    In practice, sustainable development is still needed on Lusi Island considering that the existence of Lusi Island is not yet known by the wider community and the development plan has not been realized in the form of adding several tourist and educational facilities. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of e-government-based tourist destination innovation and community participation both partially and simultaneously on sustainable development in the field of Lusi Island tourism. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence of e-government-based tourist destination innovation and community participation in sustainable development in the field of Lusi Island tourism. Sidoarjo Regency is expected to maximize the development and promotion of Lusi Island tourism, for example by implementing online ticket purchases and promotions through official social media

    BUMDes have benefits and develop the potential of the tourism sector. The development of tourism in Ketapang Village began with the establishment of BUMDes. This research aims to analyze the development policy of Califour in Ketapang Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method applied is descriptive type with a qualitative approach. This research focuses on determining the level of success in the BUMDes implementation process in the policy of supporting the village economy through Califour Ketapang tourism. The results of this research use the concept of Van Meter and Van Horn theory (in Agustino, 2014: 139) which consists of 6 (six) indicators, namely. First, the size and objectives of the policy can be concluded if the implementation of the Ketapang BUMDes policy is appropriate because the policy can be realized well. Second, the resources of BUMDes Ketapang in implementing the BUMDes Policy are said to be inappropriate because the process of implementing the BUMDes Policy in Ketapang, the Human Resources they have are not yet competent. Third, Communication between Organizations that the communication that BUMDes Ketapang has with parties related to the process of implementing the BUMDes Ketapang Policy in the development of Tourism Villages is said to be appropriate. Fourth, Environmental, Economic, Social and Political Conditions. The process of implementing BUMDes Policy in developing Tourism Villages through Agrotourism development does not experience any obstacles because the Social, Economic and Political Environmental conditions are supportive

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis evaluasi kebijakan relokasi Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di sentra Kuliner Gajah Mada Sidoarjo. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dan observasi. Informan dalam hal ini adalah Kabid Modifikasi Disperindag Sidoarjo. bagian pembinaan pedagang informal Disperindag Sidoarjo, koordinator PKL di sentra kuliner Gajah Mada, Satpol PP, di sentra kuliner Gajah Mada. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian evaluasi dimulai dari penilaian proses pelaksanaan yaitu proses sosialisasi, penataan, penertiban dan terakhir pembinaan. Mengetahui faktor faktor yang menghambat yaitu Perawatan dan pengelolaan sentra kuliner yang kurang, Sarana dan prasarana relokasi masih belum memadai. Mengetahui Dampak yang timbul dari relokasi PKL adalah telah mampu merelokasi dengan benar sebanyak 85 PKL pada awal tahun 2019 dan pada tahun 2020 sekitar 41 PKL dapat direlokasi, hal ini menunjukkan efisiensi relokasi PKL tersebut. Faktor penghambat antara lain kurangnya perlindungan dan pengelolaan sentra kuliner, sarana dan prasarana relokasi yang belum memada

    The role of the village government in waste management is a form of government performance in waste management in Sruni village. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the role of the village government in waste management in Sruni Village, identifying factors that influence the role of the village government in waste management. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, documentation, interviews with informants, and using sources from books or journals. The results of this research show that there are 4 indicators of the role of the Village Government in Waste Management in Sruni Village, Gedangan District, namely; a) as a stabilizer, b) Innovator, c) Modernizer, d) Pioneer. The government's role in waste management in Sruni village has been good because the government's efforts to sort waste independently have been carried out by the Sruni village community

The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, which is divided into primary data and secondary data. Sources of data obtained through Library Research are sources available online and offline, such as scientific journals, books, and news from trusted sources. The results of the study concluded that controlling the main road for Taman Pinang Housing, Sidoarjo Regency, and local SKPD by applicable regional regulations. These regional regulations include Regional Regulation No. 2. 2. Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2013, Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2016, and Regional Regulation Number 3 of Sidoarjo Regency. 188/455/404.1.1.3/2017.     This study seeks to assess the quality of population administration services in the Tanggulangin District of Sidoarjo Regency. In addition to understanding the elements that promote and impede service in Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. Employing descriptive qualitative methodologies. Using observation, interviews, and documentation, data was obtained. This study's data analysis consists of three components: data reduction, data display, and deriving conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the quality of public service delivery in the field of population administration in Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency has applied the dimensions of physical evidence (tangible), aspects of reliability, aspects of responsiveness, aspects of assurance, and aspects of empathy which cover all discussion of indicators, but there are a few indicators that run according to the wishes of the community. in this study to improve the quality of public services in Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency, namely Human Resources (HR), public awareness, facilities and infrastructure

    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mendeskripsikan sekaligus menganalisis terkait dengan kualitas terhadap pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Kantor Desa Keboansikep Kecamatan Gedangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang dimana menggunakan dua jenis data yakni data primer dan sekunder. Didalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan tiga komponen yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Kualitas terhadap pelayanan administrasi kependudukan di Desa Keboansikep menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Sumber data yang diperoleh melalui Library Research yaitu melalui buku, jurnal, web resmi, serta dokumen kearsipan. Hasil penelitian ini  yang pertam transparansi mengenai publikasi informasi yang belum maksimal. Kedua, mengenai akuntabilitas, yakni dalam hal ini belum sepenuhnya maksimal, karena belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan enam prinsip dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2017. Ketiga, terkait pemberi dan penerima pelayanan secara kondisional dirasa telah memenuhi kepuasan penerima pelayanan. Keempat, mengenai partisipatif, dimana warga dapat menyampaikan aspirasi melalui kegiatan MUSRENGBANGDES (Musyawarah Rencana Pembangunan Desa) dan penyampaian kendala secara langsung kepada pemerintah desa. Kelima, tentang kesamaan hak dan kewajiban, dimana pemerintah desa Keboansikep memberikan kesamaan hak terkait pelayanan kepada warga asli desa Keboansikep maupun warga pendatang yang berdomisili di desa Keboansikep

In creating the effectiveness of public services in the government environment, a bureaucratic reform in public services is needed. The Indonesian government utilizes existing technology to create better public services by organizing online public services. The Sidoarjo Regency Government together with the Sidoarjo Regency Population and Civil Registration Office issued a new breakthrough in public services, especially in the service of population administration and civil registration with the issuance of the Via Online Service application (PLAVON). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the Dukcapil Via Online Service (PLAVON) in Permisan Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed of the effectiveness of the Dukcapil Via Online Service (PLAVON) in Permisan Village, Jabon District, was still not running optimally, especially in provision of socialization to the community
