The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with the criteria for Retail MSMEs actors in Garung District, Wonosobo Regency, and at least the business had been operating for one year. The data analysis technique used in this research was SEM Smart PLS.Result – The development of Retail MSMEs was significantly influenced by the implementation of PSBB and was moderated by the Covid-19 pandemic. Implication – This study can assist businesses and the government during a pandemic outbreak.Originality – This is the first study examining the influence of a pandemic outbreak on the development of MSMEs in the retail industry

    Analysis of Factors Influencing the Existence of Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT)

    Purpose - This study aims to see the effect of regulation, supervision, institutional capacity on the existence of BMTs in Wonosobo. The data used in this study by distributing questionnaires directly to BMT employees in Wonosobo.Method - The population in this study were all 291 BMT employees. After passing the probability sampling, the sample in this study were 74 employees who worked at BMT Wonosobo. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression, then using descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, goodness of fit tests, classic assumption tests which include: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing including coefficient test determination and significant test of the regression coefficient with a significance f of 5%.Result - The results of this study indicate that regulation, supervision, and capacity have a positive effect on the existence of BMT.Implication - The results of this study are expected to provide benefits to companies, to contribute to the factors that influence the existence of BMT so that they can make the right decisions and policies to make them more optimal.Originality- Research on assessment Existence of BMT with view of regulation and supervision.

    The policy of studying at home or studying online is a new problem in the field of education. The difference is very clearly seen due to the lack of readiness of parents in assisting children, the limited facilities provided by parents to children, and the lack of material explanations given by teachers to students. For this reason, UNSIQ Thematic KPM 2021 students participate in community life by providing direction and learning assistance for students in Lipursari Village both online and face-to-face.This research focuses on identifying the role and function of learning assistance in increasing the enthusiasm for learning of students in Lipursari Village during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data were collected from the impressions and messages given by the students participating in the learning mentoring until the learning mentoring process ended. Then the data is analyzed and then narrated. The existence of learning assistance carried out by UNSIQ 2021 Thematic KPM students can have a positive influence on students. This learning assistance can help students who have difficulty studying at home both in understanding learning materials and adding other knowledge and also provide good results for the student learning process

    EMOSI POSITIF: DALAM HUBUNGAN STORE ATMOSPHERE TERHADAP IMPULSE BUYING

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap impulse buying melalui emosi positif pada konsumen minimarket Pamong Siswo di Wonosobo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen minimarket Pamong Siswo di Wonosobo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner offline dan online yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).             Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, (2) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, (3) Emosi Positif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, (4) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying melalui Emosi Positif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien mediasi Emosi Positif sebesar 0,459 lebih besar dari pengaruh langsung sebesar 0,366 sehingga variabel Emosi Positif terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh Store Atmosphere terhadap Impulse Buying

    Brand Image Islamic: Halal Food Product Quality in Relationship To Repurchase Intention

    The theory of repurchase intention is one theory that explains customer behavior. Customers respond positively to the quality of service and intend to consume the company's products again. Many researchers study customer behavior influenced by service and product quality, but not much research has been conducted from an Islamic brand image perspective. An Islamic brand image is a form of brand image in the minds of consumers by using Islamic names. This research is causal research, which aims to analyze the relationship and influence of two or more phenomena through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used was the accidental sampling method. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire using the Linkert scale. After being tested statistically using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, the study results show that the quality of halal food products affects repurchase intentions. Islamic Brand Image mediates the effect of the relationship between the quality of halal food products on repurchase intentions at Yuasa Food Wonosobo. The halal aspect is one of the special considerations in the future, and this aspect needs to be developed further

    Dimensional Analysis of Dissatisfaction Against Brand Switching

    Brand switching is a brand switching made by consumers by buying products of the same category but with different brands. This study aims to identify the factors that influence brand switching, namely dissatisfaction with technical quality, dissatisfaction with information quality, dissatisfaction with community support and dissatisfaction with post consumption that affect brand switching. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis test equipment. The sample used was 109 respondents with the sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. The results showed that dissatisfaction with technical quality had a positive effect on brand switching. Dissatisfaction with information quality has a positive effect on brand switching. Dissatisfaction with community support has a positive effect on brand switching.     Sistem Penghargaan (Rewards) Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan Swasta

    Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menguji pengaruh dimensi Sistem Penghargaan (Rewards) yang terdiri dari Financial Rewards, Inherent Rewards dan Non-Financial Rewards terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan studi pada perusahaan PT. Shung Shim International Kabupaten Tegal. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 85 orang dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Financial Rewards, Inherent Rewards dan Non-Financial Rewards diterima, artinya Sistem Penghargaan (Rewards) berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, bahwa apabila sistem penghargaan diterapkan dengan baik, maka akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan baik. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambah jumlah variabel bebas, atau menambah variabel tidak langsung (Intervening). This research is research with a study on the company PT. Shung Shim International, Tegal Regency. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The sample used is 85 people using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and the data was collected using a questionnaire.These results indicate that Financial Rewards, Inherent Rewards and Non-Financial Rewards are accepted, meaning that the Reward System has an effect on employee performance. Thus, that if the reward system is implemented properly, it will be able to improve employee performance well. For further research, it is recommended to increase the number of independent variables, or to add indirect variables (intervening).     CELEBRATION OF THE MAWLID OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD SAW: RITUAL AND SHARE ISLAM VALUE IN INDONESIAN

    Mawlid celebrations in several countries have become a sacred and festive agenda. The agenda was enlivened with great festivities and rituals to broadcast the struggle of the Prophet Muhammad to the people from the past until now. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the annual Mawlid celebration, between the ceremony and the nuances of rituals or symbols of Islam in Indonesia. This article is carried out by reviewing literature on ten international publications and other literature that has successfully discussed the celebration of the Prophet's Birthday or Maulid Nabi by Muslims, then analyzed in depth so that the results are valid and reliable with a phenomenological approach. The findings of this study are Muslims who hold Maulid celebrations equipped with rituals and announcements on a large scale. The celebration of Maulid provides an Islamic atmosphere for Muslims to learn about the history of the Prophet and to establish and participate in friendship with fellow believers who lived 14 different centuries from the Prophet in the struggle of Islam
