This Article Communicated An Approach For Determining The Precise Position Of The Person By Applying Smart Card Contactless And Wireless Communication Technologies. To Accomplish This Idea The Whole Scenario Is Divided Into Three Phases. In The First Phase Data Is Collected From The Area, In The Second Phase Data Activation Takes Place From The Area, Whereas In The Third Phase Data Is Processed To Obtain The Required Results For The Target(S). This Paper Provided Details On The Second Phase. The Concept Of Wireless Communication And Smart Card Is Taken Into Account For The Activation Purpose.
