    ABSTRACT Lately, the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have developed into part of the company's business strategy, especially related to marketing functions, public relations, and investment policy making. The research objective is to find out and analyze whether size, profitability and leverage have partial effect, simultaneously dominant on CSR (corporate social responsibility) disclosure at PT. Sona Sinar Abadi Mojokerto. The research design used in this research is quantitative research. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Variable size of the company does not significantly influence the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. 2) The profitability variable does not significantly influence the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. 3) Leverage variables significantly influence the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. 4) Variable company size, profitability and leverage have a direct and significant effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility.     Based on the results of observations and interviews with teachers, there are still several students in class 1st SDIT Alam Nurul Islam Yogyakarta who have not memorized the letters. The results of student writing are still not neat, and the letters written are not according to the line. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the alphabetical method assisted by letters block (BAHU) on the ability to write the beginning of class 1st SDIT Alam Nurul Islam in Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative, using the experiment method. The design used in this study is a pre-experience, one-pretest group. In this study, the test was done twice, namely before experiments and after experiments. Using the alphabet method helped with the letters block media (BAHU) medium. The subject of this study was all grade 1st SDIT Alam Nurul Islam in Yogyakarta, which consisted of 28 students who consisted of 14 male students and female students, as many as 14 students. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observations, and tests of the ability to write. Based on the hypothesis analysis using the wilcoxon test, it was found that there was a significance value of 0.000, so there is an effect of applying the alphabetical method with letters block media (BAHU) on the ability to write the beginning of class 1st SDIT Alam Nurul Islam in Yogyakarta. This can be seen from the increasing value of the average pretest and posttest ability to write initial 12.1

    PELATIHAN GURU PROFESIONAL”MERDEKA BELAJAR” MELALUI COLLABORATIVE LEARNING BAGI GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH DI KOTA PAGARALAM

    Abstract.Integrated Community Service (PKM) is a form of service that accommodates a series of activities as a whole. Assistance in making RPP independent learning in a cultural context on geometry material for teachers of SMP, SMA and SMK in Pagar Alam. The purpose of this service activity is to assist teachers in designing appropriate independent learning lesson plans through the use of cultural contexts, especially on geometry material. The participants of the integrated PKM activity consisted of 49 people but at the time of mentoring it was only attended by 28 participants. The service activity was carried out for 2 days, on October 5-6, 2021. The methods used during this mentoring activity were the method of presentation, discussion, interactive question and answer, and recitation. The data collection technique used a questionnaire/questionnaire given through a google form consisting of an activity evaluation questionnaire and a participant satisfaction questionnaire for all integrated PKM activities. The results of this service activity showed that 73.48% of the participants had understood the material presented by the resource person. In addition, participants stated that this activity was useful for them, especially in making RPP independent in learning to use certain contexts.  Abstrak.Guru professional ‘Merdeka Belajar’ diharapkan dapat mengembangan kemampuan professional guru yang saling membelajarkan bagi guru-guru Sekolah Menengah melalui komunitas belajar yang dilakukan secara berkolaborasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mengetahui kemampuan guru Sekolah Menengah dari pelatihan program guru profesional ‘Merdeka Belajar’ melalui Collaborative Learning bagi guru Sekolah Menengah melalui MGMP Kota Pagar Alam. Peserta kegiatan PKM terintegrasi terdiri dari 66 orang guru mata pelajaran Matematika dan Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Pada Tanggal 5-6 Oktober 2021 dilakukan pelatihan dengan metode yang digunakan selama kegiatan adalah penyuluhan, tanya jawab intyeraktif, dan pembimbingan. Dengan menggunakan tes dan angket kepuasan melalui google form adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang diberikan kepada seluruh kegiatan PKM terintegrasi. Hasil dari pelatihan yang telah diberikan menunjukkan dari hasil tes 73% peserta telah dapat memahami semua materi yang telah diberikan dan dari hasil angket, menunjukkan sangat puas terhadap kegiatan pelatihan yang telah diberikan. Hal ini menunjukkanbahwa kegiatan pelatihan yang telah diberikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan professional guru yang saling membelajarkan bagi guru-guru Sekolah Menengah.  activities as a whole.     Designing Student Worksheet on Relation and Function Material for Mathematics Learning: Jumping Task

    This study aims to produce a jumping task in the form of a student worksheet which is valid and practical. Design research in the form of development studies was chosen in this study which consist of preliminary stage and prototyping stage. Data were collected by walk through, test, questionnaire, and interview. Data were analyzed descriptively. Student worksheet is declared valid in terms of content, construct, and language. The results of this study show that the student worksheet is valid and practical. The student worksheet is in accordance with the HOTS level in the taxonomy of Bloom and the PISA framework, in accordance with the curriculum and the material for eight grades, and in accordance with the General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling (PUEBI) and did not cause multiple interpretations.     ABSTRAK Mahasiswa baru merupakan mahasiswa yang berada di tahun pertama perkuliahan.Periode tahun pertama perkuliahan sering dianggap sebagai masa sulit dan penuh tantangan. Penyesuaian kuliah di tahun pertama menjadi suatu hal yang penting dilakukan karena berdampak pada prestasi akademik, retensi, efikasi diri, kesejahteraan psikologis, dan kondisi emosi mahasiswa. Berhasil atau tidaknya penyesuaian kuliah itu sendiri dipengaruhi salah satunya oleh Regulasi Emosi. Oleh karena itu program pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa Pelatihan regulasi emosi bagi mahasiswa baru. Pelatihan yang dilakukan akan memberikan pengalaman dan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk memperoleh wawasan serta mempraktekan langsung keterampilan regulasi emosi. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa baru Perguruan Tinggi di Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam pemahaman secara kognitif, dibuktikan ketika peserta diminta untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh para fasilitator peserta memahami mengenai materi yang di sampaikan dengan beberapa dasar hal yang mereka pahami dan menjadi lebih paham ketika melakukan pelatihan. Kata kunci: Mahasiswa Baru, Pelatihan, Regulasi Emosi  ABSTRACT New students are students who are in their first year of study. The results of this study indicate that there are 6 characters possessed by Celaena Sardothein in the novel Crown of Midnight, namely the characters Daredevil, Clever, Cruel, Vengeful, Obey and Smart and there is a value contained in the novel Crown of Midnight, namely the value of education in the form of a sense of "responsibility"

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang terintegrasi merupakan sebuah bentuk pengabdian yang mengakomodir serangkaian kegiatan secara keseluruhan. Pendampingan pembuatan RPP merdeka belajar berkonteks budaya pada materi geometri bagi guru SMP, SMA dan SMK di Pagar Alam. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membantu guru dalam merancang aktivitas pmebelajaran merdeka belajar yang sesuai melalui penggunaan konteks budaya terutama pada materi geometri. Peserta kegiatan PKM terintegrasi terdiri dari 49 orang tapi pada saat pendampingan hanya dihadiri oleh 28 orang peserta. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan selama 2 hari yaitu pada tanggal 5-6 Oktober 2021. Metode yang digunakan selama kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah metode presentasi, diskusi, tanya jawab interaktif, dan resitasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/ kuesioner yang diberikan melalui google form yang terdiri dari angket evaluasi kegiatan dan angket kepuasan peserta terhadapa seluruh kegiatan PKM terintegrasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa adalah 73,48% peserta telah memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber. Di samping itu, peserta menyatakan bahwa kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi mereka terutama dalam membuat aktivitas pembelajaran merdeka belajar menggunakan konteks tertentu.
