The Criminal Regulation on Narcotics Abuse Based on Restorative Justice Arrangements

The drug abuse itself is divided into three categories, namely self-abuse, victims of drug abuse, and drug addicts who do not report. The purpose of this study is to find out about the settlement of narcotics abuse cases using restorative justice which is considered fair and balanced. The approach method used is normative juridical, with the nature of descriptive-analytic research. the results of the research and discussion state that the settlement of narcotics abuse with restorative justice is needed for the value of justice for abusers, but laws and regulations are needed that specifically regulate restorative justice as a legal umbrella for existing regulations in the application of restorative justice for narcotics abuse so as not to cause confusion in its application. This means that settling a narcotics misuse offence through restorative justice cannot occur unless all of the conditions outlined in the regulations are met and all of the parties concerned are in agreement

PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN, UKURAN USAHA, PEMBERIAN INFORMASI DAN SOSIALISASI TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN UMKM DALAM MENYUSUN LAPORAN KEUANGAN BERDASARKAN SAK EMKM (Studi Kasus Pada Usaha Kecil Kabupaten Tegal)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari tingkat pendidikan, latar belakang pendidikan, ukuran usaha, pemberian informasi dan sosialisasi terhadap pemahaman UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK EMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Usaha Kecil yang terdaftar pada Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Tegal. Dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Statistics versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa hanya variabel ukuran usaha yang berpengaruh positif terhadap pemahaman UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK EMKM. Sedangkan variabel lainnya yaitu tingkat pendidikan, latar belakang pendidikan, pemberian informasi dan sosialisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK EMKM. The research carried out tried to examine and analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Work Involvement On Organizational Commitment In Bangau Campus Employees at Unika Musi Charitas Palembang. Research respondents were employees as educators, namely lecturers without additional assignments and lecturers with additional (structural) assignments and employees as educational support staff at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Business and Accounting at Catholic University Musi Charitas in Palembang. The results of the Discussion of Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Work Involvement Analysis Influence Against Organizational Commitment In Bangau Campus Employees At Catholic University Musi Charitas Palembang. Analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The Research Method is a case study. Sampling Technique is a convinience. The results of the study are expected to be useful for improving job satisfaction, motivation, work involvement, which has an impact organizational commitment In Bangau Campus Employee. As input for various policies needed for the progress and continuity of organizational life. For further research, this research is used as information material for research to be carried out in the future by combining other variables outside the variables that have been studied

AN IDEAL LEADER MODEL BASED ON THE PHILOSOPHY OF ‘GUNDUL GUNDUL PACUL’ IN THE PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION CRIMES

One of the causes of corruption is unquestionably inseparable from the role and leadership panache of the leadership of an institution or organization in its activities. Leadership appears along with human civilization, along with the times, and leadership can now be seen from various perspectives or points of view. Therefore, there are many definitions of leadership put forward by experts from their respective perspectives. Even so, some of these definitions still point to similarities in leadership itself. The reality is that many leaders do not realize that their leadership style is a role model for their subordinates and their success in realizing the organization and institution they lead. This is evident in the many leaders of state institutions who stumbled on corruption cases because they were not aware of their role as a leader, which resulted in the leaders forgetting their roles and responsibilities as a leader. We can see this from the many leaders who have gone to prison as a result of this is due to committing crimes of corruption that harm the people they lead. It is time for this leadership style to return to a leadership style based on local wisdom as the philosophy contained in the lyrics of the ‘Gundul Gundul Pacul’, where a leader must not be arrogant, must not be arrogant, a leader must serve those who give the mandate to him and a leader must prosper his subordinates or his people. The methodology used in this article is a sociological descriptive approach to the local wisdom culture of the ‘Gundul Gundul Pacul Gembelengan’ song lyrics originating from Central Java, Indonesia. The ‘Gundul-Gundul Pacul’ is a rhyme that appeared in the 1400s and was popularized by Sunan Kalijaga and contains a deep philosophical meaning about the characteristics of a leader. This ‘pantun’ gives us an idea of an ideal leader who must have high integrity, be completely trustworthy, not arrogant and uphold honor. From an analysis of the meaning of the philosophy contained in the lyrics of the song ‘Gundul Gundul Pacul’, leaders should be obliged to apply this philosophy in order to avoid criminal acts of corruption, but in reality, many leaders ignore it so that many are caught in criminal acts of corruption.  Article visualizations

The Effects of Emotional Intelligence on Students' Speaking Skills

Emotional Intelligence and students’ speaking skills are correlated. This research aims to examine the effects of Emotional Intelligence on students’ speaking skills. The observed population of this research was the XII graders students of the State Senior High Schools in East Jakarta. The sample was taken using simplerandom sampling technique. The data were garnered from questionnaire, objective test, and oral test for both variables. The gained data were then analyzed by using correlation formula and multiple regressions. The empirical evidence showed that there was a significant effect of Emotional Intelligence on the students’speaking skills given the Sig value 0.000 and t observed=4.375. Since Sig value was less than 0.05 and t observed was higher than t-table, it indicated that H0 was rejected, which means that H1 was accepted. It illustrated that there was a significant effect of independent variable X (emotional intelligence) on the dependentvariable Y (student’s speaking skills)

Sosialisasi Pajak Dan Kreatifitas Pemanfaatan Limbah Plastik Bagi Wanita Pengrajin Mikro Di Kota Palembang

Produktivitas perempuan yang rendah dipengaruhi oleh terbatasnya pengetahuan (horizon) dan keterampilan yang mereka miliki. Di sisi lain, ekonomi keluarga menjadi masalah yang lebih berat dengan biaya hidup yang lebih tinggi. Mengetahui hal ini, kami, para dosen Fakultas Bisnis dan Akuntansi, tertarik untuk berbagi pengetahuan kami untuk membantu mereka memiliki nilai tambah bagi ekonomi keluarga mereka. Materi yang diberikan dibuat sesuai kebutuhan pengusaha perempuan seperti pengembangan kreativitas wirausaha, basis pajak, dan sosialisasi Tax Amnesty. Sementara kami juga memberi mereka keterampilan ramah lingkungan untuk mengelola limbah yang terbuang (jerami) menjadi produk artistik seperti bunga, tas, dll. Dari pelatihan ini peserta dapat memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan untuk menjadikan mereka sebagai enterpreneur yang berkualitas. Materi diberikan dalam bentuk salinan dan disampaikan secara sederhana dan mudah dimengerti, sedangkan untuk keterampilan membuat kerajinan jerami diberikan dan dipraktekkan langsung oleh peserta. Interaksi sebagai pertanyaan dan jawaban dalam pelatihan ini akan membuat semua peserta benar-benar terlibat dan mengerti

MOTIVASI WIRAUSAHA KREATIVITAS LIMBAH PLASTIK BAGI WANITA PENGRAJIN MIKRO DI KOTA PALEMBANG.

The low productivity of women was influenced by the limitance of knowledge (horizon) and skill they had. On the other hand, the economy of family became problem which was heavier by the higher cost of living. Knowing this, we, the lecturers of Business and Accounting Faculty, were interested to share our knowledge to help them to have value added for the economy of their family. The materials given were made according to the needs of a women entrepreneur such as the development of enterpreneur creativity and motivation. While we also gave them go green skill to manage the waste of plasted (straw) to be artistic products such as flowers, bag, etc. From this training the participant could get horizon, knowledge, and skill to make them as qualified enterpreneur. The materials were given in the form of copy and were delivered in simple and easily understood, while for the skill of making the handicraft of the straw was given and practiced directly by the participants. The interactions as questions and answers in this training would make all the participants really involved and understood

PENEGAKAN HUKUM LINGKUNGAN ( ENVIRONTMENT ENFORCEMENT ) BERBASIS NILAI NILAI KARAKTER

Menurut Hamzah (2005:48) Dalam tulisan Helwan Karsa , penegakan hukum disebut dalam bahasa Inggris law enforcement, bahasa Belanda rechtshandhaving. Istilah penegakan hukum dalam bahasa Indonesia membawa kita pada pemikiran bahwa penegakan hukum selalu dengan “force” sehingga ada yang berpendapat, bahwa penegakan hukum hanya bersangkutan dengan hukum pidana saja. Pikiran seperti ini di perkuat dengan kebiasaan kita menyebut penegak hukum itu polisi, jaksa dan hakim. Tidak di sebut pejabat administrasi yang sebenarnya juga menegakan hukum. Andai kata istilah asing tersebut di salin menjadi “penanganan hukum” tentu lebih dengan arti cakupan penegakan hukum yang luas.Penegakan hukum lingkungan dapat dilihat dari 3 aspek yaitu aspek pidana,aspek perdata dan aspek administrasi. Agar penegakan hukum lingkungan hidup dalam 3(tiga) apek tersebut  dapat tercapai tentunya tidak hanya dengan penegakan aturan aturan saja tetapi  juga diperlukan manusia manusia yang berkarakter sehingga diperlukan penanaman nilai nilai karakter khususnya ke aparat penegakan hukum.Penanaman 18 (delapan Belas) nilai karakter bangsa sangat perlu di pahami dan dilaksanakan. Dengan demikian penegakan hukum lingkungan berbasis karakter  diharapkan mampu untuk secara proaktif menerjemahkan atau menafsirkan prinsip-prinsip tersebut kedalam putusan pengadilan
