Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na posouzení finanční situace firmy, za pomocí použití ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Tyto ukazatele, indexy a modely jsou poté použity na analýzu společnosti M.H.Mont s.r.o., k odhalení jejích možných finančních problému. Obsahuje také návrhy, které by mohly přispět k zlepšení její současné situace a budoucího vývoje.This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial condition of firms, by using financial analysis. These indicators, indices and models are then applied to the analysis of M.H.Mont s.r.o., to reveal potential financial problems. It also includes proposals that could contribute to improving the current situation and future development.

WHAT TO DO? Conversion of industrial premises, Brno - Obřany

Název napovídá řešení stále aktuálnějšího problému odkazu průmyslových areálů. Úkolem práce bylo zvážit možnosti nového využítí objektů v areálu bývalé přádelny v Brně, Obřanech. To s návazností na nejdůležitější objekt - bývalou Esslerovu přádelnu, který se měl dle zadání proměnit na školu architektury magisterského stupně pro celkem sto studentů. Práce se zaměřuje na napojení areálu na život obce, jenž má potenciál krystalického bodu. Řeší objekty samotné, hledá jejich vhodné využítí, přes komerční prostory či bydlení studentů. To vše je spojeno konceptem „sjednocení“, jež se propisuje celým místem a snaží se vytvořit jednoduché a přehledné a hlavně příjemné veřejné prostory. Samotná škola – budova bývalé přádelny – odhaluje největší sílu v jejím otevřeném prostoru, kdy lze přehlédnout celou její strukturu. V návrhu jsem vycházel z tohoto přesvědčení, jež šlo ruku v ruce s mou představou otevřené školy. Chtěl jsem vytvořit školu, kde by studenti mohli tvořit spolu, měli přehled o dění jiných studentů, konzultace pedagogů by se staly veřejnou záležitostí, jež by mohl přihlížet každý student ze školy.The name of the project prompts the problems of legacy of industrial premises. The goal of my work was to consider, how to use the buildings in the premises in Obřany, Brno. The aim was on the most important object – former building of Essler’s spinning factory, which was supposed to be turned into school of architecture for one hundred students in two school years. The work aims on connection of the area with the city. It solves objects themselves, tries to find accurate usage of them, for example commersial premises, student housing and so on. All this is united with the concept of „union“, which goes throught the whole area and tries to create simple a most of all plesant public places. The school – building of former spinning factory – disclose it’s strenght in it‘s open space, when the whole structure of the building is visible. I came from this conviction into my project, that agreed with my image of open shool. I wanted to design a school, where students could create together, where they would have review of the whole space, about other students. Tuitions would become public matter, where everybody could join.

Economic Evaluation of the Investment Project

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením investičního záměru společnosti KOVOLIT a.s., která uvažuje o obměně stávající manipulační techniky ve svém provozu. Výhodnost této investice je posuzována za pomoci vybraných nástrojů pro hodnocení efektivity investice, s cílem zjistit zda je tato investice pro společnost vhodná.This master´s thesis deals with evaluation of an investment plan of technological company KOVOLIT a.s., that considers replacement of currently used handling equipment in it´s operations. Feasibility of the investment is evaluated by using chosen tools for evaluating of investment effectiveness in order to decide whether the investment is suitable for the company.

Role of small states in the Persian Gulf with special emphasis on a client-patron relationship

Bakalářská práce na téma Role malých států Perského zálivu v regionu s ohledem na vztah patron-klient je rozdělena do třech částí, jejichž cílem je poukázat na vývoj postavení tzv. malých států v regionu v jejich novodobé historii. První část se věnuje teoretickému pozadí mezinárodních vztahů, které je důležitou součástí jejich výzkumu. V této části jsou vytyčeny nejdůležitější charakteristiky teorií konstruktivismu, neorealismu a teorie regionálního bezpečnostního komplexu a také atributy některých důležitých konceptů jako je vztah mezi patronem a klientem nebo způsob formování aliancí. Druhá část je věnována nejdůležitějším momentům 80. a první poloviny 90. let 20. století v regionu Zálivu, které měly dopad na jeho další vývoj. Ve třetí části je potom kladen důraz na některé důležité momenty, které v posledních 20. letech usměrnily vývoj jednoho z malých států Perského zálivu - Kataru. Hlavní osou druhé a třetí části přitom je především partnerství malých států se Spojenými státy Americkými, které v těchto vztazích vystupují jako patron. Konec teoretické části je doplněn tabulkou, která obsahuje základní předpoklady pro chování malých států přičemž platnost těchto předpokladů v případě Kataru je zhodnocena ve shrnutí práce.The Bachelor thesis the Role of small states in the Persian Gulf with special emphasis on a client-patron relationship is divided into three parts, whose aim is to show the development of the position of so called small states in the Persian Gulf region in their modern history. The first part deals with the theoretical background of international relations, which is important part of their research. This section explores the most important characteristics of theories of constructivism, neo-realism and theory of regional security complex and also attributes of some important concepts like relationship between patron and client or the way of alliance formation. The second part is devoted to the most important moments of 1980s and first half of 1990s in the Persian Gulf region, which affected development of this region. The third part puts emphasis on some important moments in last 20 years, which gave direction to the development of one of the small states of Persian Gulf - Qatar. The main axis of the second and third part is foremost partnership of these small states with the United States of America, which are in the position of patron. Zastavěnou plochu tvoří přibližně 135m2. Velikost domu je 6+kk. V domě se nachází také garáž pro dvě auta, prádelna a pracovnaThe theme of bachelor´s work is a house in standard implementation. The house is placed in sloping terrain. The shape of it is created by blocks with gabled roof. The main enternance to the house is situated in upper floor. The built-up area is approximately 135m2. Size of the house is 6+kc. The house includes a garage for two cars, a laundry and a workroom.

HUMAN (DRIVER) ERRORS

Currently CTU FTS creates Road Safety Inspection (RSI) in Central Bohemia region. The survey is specialized in roads of class II. This article is a part of a new study which is created by CTU FTS and focuses on human (driver) errors. Research results will be used for a training of road safety inspectors

DLC/TI THIN FILMS PROPERTIES PREPARED BY HYBRID LASER TECHNOLOGIES

Layers of diamond-like carbon are usable in many fields of industry as well as in medicine. Many scientific groups have worked with different types of deposition techniques to prepare DLC layers with improved or unique properties. The DLC properties could be improved by various dopations. In this study, we focused on DLC layers doped by titanium, prepared by hybrid laser depositions. Two techniques were used: Dual pulse laser deposition (DualPLD) and pulse laser deposition in combination with magnetron sputtering (PLD/MS). Thin-Layer Hydroxyapatite Deposition on a Nanofiber Surface Stimulates Mesenchymal Stem Cell Proliferation and Their Differentiation into Osteoblasts

Pulsed laser deposition was proved as a suitable method for hydroxyapatite (HA) coating of coaxial poly-ɛ-caprolactone/polyvinylalcohol (PCL/PVA) nanofibers. The fibrous morphology of PCL/PVA nanofibers was preserved, if the nanofiber scaffold was coated with thin layers of HA (200 nm and 400 nm). Increasing thickness of HA, however, resulted in a gradual loss of fibrous character. In addition, biomechanical properties were improved after HA deposition on PCL/PVA nanofibers as the value of Young's moduli of elasticity significantly increased. Clearly, thin-layer hydroxyapatite deposition on a nanofiber surface stimulated mesenchymal stem cell viability and their differentiation into osteoblasts. The optimal depth of HA was 800 nm
