Production of Fish Hydrolysates Protein From Waste of Fish Carp (Cyprinus Carpio) by Enzymatic Hydrolysis
Fish Protein Hydrolysates (FPH) is the mixed products of polypeptide, dipeptides, and amino acid. It can be produced from materials that contained of protein by acid reaction, base reaction or enzymatic hydrolysis. The objectives of this study were to study the production of FPH from fish carp meat at post rigor phase and viscera by enzymatic hydrolysis, to determine the specific activity of papain enzyme, and to determine the solubility of FPH. Capacity of fish hydrolyzing can be identified by analyzing the content of dissolved total nitrogen (NTT) compared with nitrogen total ingredient (NTB) in order to get the value of total soluble nitrogen/total nitrogen material (NTT/NTB). The hydrolysis processes were carried out in 0,26% (w/v) papain, 60 οC for 3 hours. The result showed that the specific activity of papain enzyme was about 3.28 U/mg. Solubility of FPH by comparing NTT/NTB was about 0.29% (fish meat) and 0.40% (fish viscera). Proximate test of protein content of fish meat was 18.34 ± 0.04 (g/100 g); while viscera was about 0.95±0.04 (g/100 g). The result indicated that product waste of fish carp had potential as a major of source of FPH

High sensitivity and multifunctional micro-Hall sensors fabricated using InAlSb/InAsSb/InAlSb heterostructures
Further diversification of Hall sensor technology requires development of materials with high electron mobility and an ultrathin conducting layer very close to the material's surface. Here, we describe the magnetoresistive properties of micro-Hall devices fabricated using InAlSb/InAsSb/InAlSb heterostructures where electrical conduction was confined to a 30 nm-InAsSb two-dimensional electron gas layer. The 300 K electron mobility and sheet carrier concentration were 36 500 cm(2) V-1 s(-1) and 2.5 x 10(11) cm(-2), respectively. The maximum current-related sensitivity was 2 750 V A(-1) T-1, which was about an order of magnitude greater than AlGaAs/InGaAs pseudomorphic heterostructures devices. PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA PESERTA DIDIK BERBASIS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING PADA MATERI PERSAMAAN GARIS LURUS
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa lembar kerja siswa (LKPD) berbasis problem based learning (PBL) persamaan garis lurus pada siswa kelas VIII SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini terbatas pada tahap pengembangan. Selanjutnya dilakukan validasi dan penilaian oleh tiga ahli terhadap kelayakan LKPD yang dikembangkan berdasarkan PBL dan tanggapan dari lima siswa yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan LKPD berbasis PBL persamaan garis lurus pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN yang dikembangkan dapat diinterpretasikan dalam kategori sangat layak dengan persentase rata-rata 82,54%. Dilihat dari masing-masing aspek kelayakan isi 87,12%, kelayakan penyajian 81,94%, kelayakan bahasa 83,33%, dan kelayakan grafis 77,78%. Berdasarkan tanggapan siswa, LKPD berbasis PBL yang dikembangkan dapat dikategorikan ke dalam kriteria interpretasi menarik dengan hasil tanggapan rata-rata 77,5%. Efek Konsentrasi Hormon Giberelin (Ga3) Dan Lama Perendaman Pada Berbagai Pembelahan Terhadap Perkecambahan Benih Manggis (Garcinia Mangostana L)
Purpose of this study is to determine the best number of seeds cuttings, gibberellin concentration and immersion time for the germination of mangosteen seeds. This research conducted at Laboratory of Seed Technology Faculty Agriculture, University of Sumatera Utara, Medan from December to March 2016. Experimental design used a factorial randomized block design with three factors, seed cutting, gibberellin concentrations and immersion time. Parameters measured were membrane leakage (μmhos), normal seedling (%), abnormal seedling (%), died seeds (%), germination rate (days), vigor Index (%). The results show that intact mangosteen seeds or without cutting, application of gibberellin at a concentration of 75 ppm and 24 hours time immersion are the best treatments to mangosteen seed germination
Penyelesaian Persamaan Bentuk Kuadrat Berbantuan Aplikasi Photomath Berdasarkan Sistem Bilangan Real
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan ketidaksesuaian istilah dalam prosedur pengerjaan matematika materi persamaan kuadrat berdasarkan aplikasi photomath yang disesuaikan dalam objek kajian dalam analisis real. Ketidaksesuaian yang dimaksud adalah prosedur pengerjaan yang kurang lengkap serta beberapa penamaan yang tidak dikenal dalam matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Deskriptif dilakukan untuk mengungkap temuan ketidaksesuaian dari prosedur pengerjaan persamaan bentuk kuadrat yang dianalisis dari langkah pengerjaan yang tersaji pada aplikasi photomath. Langkah penyelesaian pada aplikasi photomath merupakan objek kajian serta aksioma lapangan yang menjadi dasar utama dalam proses kajian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah tematik analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah diperoleh empat langkah penyelesaian yang tidak bersesuaian pada disiplin ilmu matematika dalam menyelesaikan persamaan kuadrat pada aplikasi photomath, yaitu “keluarkan faktor”, “pindahkan satu suku ke ruas lainnya dan ubahlah tandanya (pindah ruas)”, ”hasil kali faktor-faktor adalah nol, setidaknya salah satu faktor adalah nol”, “bagi kedua ruas dengan suatu bilangan”.Kata Kunci: Penyelesaian Persamaan Bentuk Kuadrat; Aplikasi Photomath; Sistem Bilangan Real Solving Quadratic Shape Equations Assisted Photomath Application Based on Real Number SystemsABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the discrepancy of terms in the procedure for mathematical work of quadratic equation material based on the application of photomath adjusted in the object of study in real analysis. The discrepancies in question are incomplete workmanship procedures as well as some unknown naming in mathematics. This research was a qualitative research with a descriptive method. Descriptive is carried out to reveal findings of discrepancies from the procedure for working on quadratic shape equations analyzed from the work steps presented in the photomath application. The completion step in the photomath application was the object of study and the field axiom that was the main basis in the study process. The analysis technique used was thematic analysis. The results showed that four non-conforming solution steps have been obtained in the mathematical discipline in solving quadratic equations in the photomath application, namely "issue a factor", "move one tribe to another and change the sign (moving segments)", "the product of factors is zero, at least one of the factors is zero", "divide both fields by a number"
Waktu Tumbuh Mata Tunas Daun Mangifera Indica L. Pada Berbagai Tingkatan
Fenology including one of scientific that study about development phases such as flowering character or development of leaf. One of leaf's development M.indica leaf has a very high diversity such as shape size even the color is often different according to its development as well as the buds that appear in the plan. The observation of buds's growth period in the M.indica plan has ever done before, but the levels and the time is still not clear. This research aimed to know the buds's time grows on various levels of M. indica so obtained the good appearance time and the level of M.indica species for further research material. The collecting data uses exploration method by exploring the area of sub-district Cibiru, district Bandung, West Java and an act of determine a level. The act of determine of the length and the diameter of each stand which is found at the three regions. The result of observation shows 7 of the 12 specimen that has been observed experiencing the growth of leaf buds. The average growth time of the buds in the specimen that experienced a growth is 13 days which dominate with pole, as for the existence of the variation of shape and bud color appearance enable to the existence of growth to the next phase from that buds

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out the validity of digitalworksheetsdeveloped withmacromedia flash based on Van Hiele theory on cube material and to know thestudent's learning results after using the digital worksheets. The research wasconducted at SMP Negeri 01 Tempunak in the even semester. The subjects of the studywere 12 grade VIII students. The type of research used are Research and Developmentresearch using ADDI (analysis, design, development, and implementation) model.Researchers measured the level of effectiveness of this study with a minimum learningmastery standard (KKM) that is 70. The validity of digital worksheets can be seen frommedia experts, learning materials experts and alumi experts master of mathematicseducation UNTAN leads to the same decision that is the feasibility of the product thathas been produced to be used as a medium in mathematics learning. Based on thestudent's study results, it was obtained that 10 students completed while 2 students hadnot reached KKM. Karakterisasi Senyawa Hasil Isolasi Dari Ekstrak Etil Asetat Daun Namnam (Cynometra Cauliflora L.) Yang Memiliki Aktivitas Antibakteri
Namnam is known as a plant family of fabacea that contains phenolic compounds with diverse biological activities including antibacterial. The aim of this study was to isolate and characterize the antibacterial activity of compounds isolated from ethyl acetate extract of the leaves namanam (Cynometra cauliflora L.). Extraction was done by maceration, fractionation by column chromatography, antibacterial essay by disc diffusion method, and characterization of compounds with UV-Vis, FTIR spectroscopy and LCMS. Ethyl acetate extracts have antibacterial activity with inhibition zone respectively 12.25 and 6.00 mm to Escherecia coli and Stapilococcus aureus at a concentration of 100,000 ppm. The results of column chromatography fractions 23-30 yielded three isolates with Rf 0.20 cm; 0.33 cm and 0.87 cm. Characteristics of antibacterial active compounds in isolates 2 (Rf 0.33 cm) is based on the analysis results are UV-Vis absorption at λmaks 206.93 nm, 268.40 nm, 328.58 nm, 383.98 nm and 386.98 nm , FTIR (KBr) showed -OH group 3415.68 cm-1, CH 2958.10 cm-1, C = C aromatic 1651.18 cm-1, C-OH cyclic 1019.88 cm-1 and CH aromatic 694.56 cm-1 and LCMS produce three main peak at a retention time of 4.82; 6.87 and 7.64 which is thought to be the compound 2-isopropyl-5-metilsikloheksil 2-hidroksipropanoat, Cuelure, and 2-[(2-Hydroxycyclohexyl) oxy] cyclohexanecarboxylate
