TATA CARA PENGURANGAN DENDA PKB DAN BBNKB DI PROVINSI ACEH PADA UPTB WILAYAH II BADAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN ACEH

Laporan Kerja Praktek ini merupakan tugas akhir mahasiswa Program Diploma III Perpajakan Universitas Syiah Kuala yang telah menyelesaikan Praktek Kerja Lapangan yang dilaksanakan terhitung dari 13 Februari sampai dengan 13 April 2017 pada Kantor SAMSAT/UPTB Wilayah II Badan Pengelolaan keuangan Aceh.Tujuan Laporan Kerja Praktek ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tata Cara Pengurangan denda PKB dan BBNKB di Provinsi Aceh pada Kantor SAMSAT/UPTB Wilayah II Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aceh. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan untuk mendukung Penulisan Laporan Kerja Praktek penulis menggunakan 2 (dua) metode, yaitu observasi lapangan melalui pengamatan langsung serta wawancara untuk mendapatkan teori yang mendukung data. Berdasarkan hasil penulisan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tata Cara Pengurangan denda PKB dan BBNKB di Provinsi Aceh pada Kantor SAMSAT/UPTB Wilayah II Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aceh telah dilaksanakan dan baik dan sesuai dengan Surat Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Aceh. Deskripsi Pembelajaran Matematika Dengan Metode Socrates Dalam Pendekatan Kontekstual di SMP

Masalah dalam peneitian ini adalah bagaimanakah deskripsi pembelajaran matematika dengan metode Socrates dalam pendekatan kontekstual pada siswa SMP Negeri 13 Makassar. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran matematika dengan metode Socrates dalam pendekatan kontekstual pada siswa SMP Negeri 13 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data  dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 13 Makassar dalam  pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan metode Socrates dalam pendekatan kontekstual. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah lembar observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika dengan metode Socrates dalam pendekatan kontekstual pada siswa kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 13 Makassar tergolong dalam kategori cukup. Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata kemampuan pembelajaran matematika siswa kelas VIIA  sebesar 65,43 dan kemampuan pembelajaran matematika yang lebih dominan adalah siswa dengan kategori cukup dengan presentase 46,4% dari 28 siswa

The Impact of Risk Profile, Capital Adequacy Ratio, And Good Corporate Governance Implementation On Islamic Bank Financial Performance

The goal of this study is to know how the influence of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to the financial  performance of  Islamic Banks that operates actively in Indonesia. 9 Islamic Banks datas with the 2012-2015 period is used in this study. The analysis technique used multiple regresion using SPSS version 23 software. The results of this study indicate that Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is not significant to financial performance. SEMIOTIC ANALYSIS OF BUTET KARTAREDJASA’S VISUAL ARTWORK “GORO-GORO BHINEKA KERAMIK”

AbstrakArtikel ini merupakan sebuah analisis makna terhadap karya-karya seni visual Butet Kartaredjasa “Goro-Goro Bhineka Keramik”. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan focus pada pendekatan semiotika dyadic Ferdinand De Saussure. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karya-karya “Goro-Goro Bhineka Keramik” memiliki makna tentang pentingnya sikap kritis bagi si seniman, sindiran politik yang memecah belah masyarakat serta pentingnya menjaga persatuan di tengah keberagaman sebagai identitas bangsa Indonesia.AbstractThe paper is a meaning analysis on artworks “Goro-Goro Bhineka Ceramic” by Butet Kartaredjasa. Membaca Ulang Diskursus Perang dalam al-Qur’an Perspektif Muhammad Abdel Haleem

This article aims to to explore Abdel Haleem's perspective on the portrayal of war in the Koran. The concept of war in the Quran has long been associated with negative connotations against Islam. However, Haleem offers a distinct perspective to help comprehend the concept of war in the Quran. Using a qualitative research design employing a character criticism research model, this article reveals that the conventional understanding of the concept of war has undergone several distortions, as both Muslim and Western scholars have misconstrued it. Haleem attributes these errors to misunderstandings of the Islamic terminology used for war, particularly the translation of the terms qital and jihad. The Quran commands war only to establish justice and peace. Although the theme of war in the Quran cannot be used without clear objectives, Haleem acknowledges the importance of the concept of war as a means to halt crime

Analyzing the emergence of efl students critical thinking and critical literacy ability in story telling project

Critical literacy and critical thinking has been recognized as an essential skill in general education and language learning activities. The development of critical literacy and thinking skill is important to the students’ educational success in their current and future grades as thinking is a way of learning content. Storytelling project attains to emerge critical literacy and critical thinking skills. The more they can develop higher order skills by reading and making judgments about the credibility of sources of information. This paper is written to achieve the objectives: 1) to find outwhat are critical literacy skills that emerging inthe process of preparing thescript of storytelling project, 2) to find out what critical thinking skills are emerging inthe process of preparing the script of storytelling project. Thisqualitative research, particularly a case study. This researchwas conducted to the forth semester of class A at English Education Department of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The research data was obtained from observation, document analysis, and questionnaire. The data transcribed, categorized into central themes, and interpreted into a description form and response results. The finding shows that the process of preparing the script in storytelling project is established by three principles proposed by McLaughlin & DeVoogd (2004), they are creating alternative text, Connection Stems, and Switching. Moreover, in feed backing performance is established by implementing the four features of critical thinking classroom, such as frequent evaluative questions, encouragement of active learning, developmental tension, and fascinating with the contingency conclusion (Browne & Freeman, 2000). In conclusion, the finding shows that storytelling project could improve and emerge the students' critical literacy and critical thinking ability. Then it was recommended that the next research offers the various methodologies how to involve critical thinking skill and critical literacy in the classroom and the more variety of materials should be used to encourage the students' critical literacy and critical thinking

Pengaruh TIME Budget Pressure, Tenur Audit, dan Rotasi Audit terhadap Kualitas Audit (Studi Kasus pada Kantor Akutan Publik di Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan, dan Jakarta Barat)

The problem of audit quality of auditor in Indonesia public accountant firm is there are some cases about auditor complicity to error and fraud in company financial report and cases about freezing of public accountant firm because offence against auditing standard in Indonesia i.e. SPAP in conducting an audit. The purpose of this study is to examine whether time budget pressure, audit tenure, audit rotation affect the audit quality. The population in this study consist of auditor in Tangerang, South Tangerang and West Jakarta public accountant firm. Sampling method used is simple random sampling. In this research, the total of sample is 46. Type of data used was primary data obtained from result of questionnaire answer by sample. Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) path modeling method used to be analysis method. The result of this study show that time budget pressure has negative and no significant influenced of audit quality however audit tenure and audit rotation have positive and significant influenced of audit quality
