    An optimization scheduler in the intranet grid

    Scheduling of processes is the basic task for a grid computing. This role is responsible for the allocation of time for computational agents. The calculation agent can include a wide range of devices, based on various types of computer systems. Is it possible to efficiently build a grid infrastructure in the company environment. The grid can be used in scientific and technical computing, as well as better load distribution of the individual computing systems and services. The scheduler is a major component of grid computing. The main task is to effectively distribute the load of the system and allocate tasks to places that are not sufficiently utilized at a given moment. The article also focuses on the relation between conflicting parameters, which relate to the quality of the planning process. Time calculation of the optimization algorithm affects the quality of the draft plan. It has a direct impact on the total period of the job processing. In the strategy of the scheduling there is a point where extensions of time have no effect on quality of the draft of the plan but getting worse the overall runtime of the job. The aim was to compare the common metaheuristic algorithms. From the measured values to propose a methodology for determining the optimum time for planning process. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2016

V první části se zabývám návrhem jednotlivých variant upnutí. Do druhé části jsem zařadil rozpracování konkrétní vybrané varianty upínacího přípravku včetně působení sil.     Distribution of Tasks in The Grid, Tool to Optimize Load

    The article focuses on the problem using a grid computing as a tool for optimizing the load master server that is deployed in planning and production control. The motivation for the use of the grid is a uneven load on the master server and on the end-user workstations. Problem is solved so that some algorithms of the ERP system are executed on the workstations in the grid. The improvement was mainly achieved by batch jobs that system was replaced by remote objects. These objects carried out some of the standard tasks of the planning process on the user's workstation. The result is optimal load distribution of the server in a time. The article discusses the possibility of using JSDL (Job Submission Description Language) as a tool to facilitate the distribution of tasks in Grid environment.

    Helium permeation through mixed matrix membranes based on polyimides and silicalite-1

    Mixed matrix membranes based on modified polyimides and silicalite-1 were prepared and studied. The novel preparation approach consists in improvement of the interfacial adhesion by employment of the coupling agent 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in such a way which leads to forming of chemical bonds between polyimide and silicalite-1. Firstly polyimide chains were endcapped by this agent which subsequently enabled their reaction with groups naturally present on silicalite-1 surface. Membranes with silicalite-1 content up to 60 wt. % were prepared and characterized by SEM, light microscopy and permeation of gases, prevailingly of He. The accessibility of sililicalite-1 pores prior to embedding and after embedding into polymeric matrices was studied by an iodine indicator technique. The permeability of membranes for gases was measured using a semi-open permeation apparatus with a small volume. Helium permeability depended on filler content and increased monotonously with the increasing content of filler. There were, however, significant deviations of the permeability dependences on filler content from shapes predicted by Bruggeman’s model. The qualitative explanation of the data disagreement with the model was proposed based on a stratification of mixed matrix membranes found by SEM

    Předkládaná disertační práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukcí nového strojního zařízení pro kompletaci podskupiny světelných modulů hlavního světlometu do osobního automobilu. Toto zařízení mělo být navrženo pro konkrétní operaci, která měla být na tomto stroji realizována. Pro splnění všech požadavků na kompletaci nosného rámu modulu s optickou čočkou nebylo možné použít standardního pracoviště montážní linky. Bylo tedy nutné navrhnout nové zařízení včetně všech potřebných přípravků a nástrojů, které bude schopno tyto požadavky plnit. Úvodem popisuji rozvoj použití světelných modulů jako světelného zdroje hlavního světlometu. Dále je uveden přehled předchozích způsobů montáže modulů prvních generací ve společnosti Hella Autotechnik s.r.o., pro kterou je rovněž řešen návrh nového zařízení. Dále jsou uvedeny hlavní cíle a popsán úvod do problematiky montáže světelných modulů. Nechybí zde ani rozdělení těchto modulů a popis principu světelného zdroje. Hlavní část disertační práce se soustředí na návrh a konstrukci strojního zařízení jako celku včetně přípravků i nástrojů. Kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na konstrukci jednotlivých podsestav. Tyto podsestavy jsou seřazeny v pořadí podle požadavků návrhu nového zařízení. Dále je popsán návrh otočného stolu včetně výpočtů potřebných pro samotnou konstrukci tohoto stěžejního prvku vyvíjeného zařízení. V závěrečné části disertační práce jsou uvedeny popis a funkce nového zařízení. Jsou zde uvedeny rovněž závěry včetně přínosů pro vědu i praxi a doporučení pro další výzkum či návrh podobných zařízení pro podobné aplikace.The dissertation thesis deals with the design and construction of a new machine for completing a sub-group of headlamp light modules into a passenger car. This device should be specifically designed for the intended use. In order to meet all the requirements for the assembly of the support frame for the optical module, it was not possible to use the standard workstation of the assembly line. It was therefore necessary to design a new facility, including all the necessary products and tools that will be able to meet these requirements. The introductory section describes the progress in the use of light modules as the light source of the main headlamp. And an overview of previous methods of assembly of first-generation modules at Hella Autotechnik s.r.o., for which the design of new equipment is also solved, is presented along with the main objectives of the dissertation. This section further describes the categories of the light modules, their assembly and a description of the light source principle. The main part of the dissertation focuses on the design and construction of machinery as a whole, including products and tools. The chapters are focused on the design of individual subassemblies. These subassemblies are ranked according to the design requirements of the new device. The design of the rotary table including the calculations required for the construction of this core element of the newly developed device is included. The final part of the dissertation consists of the description of the new device and its functions. Conclusions including benefits for both scientific research and practical applications, and recommendations for further research or design of similar devices for these types of applications are included in the closing section.346 - Katedra obrábění, montáže a strojírenské metrologievyhově
