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation’s interests in Afghanistan and the challenges that come with implementing their peace plans. The data has been collected from various primary and secondary sources, including websites, newspapers and research articles.     On the eventual periodicity of fractional order dispersive wave equations using RBFS and transform

    In this research work, let’s focus on the construction of numerical scheme based on radial basis functions finite difference (RBF-FD) method combined with the Laplace transform for the solution of fractional order dispersive wave equations. The numerical scheme is then applied to examine the eventual periodicity of the proposed model subject to the periodic boundary conditions. The implementation of proposed technique for high order fractional and integer type nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) is beneficial because this method is local in nature, therefore it yields and resulted in sparse differentiation matrices instead of full and dense matrices. Only small dimensions of linear systems of equations are to be solved for every center in the domain and hence this procedure is more reliable and efficient to solve large scale physical and engineering problems in complex domain. Laplace transform is utilized for obtaining the equivalent time-independent equation in Laplace space and also valuable to handle time-fractional derivatives in the Caputo sense. Application of Laplace transform avoids the time steeping procedure which commonly encounters the time instability issues. The solution to the transformed model is then obtained by computing the inversion of Laplace transform with an appropriate contour in a complex space, which is approximated by trapezoidal rule with high accuracy. Also since the Laplace transform operator is linear, it cannot be used to transform non-linear terms therefore let’s use a linearization approach and an appropriate iterative scheme. The proposed approach is tasted for some nonlinear fractional order KdV and Burgers equations.     Anxiolytic effect of midazolam premedication assessed by clinical and platelet aggregation profiles

    BACKGROUND: It is well documented that surgery is associated with increased anxiety, which has an adverse impact on patient\u27s outcome. This study was designed to assess the anxiolytic effect of midazolam in pre-anaesthetic medication by using clinical and platelet aggregation profiles.METHODS: Sixty ASA I and II female patients aged between 35 and 60 years undergoing elective abdominal hysterectomy were randomly divided into two equal groups. Group I received placebo as pre-medication while group II received 0.15 mg/kg midazolam as pre-medication 1 hour preoperatively. They were monitored for visual analogue scale (VAS) for anxiety, observer\u27s anxiety criteria, sedation score, blood pressure, heart rate and platelet aggregation profile immediately before and 1 hour after pre-medication.RESULTS: There was statistically significant difference with respect to VAS of anxiety, observer\u27s anxiety criteria, sedation scores, systolic and diastolic blood pressure (
