    Get PDF
The paper provides theoretical grounding and the directions for improving the economic efficiency of the regional feedstuff production. The study develops a conceptual model of distributing management functions of feedstuff production between the regional authorities of state sectoral and economic management and the district level. The authors suggest the methodology for calculating potential capacity of intraregional feedstuff market, considering the demands of all categories of agricultural manufacturers. The study examines possibilities for implementing the strategy of diversified growth and development of the intraregional feedstuff market, including the terms of interaction between the large and micro-business inside the industry and cooperation of micro-business feedstuff manufacturers with agricultural production. The authors have developed the methodology for assessing the efficiency of feedstuff production, based on the aggregate estimation of the management organization, conditions for the development of feedstuff production and changes in the feedstuff production and livestock breeding industry.peer-reviewe

The article "analysis of productivity and characteristics of dairy goat seeds" details the physiology, productivity, lactation period of dairy goats, milk fat content, calving characteristics. In our country, traditionally grown goats associated with milk. It is superior to the cow on the composition and quantity of proteins. Content and content small household animals require labor and financial investment owners. Purebred animals are highly productive: they bring to your table more than a ton of delicious milk per year. The main thing is the right choice of milking herd. As a result of the research conducted by the authors, it was shown that Zaanen, Czech Brown, Alpine, Nubic goat breeds are the most productive in terms of yield, compared to other breeds, and promising for breeding them in Kazakhstan

THE STUDY OF TEMPERATURE INFLUENCE ON TECHNOLOGICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS DURING STORAGE OF GOAT MILK

The article contains technical and microbiological data of molecular biological and viral molecular biotechnological characteristics of a two-stage heat treatment. The practical significance of the article-Temperature regimes 60, 65, 70°C retain the basic physical, chemical and technological properties, provide microbiological stability of milk and retain the suitability of its quality when assembling the container up to 72 hours

    Enzymatic Activity of Aphroproteins

    Get PDF
Chitinase and proteinase activities were found in aphroproteins excreted by larvae of the cicada Aphrophora costalis Mats; this accounts for their fungicidal effect. Aphroproteins did not show DNase or RNase activities and did not exhibit properties of proteinase inhibitors. The data suggest that larval foam protects the larva and host plant from entomogenous and phytopathogenic fungi

© The authors. The relevance of the study on economic aspects of local authorities' functioning is due to their dual nature in the complex system of market relations. In this regard, this article is aimed at economic aspects' revealing of local authorities' functioning, as well as the disclosure of various interest levels' interaction in the system of municipal management. A leading approach in the study of this problem is the method of the effectiveness assessing of local authorities' functioning. The article presents the analysis of domestic researchers' different points of view in relation to the substantial characteristics of municipal economy, reveals the nature of the interaction of various interest levels in the system of municipal relations, discloses the duality of local authorities' position in the municipal system of economic relations, proposes a classification of business entities under the municipal economy, proves the specificity of the economic and moral relations in the system of local authorities. The article is valuable for researchers, teachers and students studying the problems of formation and development of the national municipal economy, research methods within the discipline "Economics of public (government) services", "Municipal economy", as well as specialists of local authorities who are concerned with the improvement and development of municipal economy

Получение микрочастиц из биодеградируемых природных и синтетических полимеров для применения их в области регенеративной медицины

We have studied methods for preparing biodegradable microparticles for regenerative medicine based on chitosan, polylactic acid, collagen and gelatin. The main methods of forming particles become emulsification, coacervation and gelation. These methods can achieve the necessary parameters of the product such as size, porosity and shape by varying process parameters such as temperature, stirring speed and the concentration of solutions. For drying the microparticles vacuum freeze drying was used, which allows to maintain the spherical shape of the particles after drying. The resulting microparticles were examined and photographed using a scanning electron microscope. To determine the cytotoxicity of the microparticles their cell growth and attachment were studied in vitro.

Structural Diversity in Bacterial Ribosomes: Mycobacterial 70S Ribosome Structure Reveals Novel Features

    Get PDF
Here we present analysis of a 3D cryo-EM map of the 70S ribosome from Mycobacterium smegmatis, a saprophytic cousin of the etiological agent of tuberculosis in humans, Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In comparison with the 3D structures of other prokaryotic ribosomes, the density map of the M. smegmatis 70S ribosome reveals unique structural features and their relative orientations in the ribosome. Dramatic changes in the periphery due to additional rRNA segments and extra domains of some of the peripheral ribosomal proteins like S3, S5, S16, L17, L25, are evident. One of the most notable features appears in the large subunit near L1 stalk as a long helical structure next to helix 54 of the 23S rRNA. The sharp upper end of this structure is located in the vicinity of the mRNA exit channel. Although the M. smegmatis 70S ribosome possesses conserved core structure of bacterial ribosome, the new structural features, unveiled in this study, demonstrates diversity in the 3D architecture of bacterial ribosomes. We postulate that the prominent helical structure related to the 23S rRNA actively participates in the mechanisms of translation in mycobacteria

The Cryo-EM Structure of a Complete 30S Translation Initiation Complex from Escherichia coli

Formation of the 30S initiation complex (30S IC) is an important checkpoint in regulation of gene expression. The selection of mRNA, correct start codon, and the initiator fMet-tRNAfMet requires the presence of three initiation factors (IF1, IF2, IF3) of which IF3 and IF1 control the fidelity of the process, while IF2 recruits fMet-tRNAfMet. Here we present a cryo-EM reconstruction of the complete 30S IC, containing mRNA, fMet-tRNAfMet, IF1, IF2, and IF3. In the 30S IC, IF2 contacts IF1, the 30S subunit shoulder, and the CCA end of fMet-tRNAfMet, which occupies a novel P/I position (P/I1). The N-terminal domain of IF3 contacts the tRNA, whereas the C-terminal domain is bound to the platform of the 30S subunit. Binding of initiation factors and fMet-tRNAfMet induces a rotation of the head relative to the body of the 30S subunit, which is likely to prevail through 50S subunit joining until GTP hydrolysis and dissociation of IF2 take place. The structure provides insights into the mechanism of mRNA selection during translation initiation
