    Tari Kain dalam Ranah Industri Hiburan: sebuah Problematika Kemasan dan Pelestarian

    This article aims at explaining the problems in traditional Kain dance in Painan Timur district, Pesisir Selatan regency. Nowadays problems in Kain dance revolve around its preservation and packaging. The presentation of Kain dance is no longer relevant with the growth of preference of entertaining art of the society. The preservation does not suit the sustainability of the Kain dance in the future. Therefore, Kain dance is no longer functional but marginal. The research is qualitative, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is then analysed using ethnography and phenomenology. The research found that the weakness of traditional Kain dance in its presentation comes from its artistic movement aspect, dramatization, dynamics of the show, and originality of the costume and make-up. Besides that, the pattern of preservation is found only in keeping the training form of a specific place of the heir of the dance. There is no visible effort to further preserve the Kain dance in actual and effective model of its sustainability

    Development of Body Movement Skills Using Illustrative Music as a Stimulus in Dance Learning

    This research explores the use of illustrative music as a stimulus for skill development in the field of body movement within the Dance Education program at Padang State University (UNP). Illustrative music aids in motivation, rhythm regulation, concentration, emotional expression, memory, creativity, body mobility, and flexibility in the dance body movement courses. The research employs a qualitative methodology involving interviews, observations, and document analysis to investigate the impact of illustrative music. The findings of the study indicate that the use of illustrative music, such as Minangkabau ethnic music and classical music, during dance body movement exercises provides a positive boost to skill development, emotional expression, and movement comprehension within the art of dance. Through this approach, the Dance Education program at UNP creates a deep, holistic learning environment for body movement in the art of dance

    Rumah Gadang as a characteristic of the Minangkabau ethnic group within the government of Povinsi Riau. Nowadays Rumah Gadang in Kuok regency of Kampar regency is abandoned by its owner and neglected to make its condition worrisome. Cultural place of residence, RumahGadang is a place of cultural social activities of Ethnic Minang in Kanagarian Kuok Kampar regency. In fact, Rumah Gadang is no longer functioned by the Kuok community in its role in Minangkabau adat. This paper highlights the existence of the current Gadang House in the socio-cultural life of the Kuok people. This research was conducted with qualitative research approach, with descriptive method. The data were collected by observation, interview, documentation and through bibliography. The research instrument is the researcher himself as a key instrument. From the results of research and data analysis that the existence of the Rumah Gadang (Lontiok House) is not fully intact, even some of it has been damaged and lost because in addition to changing times that are constantly changing, the condition of the area that is not supportive, and also because of the mobile community.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apakah penerapan model pembelajaran Children Learning in Science (CLIS) dapat meningkatkan partisipasi belajar mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri Krangganharjo 3 Toroh Grobogan tahun ajaran 2012/2013 dan untuk mendeskripsikan apakah penerapan model pembelajaran Children Learning in Science (CLIS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri Krangganharjo 3 Toroh Grobogan tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penerima tindakan adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Krangganharjo 3 Toroh Grobogan yang berjumlah 18 siswa, subjek pelaku tindakan adalah peneliti sebagai guru. Metode atau teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, pengamatan/observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif yang meliputi tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Teknik uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap perencanaan tindakan (planning), tindakan (action), pengamatan (observation), dan refleksi (reflection). Proses penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing – masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari partisipasi siswa pada kondisi awal 41,67% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 51,39% dan 63,89%, siklus II sebesar 76,38% dan 88,89% . Hasil belajar pada kondisi awal 27,78% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 33,33% dan 50%, siklus II sebesar 66,66% dan 83,33 %. Dengan demikian dari penelitian ini dapat dismpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Children Learning in Science (CLIS) dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri Krangganharjo 3 Toroh Grobogan tahun ajaran 2012/201

    The Incidence of VAP After VAP Bundle Intervention Among Patients with Mechanical Ventilation

    Introduction: Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP) is a nosocomial infection in patients who use ventilator for more than 48 hours. The aimed of the study was to determine VAP incidence after VAP bundle application. Methods: This study used one-shot case study posttest only designed with samples of 6 individuals beginning on December 31, 2013 up to January 31, 2014. The totally score of CPIS assessment revealed that 4 of 6 patients was not diagnosed with VAP and 2 were diagnosed with VAP. Result: The results showed that the application of VAP bundle has infl uence in preventing VAP incidence. The totally score of CPIS assessment revealed that 4 of 6 patients was not diagnosed with VAP and 2 were diagnosed with VAP. Discussion: This study need to be backed up furthermore with a larger sample size and continuous CPIS assessment is needed to identify VAP caused by bacteria, especially the late-onset bacteria, in patients using mechanical ventilation in longer a time

    Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP) merupakan infeksi nosokomial yang terjadi pada pasien dengan pemakaian ventilator > 48 jam. Pasien kritis yang dirawat di ICU berisiko tinggi terjadi infeksi nosokomial pneumonia sehingga mengakibatkan peningkatan angka kesakitan, kematian dan biaya perawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kejadian VAP setelah diberikan penerapan VAP bundle. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode one shot case study post test only dengan sampel sebanyak 6 orang mulai 31 Desember 2013 sampai dengan 31 Januari 2014. Hasil Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan VAP bundle berpengaruh dalam mencegah terjadinya VAP. Hasil dari penilaian total CPIS didapatkan 4 dari 6 orang tidak terdiagnosa VAP dan 2 orang terdiagnosa VAP. Diskusi: Hasil penelitian yang ada perlu didukung dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar dan perlu penilaian CPIS secara berkelanjutan untuk mengidentifi kasi VAP yang disebabkan oleh bakteri onset lambat khususnya pada pasien yang terpasang ventilasi mekanis dalam waku lama

    Ventilator Associated Pneumonia (VAP) is a nosocomial infection in patients who use ventilator for more than 48 hours. VAP is the second common cause of Healthcare Associated Infection (HAI) cases in the United States and is responsible for 25% of infection cases that occurs in Intensive Care Unit. Critically ill patients in the ICU are at high risk for nosocomial pneumonia, an infection that leads to increased morbidity, mortality and cost of care. In 2012, the incidence of VAP in Dr. Ramelan Navy Hospital was 14.4% eventhough the VAP bundle was applied such as head elevation of 30-45 degrees but it wasn’t optimally. Therefore, the necessary prevention and control in reducing the incidence of VAP is through the implementation of VAP bundle. Studies on VAP bundle application were conducted to determine VAP incidence after VAP bundle application. VAP bundle has been widely studied on its role in reducing the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia. VAP bundle applied in this study was head elevation of 30-45 degrees, prophylaxis of peptic ulcer diseases, oral hygiene with clorhexidine 0.1% and hand hygiene. Clinical pulmonary infection score (CPIS) > 6 was used to establish the incidence of VAP. This study used oneshot case study posttest only designed with samples of 6 individuals beginning on December 31, 2013 up to January 31, 2014. The totally score of CPIS assessment revealed that 4 of 6 patients was not diagnosed with VAP and 2 were diagnosed with VAP.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi lingkungan fisik sekolah pada sekolah dasar nomor enam kota Manna yang meliputi : Merencanakan pengembangan lingkungan fisik sekolah, mempromosikan pengembangan lingkungan fisik sekolah, melaksanakan pengembangan lingkungan fisik sekolah, melaksanakan pengembangan lingkungan fisik sekolah. , mengevaluasi program pengembangan lingkungan fisik sekolah. Rumusan masalah penelitian yang khusus yaitu : Bagaimana merencanakan pengembangan lingkungan fisik sekolah ?, Bagaimana cara mensosialisasikan perkembangan lingkungan fisik sekolah, Bagaimana cara melaksanakan pembangunan lingkungan fisik sekolah ?. Kajian tersebut merupakan kajian evaluatif, untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan lingkungan sekolah. Subjek adalah kepala sekolah, guru, bagian kurikulum, siswa, mata pelajaran sekunder adalah orang-orang yang berada dalam lingkungan yang sama. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Perencanaan lingkungan fisik di sekolah belum dibuat secara formal dan belum ditemukan dokumentasi perencanaan. Evaluasi Program, Faktor penghambat pelaksanaan program bina lingkungan sekolah adalah kurangnya dana. Sosialisasi program lingkungan sekolah, walaupun tidak ada perencanaan program lingkungan sekolah, tetap ada. Pelaksanaan program lingkungan sekolah dilakukan bukan oleh tim. Evaluasi program bina lingkungan sekolah melihat pada kondisi yang ada. Saran, perencanaan lingkungan fisik di sekolah harus dikembangkan dan didokumentasikan secara formal. Program perlu disosialisasikan. Pelaksanaan program lingkungan sekolah dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana untuk membentuk tim. Evaluasi program perlu dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program dalam pengelolaan lingkungan sekola
