Technologization of human of the postmodern age as a challenge to the natural reality of the earth

Object of research: technology as a component of human social life in the context of the postmodern era. Investigated problem: determination of the features of the influence of technological processes on a person of the postmodern era, as a result of which the natural is replaced by an artificial one and the images of both man and the Earth change. Main scientific results: the study of the contradictions of the process of technologization in the postmodern era made it possible to determine the transformation processes taking place in the life of a person and society. This defines social reality, represented by various markers, among which technology is gaining in importance. The latter act as a composite, which provides new opportunities for determining the relationship between the elements of the "world - man - culture" system. It is not only about the emergence of new human figures, among which the technological man (Homo Technologicus) occupies a prominent place, but also the emergence of a new image of the Earth, where the natural is replaced by the technological. The scope of practical use of the research results: the research results can be used in teaching normative courses "Philosophical Anthropology", "Ethics", "Sociology" for students and undergraduates, graduate students of humanitarian and natural faculties. Innovative technological product: the plurality of existing technologies (economic, medical, educational, humanitarian, etc.) destroys the new European concept of culture and man, which were provided within the framework of the monoparadigm. The anthropological dimension of technology testifies that the latter are beginning to act as a condition for human expansion. This situation has a significant impact on the existentials of human existence. The scope of using the innovative technological product: the intensive technologization of the last decades not only provokes environmental risks and changes the state of the Earth, the natural reality of the Earth is replaced by an artificial one, which allows to conclude that the Earth is formed by a technological one

Formation of earth ethics in the context of technological culture of the late modern era

Object of research: technological culture as a matrix of interaction of the components of the system "man – society – nature/Earth". Investigated problem: the substantiation of the meaning of the Ethics of the Earth in the context of technological culture, transforms the moral and value system of the late Modern era and provokes the emergence of the era of Posthumanism. The main scientific results: the definition of the technological culture of the late Modern era made it possible to determine the existing contradictions in the moral dimension of the existence of man and the Earth. It should be noted that in the context of the technological transformation of the Earth, the existing ethics as a monoparadigm of the Enlightenment does not correspond to the challenges of the beginning of the XXI century. It is emphasized that the ethical dimension of the introduction of technologies into the existence of the Earth is an indispensable component of modern scientific discourse. It is not only about the ethical dimension of technology, but also the importance of the formation of the Ethics of the Earth. This allows to conclude that a person determines its moral position relative to the Earth in the context of the technological transformation of the Earth's existence. The scope of practical use of the research results: the research results can be used in teaching such normative courses as "Philosophy", "Philosophical Anthropology", "Culturology" for students and undergraduates, graduate students of humanitarian and technical faculties. Innovative technological product: Ethics of the Earth destroys the concept of the Earth as an object that is external to humans. The anthropological dimension of the Earth testifies to the fact that a person should be clearly aware of the responsibility for its activities, since the existence of the Earth is a condition for the existence of a person. The scope of using the innovative technological product: the substantiation of the Earth Ethics corresponds to the polyparadigmatic optics of the modern post-non-classical scientific discourse, where a person is one of the constituent parts of the nature / Earth system. The post-non-classical paradigm eliminates the New European anthropocentrism, striking the consequences of which the person of the late Modern era feels. Гіпертекст як виклик соціальному простору в контексті медійної реальності

The article considers the collisions of the transformation of social space in the conditions of media reality, which determines the configuration of the existence of modern society. It turns out that hypertext is a new principle of organization of human social existence. It is emphasized that this situation leads to the emergence of new forms of interaction of the constituent elements of the system "man - society - culture". It turns out that hypertext will get new opportunities: it establishes new forms of interaction, changes the rhythm of life, value systems, and so on. The latter is no longer exclusively a component of the Internet space, it becomes life itself. As a result of this situation there is a transformation of both social space and cultural practices of the person; the gap between natural, social and technological is widening.Key words: man, society, information space, hypertext, media revolution, media virus.У статті розглядаються колізії трансформації соціального простору в умовах медіареальності, яка визначає конфігурацію існування сучасного суспільства. Гіпертекст отримує нові можливості: встановлює форми взаємодії, змінює ритм життя, системи цінностей тощо. Гіпертекст не є більше виключно складовою Інтернет-простору, він перетворюється на саме життя. Philosophical reflections in the challenges of the post-modern society

The article is devoted to the theoretical understanding of the specifics of philosophical knowledge in the situation of crisis processes at the XXI century beginning. The introduction to the philosophical thesaurus of the concept of "non-human" articulated the problem of the humanistic measurement of the relationship between man and nature / Earth. The processes taking place in the conditions of informatization and globalization of postmodern society give rise to paradoxes of this relationship. One of the factors of this process is the technologization of all spheres of life. The methodological basis of the research is a significant range of Ukrainian and foreign studies. The latter can be divided into several directions: first, it is the study of the philosophical knowledge specifics in the context of the transformational processes of our time; second, studies, the authors of which combine both the theme of the identity of philosophy and the problem of human life creation in a postmodern society. The use of hermeneutic and phenomenological methods made it possible to outline the interaction "man – nature / Earth". Interaction of stationary SH-waves with curvilinear cracks in the semi-infinite bodies

Modern constructions and buildings work not only in the multiple static and cyclic terms, but also in the dynamic terms. It is well known that during the dynamic loading of bodies that have connections, cracks and other technical or structural faults, the probability of the material destruction is growing. To make an exact mathematical description of the wave field in bodies with defects is very difficult. For rating the limited state of such bodies, the consideration of model problems is needed. As a result the development of methods of solution, dynamic tasks for all-around infinite and semi-infinite bodies with cracks and connections of the elasticity theory, is urgent as well as their exact results

Implementation of International Standards for Determining an Efficient Civil Law Remedy by a National Court

The article is devoted to studying the effectiveness of protection of violated, unrecognised or disputed rights, freedoms or interests of individuals, rights and interests of legal entities, the interests of the state in civil proceedings. The purpose of the article is to study how to implement international standards for determining an efficient civil law remedy by the court: (based on the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights and national case law). Clarification of the essence of novels of substantive and procedural law in determining the court's effective way to protect private law as the final judicial procedure of the right to judicial protection was by comparative law, methods of analysis, modelling and synthesis with the implementation of related elements of classical methods of protection and reception of the best acquisitions of legal systems of foreign countries, norms of the Convention of the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights (from now on – ECtHR). The dialectical method of cognition and the qualitative empirical method were also the main ones, by means of which the legal nature of the category "efficiency" and "determination by the court of an effective way of protection of private law and interest" were clarified. Psychotherapeutic Counseling in Promoting Personal Development

The article presents a theoretical and methodological analysis of psychotherapeutic counseling support of the process of personal development of the client. Psychotherapeutic support of the process of personal development as a complex integrative and dynamic process is considered. An attempt to substantiate psychotherapeutic counseling is made. Psychotherapeutic counselling is considered for the first time as culturological training providing personal growth of both the client and the counsellor. The relationship between psychological counseling and psychotherapy is considered. The requirements for the personality of the consultant are defined as the main criterion of the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic counseling. The correspondence of psychotherapeutic technology of personal development to the model of a holistic and self-sufficient person is reflected. The significance of the issue of the theory of personality change on the optimization of personal functions of self-development in the context of the integration of psychotherapeutic and counseling practice is emphasized. It is offered to carry out the psychotherapeutic process of development of an integral personality in neuropsychocorrective support, in combination with modern psychotherapeutic methods. Contemporary methods of psychotherapy and psychological counseling for the personal development of the client are reviewed.</p
