    Get PDF
Let in even-dimensional a±nely connected space without a torsion A2m be given a composition Xm£Xm by the affinor a¯ ®. The affinor b¯ ®, determined with the help of the eigen-vectors of the matrix (a¯ ®), de¯nes the second composition Ym £ Y m. Conjugate compositions are introduced by the condition: the a±nors of any of both compositions transform the vectors from the one position of the composition, generated by the other a±nor, in the vectors from the another its position. It is proved that the compositions de¯ne by a±nors a¯ ® and b¯ ® are conjugate. It is proved also that if the composition Xm£Xm is Cartesian and composition Ym£Y m is Cartesian or chebyshevian, or geodesic than the space A2m is affine

The current socio-economic situation creates similar conditions and rules for companies in various industries around the world.in this vein, the study and educate the retention factors of the company are of a great importance.  The task of staff productivity increase and the overall effectiveness of its activities is relevant. The most important role in addressing the issue of employee productivity and performance increasing, as well as his retention is played by employee engagement. The researchers studying engagement at work recognize that this phenomenon is multifaceted and define it as an employee's physical, cognitive and emotional state, causing excessive performance of his functional duties. Involvement is interconnected with the motivational potential of work, therefore, the conditions for the engagement development are the following ones: work significance and diversity, the comparison of work with its result. The authors of the article conducted the study of engagement at work in the enterprises of fishing and fish processing industries. We determined the problems that impede the growth of staff engagement. The authors of the article implemented the program of corrective actions aimed to improve the factors affecting the engagement at work and retention of staff. We determined the interdependence of involvement level and the coefficient of staff turnover, as well as the return of employees to some holding.

The article outlines current trends in the legal regulation of foreign direct investment; analyzes the current approaches of EAEU member states to the restriction of foreign investment; systematizes the provisions of the Union law, which affect the adoption and application of national measures to restrict and control foreign direct investment; identifies the conceptual differences between EAEU law and EU law in regulating freedom of establishment. The aim of the research is to determine the degree of the EAEU law influence on the introduction by member states of restrictive measures against direct investment from member states. The author concludes that the legal framework for national measures to restrict FDI from member states is predetermined by the norms of the Union law on ensuring freedom of establishment as a form of investment, operated with individual and general exceptions, that allow to take the measures necessary to protect the national priority interests

Origins and consequences of persistent stat3 activation in colorectal carcinoma cells

    Get PDF
A very interesting emerging target in cancer therapy is the signal transducer and activator of transcription - 3 (Stat3). One major purpose of this work is an analysis of functions of Stat3-activation in colorectal cancer cells, by studying its influence on parameters such as cell proliferation, invasion properties, and anchorage-independent growth. Moreover, the project intends to correlate the expression of malignancy-associated proteinases with aberrant Stat3 activity, thereby possibly identifying novel target genes of Stat3 in the context of CRC. Another goal of this work is to investigate potential origins of persistent Stat3 activation in colorectal cancer tissue. Methods of discriminating between paracrine and autocrine mechanisms of Stat3 are to be developed with the goal of obtaining information on the nature of the factor(s) that induce Stat3 activity in CRC cells

JORDANIAN ZEOLITIC TUFF AS A RAW MATERIAL FOR THE PREPARATION OF SUBSTRATES USED FOR PLANT GROWTH

    Get PDF
One of the problems faced in front of industry for potting media is limited amount of quality row materials (mainly peat) for unlimited production of quality substrates in the future. The using of natural minerals for production of substrates or as amendments for existing substrates is possible solution for this problem. The natural zeolites with their specific properties – high CEC, high content of macro and microelements are one of good alternatives to the traditional potting media. Each zeolite deposit has unique chemical composition, physical and mechanical properties. That is why obligatory preliminary condition for their successful application in agriculture is caring out of biological study with agricultural plants for determination of the optimal parameters of chemical and physicochemical properties of the substrates

At all times, clothing has been the most important element that helps a man to get used to new climatic and geographical conditions, therefore it is able to characterize the picture of society at every stage of its development. At the regional level, clothing research is mainly of a historical and cultural orientation, but ethnographic research of clothing is needed, which would accurately describe the subject of the research, its graphic image, design and technological features, since over time the invaluable experience of its production will be forgotten and lost. The article discusses footwear (clothes for legs) for men, women and children of linear villages, starting from its archaic variants to modern ones; methods for the production of footwear (woven, sewn, molded), materials for the manufacture of footwear – vegetable origin (wood bark, reed stalks, hemp ropes), animal origin (leather, wool) and chemical (rubber), as well as its design and technological features

A Dress jacket (a Circassian coat). On the question of ethnographic research of the North Caucasian Cossack clothes

Features of the North Caucasian Cossack uniform are currently of great interest to researchers, as it is an integral part of military life. In the first half of the XIX century the uniform of the Russian troops and Cossack regiments on the Caucasian Line was badly adapted to the local climate and geographical conditions. Officers combined items of their uniforms with the elements of a mountain suit, which created the ground for the reform of the army uniform; the same was observed in the Caucasian Cossack linear regiments, where the process of outfit unification was going on “according to the Circassian model”. The form of the Circassian model in the CLFCH was enshrined in the legislation on January 16, 1831; in 1840 - in ChCK. In the KKV formed on November 19, 1860, it was supposed to have two upper shoulder uniforms - a dress jacket (ceremonial half-caftan (robe)) of dark blue cloth and a Circassian coat of the same cut with a uniform. What, nevertheless, is the difference between the uniform (Circassian) and the Circassian robe? The preliminary work allowed us to conclude that the unifying element of the objects under the general name “Circassian” (a uniform, in particular, a Circassian robe) was only the presence of cartridge belt and V-shaped cut; the outfit of the North Caucasian Cossacks changed according to the regulations of the War Department, and its constructive and technological solution, in our opinion, was built in accordance with the constructive and technological features of the general army uniform
