Análisis de viabilidad de la implementación de biodigestores como alternativa energética para familias de áreas rurales

Trabajo de SíntesisLos biodigestores son una tecnología que si bien se ha venido desarrollando hace algunos años es relativamente desconocida para el común de la gente. Los pequeños productores del área rural y sus familias se ven enfrentados constantemente al abandono del estado y cuentan con muchas de sus necesidades básicas insatisfechas, entre estas, el acceso a fuentes de energía térmica para la cocción de sus alimentos, por tanto, deben recurrir a fuentes como la leña y similares al momento de cocinar, lo cual causa graves afectaciones a la salud por el humo y las partículas que se liberan al momento de la combustión. El presente trabajo tiene como razón de ser el análisis de la viabilidad de instalar biodigestores tubulares de bajo costo en poblaciones de áreas rurales, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de los residentes de dichos lugares, mejorar su independencia económica al aprovechar el biofertilizante que es un subproducto que en tiempo reciente se ha convertido en una oportunidad de negocio y contribuir a la disminución de la huella de carbono por medio de la reducción de la emisión de gases de efecto invernadero.1. En el llamado primer mundo sólo se registran 2 a 9 defunciones maternas por 100 000 nacidos vivos; en países en desarrollo las cifras oscilan desde 300 a 1000 o más. Es decir, las mujeres de los países en desarrollo corren un riesgo de morir durante el embarazo o parto 50 a 100 veces mayor que el que presenta una mujer del mundo desarrollado. Desplazamiento forzado una experiencia de reconfiguración de la identidad masculina

El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo comprender la dinámica de configuración de las identidades masculinas en condición de desplazamiento forzado. Teniendo en cuenta que este fenómeno afecta de manera diferencial a los hombres, surge el interés por estudiar la reconfiguración de la identidad. Resulta importante generar comprensiones sobre el desplazamiento forzado y las masculinidades como ejes centrales que aportan a los procesos del acompañamiento psicosocial con esta población. Para ello se trabajó con una muestra intencionada de cuatro hombres entre 30 y 50 años de edad en condición de desplazamiento forzado. En el estudio realizado se encontró una afectación en las dinámicas familiares, el papel de la mujer, el trabajo y la identidad masculina en relación con la etiqueta social de desplazado.This research has objective to understand the dynamic configuration of the masculinity identity in forced displacement conditions. Given that this phenomenon affects differentially men, became the interest for studying reconfiguration of the identity. La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial en escenarios de violencia Departamentos de Casanare, Quibdó y Cundinamarca.

Este trabajo consiste en un análisis de diferentes contextos de violencia, que nos permite aplicar las herramientas metodológicas necesarias para realizar un buen acompañamiento psicosocial en las comunidades que viven escenarios de violencia, que les ayude a mitigar las secuelas causadas y continuar con su proyecto de vida. Se analizara el caso de la comunidad de cacarica y de relatos que se le aplicara la narrativa como herramienta metodológica. En el relato del señor Fabio Campo y el caso y el caso de la comunidad de cacarica, se evidencian situaciones que le generan trauma a las víctimas del conflicto armado, tales como desplazamiento, muerte, problemas de comportamiento, emocional y de salad física, causadas por los escenarios de violencias vividas. Se establece un correcto acompañamiento psicosocial a las víctimas que les permita recuperar su identidad, dignidad y su sentido por la vida desacuerdo a las variables identificadas.This work consists of an analysis of different contexts of violence, which allows us to apply the necessary methodological tools to perform a good psychosocial accompaniment in the communities that live in scenarios of violence, to help them mitigate the consequences caused and continue with their life project. . In Vitro Antioxidant and Antihypertensive Activity of Edible Insects Flours (Mealworm and Grasshopper) Fermented with Lactococcus lactis Strains

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the potential antioxidant and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibition (ACEI) activity of edible insect flours fermented with Lactococcus lactis strains. For the fermentation, mealworm and grasshoppers flours were dissolved (0.5% w/v) in buffer solution (pH 7.0) and individually inoculated (3%) with Lactococcus lactis strains (NRRL B-50571, NRRL B-50572). The samples were incubated for 72 h at 30 ◦C, and the pH was recorded. The degree of hydrolysis (DH) and protein content were determined. The total polyphenol compounds, antioxidant activity (ABTS, DPPH, ORAC, and FRAP), and ACEI of the \u3c3 kDa fractions were ana- lyzed. The pH of the fermented samples decreased to 3.5–3.9 (p \u3c 0.05). The fermented grasshopper flour showed an increased DH (0.42%) and overall higher total polyphenol content (8.23 mg Gallic Acid Equivalent/mL). In general, the highest antioxidant activity was for the grasshopper fractions fermented for 24 h by Lactococcus lactis NRRL B-50572, which also showed 23.47% ACEI inhibition with an IC50 of 0.97 mg/mL. The peptide profile obtained increased after fermentation, being higher for the mealworm flour fermented sample. This study presents, for the first time, the use of specific strains of Lactococus lactis for fermenting edible insect-derived products in the production of bioactive compounds with potential antioxidant and antihypertensive activity

Assessing the efficiency of science, technology and innovation using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA): The case of Colombia

This paper provides insights into how to approach the assessment of scientific production efficiency using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The methods employed in this paper take into account both the CCR and Assurance Region (AR) models, which are based on science, technology and innovation (STI) indicators. The sample focuses on the departments in Colombia as well as the Capital District (C.D.). The research concludes that both models calculate the efficiency of the units of analysis. Furthermore, according to the country’s STI targets, AR is susceptible to hierarchies generated within the variables.Se plantea una aproximación de medición de la eficiencia de la producción científica mediante el Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA): modelos CCR y Assurance Region (AR) con base en los indicadores de ciencia, tecnología e innovación (CTI) en los departamentos y en el Distrito Capital (D.C.) de Colombia.  Se concluyó que ambos modelos calculan la eficiencia de las unidades de análisis, siendo AR susceptible a jerarquizaciones generadas en las variables de acuerdo a los objetivos país en temas de CTI

Este informe es realizado teniendo en cuenta los relatos del libro de voces, relatos de violencia y esperanza en Colombia desde una perspectiva narrativa, con este informe se abordan situaciones de subjetividades sumergidas en el ámbito de la violencia y en cada una de las bibliografías de las unidades durante el desarrollo de este diplomado, las cuales serán las bases para la argumentación de las distintas actividades del mismo. Para el abordaje del acompañamiento psicosocial a las víctimas del conflicto armado en Colombia, es necesario tener bases teóricas que ayuden a entender la situación de estas personas, así como la forma de abordar las acciones y estrategias para trabajar en la problemática, es así como durante el desarrollo de este diplomado se plantean situaciones y vivencias dentro del contexto de los estragos causados por la violencia socio política que tiene Colombia. Este diplomado tiene como objetivo no solo relatar hechos o sucesos ya conocidos por nosotros, si no ver estas situaciones desde otro enfoque, el cual busca acciones y estrategias distintas de abordar el tema, desde un enfoque narrativo, expresivo y perfomativo se pretende entender a estas víctimas y así mismo ayudar a superar estas situaciones. La construcción de Resiliencia en estas personas son parte fundamental en el acompañamiento psicosocial y estrategias de trabajo de los profesionales que abordan estos temas, esto permitirá la reconstrucción del tejido social y fortalecimiento de las familias y a todas estas personas que sufrieron o que fueron víctimas de este conflicto. Durante el desarrollo de esta actividad se abordó el caso de gloria, donde había como objetivo identificar los fragmentos que más llamaran la atención del grupo, con el fin de identificar características propias del caso, así mismo se plantean preguntas estratégicas, reflexivas y circulares alrededor del caso, con el fin de generar un proceso de reflexión acerca de cómo se abordaría el caso. During the developing of the activity, we study the case of Gloria, where the main objective was to identify the fragments who impact the most to the group, to address the characteristics of the case, in order to have a reflexion process that will help to understand how to approach the case. In the same way the Panduri case was prepared to identify damages and psychosocial affectations after the violent attack, in this way strategy actions were presented to understand the magnitude of the problem and the appropriate approach to intervene the community and help them to overcome all that happen

La Imagen y la Narrativa como Herramientas para el Abordaje Psicosocial en Escenarios de Violencia. Bogotá, Villavicencio y Zipaquirá (Cundinamarca).

El presente trabajo basado en la imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial de escenarios de violencia desde Bogotá, Villavicencio y el Municipio de Zipaquirá, del Departamento de Cundinamarca, tiene como objetivo el llevar a analizar el relato de Modesto Pacayá y el caso de Peñas Coloradas, en donde se evidencian sucesos de violencia que traen consigo secuelas negativas en la vida de sus víctimas, pero también demuestra su temple y capacidad de superar dichas situaciones, permitiendo un escenario de reflexión, causando el deseo de poder intervenir como profesionales, para lograr aportar con estrategias psicosociales, que ayuden a estas y otras personas que se puedan ver involucradas en actos violentos e injustos. En el relato de Modesto Pacayá, se muestra una secuencia de hechos violentos que atentan contra su integridad y calidad de vida, obligándolo a aislarse de su núcleo familiar y actuando de una manera que afecta su salud mental y emocional, para más adelante lograr reunirse con su familia y tener una mejor calidad de vida. El caso de Peñas Coloradas, pueblo de colonos al que llegaban personas del Huila y Tolima, junto con provenientes desde Cauca, Valle, y Santander, quienes tuvieron que apresurarse a buscar la salida debido a la violencia que se presenciaba, cabe resaltar que no les fue fácil escapar ya que en toda la zona existían episodios vehementes de estos hechos, viéndose atacados por el ejército y desplazados de su territorio, perjudicando su estabilidad; son un ejemplo de resiliencia para las comunidades que siguen violentadas y que no han logrado encontrar un camino de paz. En los relatos mencionados se tiene certeza de que fueron personas que estuvieron en caos, llenos de impactos negativos que dañaron sus vidas, con huellas que los marcaron, pero que finalmente lograron superar. Es importante que psicológicamente puedan ser ayudados, evitar los artificios de intimidación que les impide salir de cada fragmento violento del cual fueron víctimas, la preocupación y/o traumas, como de otros posibles acontecimientos, como amenazas de muerte y los trances de desastres causados por las FARC y cada agente perteneciente a la violencia.The present work based on the image and the narrative as tools for the psychosocial approach to violence scenarios from Bogotá, Villavicencio and the Municipality of Zipaquirá, in the Department of Cundinamarca, aims to analyze the story of Modesto Pacayá and the case de Peñas Coloradas, where violent events are evidenced that bring negative consequences in the lives of their victims, but also demonstrates their mettle and ability to overcome such situations, allowing a scenario of reflection, causing the desire to be able to intervene as professionals, in order to contribute with psychosocial strategies that help these and other people who may be involved in violent and unjust acts. In the stories mentioned, it is certain that they were subjects who were in chaos, full of negative impacts that damaged their lives, with traces that marked them, but that they finally managed to overcome. It is important that psychologically they can be helped, avoid intimidation strategies that prevent them from leaving each violent fragment of which they were victims, worry and / or traumas, as well as other possible events, such as death threats and disasters caused by the FARC, and every agent belonging to the violence

Proyecto de emprendimiento social para microtextileros

La elaboración de este documento está dirigida a desarrollar un nuevo emprendimiento social, en base a la fabricación de camisetas a partir de nuevos insumos que sean amigables con el planeta. Con la puesta en marcha de este negocio se abre una línea de ropa innovadora que tiene a muchos beneficiarios; como lo son los micro textileros de la localidad de Puente Aranda desde la parte comercial; por otra parte, los clientes que adquieren un producto que es sustentable para tener un mundo mejor; todo esto se logra con las camisetas RECO estilo, donde el objetivo social es reducir el consumo de agua, energía y otros recursos naturales, aportando desde la industria textil a los objetivos de la ONU para el 2030. Con esta investigación se evidenció que la viabilidad de poder llevar el negocio a el nivel de la ejecución de acuerdo a la propuesta y planteamiento de los recursos económicos, técnicos y humanos, cumple las expectativas de ser rentable con un mercado creciente en la planeación a tres años, con una inversión de $13´000.000 en 5 socios, para adquirir los activos fijos y adecuación de las instalaciones, así como los gastos que se necesitan para inicio y arrancar el emprendimiento ya. With the start-up of this business, an innovative clothing line is opened that has many beneficiaries; as are the micro textiles in the town of Puente Aranda from the commercial side; on the other hand, customers who purchase a product that is sustainable to have a better world; all this is achieved with the RECO style t-shirts, where the social objective is to reduce the consumption of water, energy and other natural resources, contributing from the textile industry to the objectives of the UN for 2030. With this investigation it was evidenced that the feasibility of being able to bring the business to the level of execution according to the proposal and approach of economic, technical and human resources, meets the expectations of being profitable with a growing market in three-year planning, with an investment of$13' 000,000 in 5 partners, to acquire the fixed assets and adaptation of the facilities, as well as the expenses that are needed to start and start the venture now.
