PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA DENGAN MODEL CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING PADA SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI GUNTURMADU
This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in grades IV-A SD N Gunturmadu in science learning using the CTL learning model. This research is classroom action research. The design of this study used the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model. The research subjects in this study were class IV-A SD N Gunturmadu with a total of 21 students and carried out in 2 cycles. The data collection instrument is a test to measure student learning outcomes. The average value in the first cycle is 75.33 with a total percentage of 62% and in the second cycle has an average of 88.00 and a percentage of 100%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV-A SD N Gunturmadu pada pembelajaran IPA menggunakan medel pembelajaran CTL. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model Kemmis & Mc Taggart.Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ni adalah kelas IV-A SD N Gunturmadu dengan jumlah 21 siswa dan dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Instrument pengumpulan data adalah tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Nilai rata-rata pada siklus I adalah 75,33 dengan jumlah persentase 62% dan pada siklus II memiliki rata-rata 88,00 serta persentase 100%
Pelaksanaan Penilaian dan Implikasinya dalam Pembentukan Sikap Ilmiah dan Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa
This article would like to description result of research was done entitled the effect of application an examination for student's science attitude and learning motivation in State Islamic Religious Institutes Pontianak. The problem in this research is first, how to effect of regularly test, and how to effect of take home test, and which do from third tests above very influences for student's science attitude and learning motivation. This research was done based student's attitude phenomena in learning activities especially to learn in faced an examination of semester in the Campus. That it was can looked from student's activities very busy and so-so, tending to be lazy person. Based on pre investigation was discovered the information that student's character not very busy to learn because lecturer always given test by taken home. But at the same time was discovered the information that student very occupied in quest the hand book, make a summary, and to borrow the notation of matters to another student to prepare to follow end an examination of semester regularly. This research characterized an associative by quantitative approach. That sampling of research was about 100 students taken by random sampling. Meanwhile, Method to aggregate the date used indirect communication technique by questionnaire instrument. Furthermore, to analysis the date used non parametric descriptive statistic. It was done crosstab test by using SPSS 18.0 version that the outcome this research pointed that the implementation of regularly test more influence for student's science attitude and learning motivation
Implementasi Pembelajaran Diferensiasi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudatut Taufiq
Diferensiasi pembelajaran merupakan program lama di dunia pendidikan di indonesia namun penerapanya masih sangat baru sehingga masih sedikit sekolah yang menerapkannya. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudhatut Taufiq Jl. Parit Jaya Sui Raya Kubu Raya yang sudah dalam satu tahun ini sudah menjalan sistem pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Akan tetapi dalam implementasinya, masih ditemukan beberapa problem. Penelitian ini peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada guru kelas di kelas 3 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudhatut Taufiq Jl.Parit Jaya Sui Raya Kubu Raya dan apa saja factor yang menjadi penghambat dalam penerapnya. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik obsevasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa langkah-langkah dalam penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudhatut Taufiq ditempuh melalui pemetaan, perencanaan, dan evaluasi. Peran kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudhatut Taufiq juga sudah cukup baik yang ditandai dengan kerjasama dengan para orang tua, komite, dan Kementerian Agama, dukungan sumber belajar, dan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana. Hal utama yang menjadi penghambat pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di Madarsah Ibtidaiyah Raudhatut Taufiq ialah kemampuan guru yang masih minim dalam memahami pembelajaran berdiferensiasi mengingat mereka masih kurang pengalaman
Internalization of Students’ Scientific Attitudes through Islamic Education in Madrasah Aliyah
Islamic Education becomes an important subject in maintaining moral and character. This study aims to see the extent to which internalization of the students’ scientific attitude in Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School) through Islamic Education. The qualitative approach is used in this research. The data was collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The data was then analyzed to see how the process of the internalization of the scientific attitude works. Based on the result of the study, it is found that the process of scientific attitude internalization carried out through scientific approach, especially in the Qur'an Hadith subject, has formed a critical and democratic attitude. The Fiqh subject forms discipline and responsibility. The Islamic cultural history subject forms an open-minded and critical attitude. Meanwhile, learning Aqidah Akhlak forms honesty, discipline, and democratic attitudes. The implication of this research lies in the strengthening the Islamic education teachers’ understanding in shaping the students’ scientific attitude, so that the students can face contemporary religious problems critically, democratically, and responsibly and become part of the solution for modern Muslim societies
PENGEMBANGAN SIKAP RELIGIUS PADA ANGGOTA RESIMEN MAHASISWA (MENWA) MAHAPURA IAIN PONTIANAK
This study discusses efforts to develop religious attitudes among students which are always important to be carried out by institutions through Student activity units independently so that their potential as leaders is honed based on moderate Islamic religious values. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about: 1) program activities designed by the commander and staff in shaping the religious character of the members of the MENWA. 2) challenges faced in implementing program activities in shaping the religious character of members of the Mahapura student regiment. The research approach was qualitative, the data source of this study consisted of primary data sources of menwa and secondary leaders (Menwa members), Mahapura IAIN Pontianak. This study found a program of religious development activities namely, Yasisnan and Tahlilan, Khataman al-Quran, and social care: Menwa Sharing through fundraising, the two challenges faced in developing religious attitudes are forgiving excessive self-weakness, lack of interest in religion, and lack of interest in religion. Sense of responsibility due to feeling tired after participating in activities on campus. Social Capital in Developing Madrasah: Social Involvement Strategy to Develop Madrasah in the Muslim Minority Area of District Mandor, Ladak West Kalimantan Indonesia
The paper is intended to discuss the social capital developed by Madrasah Pendai Mandor and to explain the involvement of the Madrasah in the implementation of madrasah education in the Muslim minority area of the Mandor sub-district. The work employs qualitative approach. The informan include the head of the foundation, the head of the madrasah, the teachers, the students, the madrasah committees, the professional and the local officials as well as the parents of the students. The study shows that the social capital developed by the school management and supported by the stakeholders has been very important for the development of the Madrasah and the it better relation with the surrounding communities having diferent relegious backgrounds. The leadership shifting to the one having better capacity has been very inlfuention to the social capital building in the form of trust from various circles. It is also the case that the new leadership has developed better values ​​and norms to maintain the trust in the form of social relations including cooperation and communication. Community involvement has also been buill within the Madrasah through various programs and learningactivities including improving the learning process, extracurricular activities and construction of learning facilities. Pendidikan Multikultural Dalam Pembelajaran Agama Islam di Sekolah Menegah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Kendawangan Kabupaten Ketapang
AbstractSenior High School (SMA) is a strategic educational environment in shaping the personality of multicultural students. Through Islamic Religious Education the strategic role of the school is becoming increasingly apparent because Islamic Education that is carried out properly will bring a positive and productive attitude change. The purpose of this study is to investigate multicultural education in SMAN 1 Kendawangan, which is with a lot of diversity. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate that the first important argumentation of multicultural Islamic religious education in Islamic religious education is the factor, religious religions of ethics, cultural customs, and social status that are often the latent potential of social conflict. Second Multicultural education is carried out by internalizing in an integrated manner through contextualization and Extention of the material, the need for learning strategies, and attitude/behavior-based assessments. Third multicultural education is carried out by incidental (temporary) actions, namely by counseling during the flag ceremony, conducting Friday blessings (healthy and clean schools), and developing tolerance through the momentum of religious holidays in schools.Keywords: Multicultural, Islamic Religious Education, Kendawangan AbstrakSekolah menegah Atas SMA adalah lingkungan Pendidikan yang setrategis dalam pembentukan kepribadian siswa multikuturalis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi Pendidikan multicultural di SMAN 1 Kendawangan, yang merupakan dengan banyak keragaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama argumentasi pentinga Pendidikan agama Islam multicultural dalam Pendidikan agama Islam adalah factor, keragama sgama etis, adat budaya dan status social yang sering menjadi potensi laten konflik social. Kedua Pendidikan mulitkultural dilakukan dengan menginternalisasikan secara terintegrasi melalui kontekstualisasi dan mepengangan materi, perluasa strategi pembelajaran dan penilaian berbasis sikap/perilaku. Ketiga pendidkan multikultur dilasakukan dengan tindakan insidental (temporary) yakni dengan penasihatan pada saat upacara bendera, melakukan jumat berkah (sekolah sehat dan bersih) dan pengembangan toleransi melalui momentum hari besar keagamaan di sekolah.Kata kunci: Multikultural, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Kendawanga
Penyelesaian Sengketa Non-Performing Loan Melalui Mediasi Dalam Sistem Peradilan Perdata (Eksekusi Jaminan Hak Tanggungan)
Abstract
This research talks about the implementation and barriers of non-performing loan dispute resolution by executing the object of collateral rights through mediation in the Indonesian Civil Justice System. The research method used is normative legal research and descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the implementation of non-performing loan dispute resolution through mediation in the civil justice system by executing mortgage collateral objects has identified of dualism process namely the integration of the mediation process into the litigation process, even though the mediation process can be carried out when resolving disputes in the non-litigation realm. Then, there are barriers to non-performing loan dispute resolution by executing the object of collateral rights through mediation in the Indonesian Civil Justice System, first, because of the parties factor; second, legal substance factor; third, legal apparatus; and fourth, processes dualism. There are dualism processes in the procedural law of the Indonesian civil justice system that must be taken by the parties has hampered the implementation of the process of executing the mortgage object guarantee (through an auction) as an attempt to resolve non-performing loan disputes through mediation in the civil justice system. So, the that's dualism process makes the execution process late, resulting in losses for the creditor (because of the cessation of financial circulation) and the debtor (because they have to bear interest and fines).

Abstrak
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dan hambatan penyelesaian sengketa non-performing loan dengan melakukan eksekusi jaminan hak tanggungan (hak atas tanah) secara mediasi dalam sistem peradilan perdata Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian hukum normatif dan deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini ialah pelaksanaan penyelesaian sengketa non-performing loan melalui mediasi dalam sistem peradilan perdata dengan melakukan eksekusi benda jaminan hak tanggungan (hak atas tanah) telah teridentifikasi adanya “dualisme proses” yaitu adanya pengintegrasian proses mediasi ke dalam proses beracara di ranah litigasi, padahal proses mediasi dapat dilakukan para pihak ketika hendak menyelesaikan sengketa pada ranah non litigasi. Kemudian terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat yang menyebabkan penyelesaian sengketa non-performing loan melalui mediasi dalam sistem peradilan perdata, yaitu pertama, faktor para pihak; kedua, faktor substansi hukum; ketiga, faktor aparatur hukum; dan keempat adanya dualisme proses dalam hukum acara sistem peradilan perdata Indonesia yang harus ditempuh para pihak telah menghambat pelaksanaan proses eksekusi objek jaminan hak tanggungan (melalui pelelangan umum), sebagai upaya untuk menyelesaikan sengketa non-performing loan melalui mediasi di dalam sistem peradilan perdata. Dalam artian dualisme proses itu membuat proses eksekusi terlambat dilaksanakan, sehingga mengakibatkan kerugian bagi kreditur (karena terhentinya perputaran keuangan) dan debitur (karena harus menanggung beban bunga dan denda).

IS INFORMATION DISCLOSURE SYSTEM IMPROVES MARKET PERFORMANCE? CASE OF INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
Information disclosure prior to opening is implemented by Indonesian stock exchange for improving the pre-market information closure transparency. Based on the policy, information related to the bid/ask volume, five best bid/ask prices, trading volume, and transaction price is disclosed. In this study, investigation is made about the influence of pre-market information on the market quality measures including volatility, liquidity, and trading volume. Intraday day data is collected within the opening of first five minutes or one minute in selected months. Results of the study indicate that pre-market information disclosure transparency is influencing the market quality measures significantly
PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN DAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SEJARAH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SEJARAH PADA MAHASISWA FIPPS PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN SEJARAH IKIP-PGRI PONTIANAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh metode pembelajaran dan pemahaman konsep sejarah terhadap hasil belajar sejarah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pontianak IKIP PGRI. Percobaan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan treatmen oleh tingkat 2 x 2. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dari observasi,tes hasil belajar dan kuisioner. dengan ukuran sampel 44 mahasiswa dipilih secara acak. Analisis data mengungkapkan empat temuan, 1). Hasil belajar sejarah mahasiswa yang diberikan metode pembelajaran inkuiri lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar sejarah mahasiswa yang diberikan metode pembelajaran konvensional, 2). Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan pemahaman konsep sejarah terhadap hasil belajar sejarah 3). Hasil belajar sejarah mahasiswa yang diberikan metode pembelajaran inkuiri dengan memiliki pemahaman konsep tinggi lebih tinggi dari mahasiswa yang diberikan metode pembelajaran konvensional dengan memiliki pemahaman konsep tinggi 4). Hasil belajar sejarah mahasiswa yang diberikan metode pembelajaran inkuiri dengan memiliki pemahaman konsep rendah lebih rendah dari mahasiswa yang diberikan metode pembelajaran konvensional dengan memiliki pemahaman konsep rendah. Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Konsep.
