This study aims to identify factors that play a role in PCC implementation on indicators of hospital service quality (patient safety) based on moderate work motivation. Research method This research uses an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The results of this study accepted three hypotheses, including the relationship between PCC implementation and patient safety and two indirect effects, namely the role of PCC implementation on patient safety through work motivation and one of the factors of PCC implementation (Measurement of systems and responses) to patient safety. FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PELAKSANAAN INDIKATOR MUTU KEPERAWATAN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RSUD DR. DRADJAT PRAWIRANEGARA

Nursing service quality is a process of activities carried out by the nursing profession in meeting the needs of patients in maintaining the condition in terms of the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the patient. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the quality of nursing services in the inpatient room of RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang Regency, Banten Province, 2020. This study used cross sectional. The sample of the study were 353 respondent which used two proporsion different test. The instrument of this study used valid and realible questionnaire. For testing Bivariat used Chi-square test while multivariat testing used double logistic regration. the result of this study of caring research, nurse competence, inpatient care facilities, knowledge, and costs p-value 0.049 <0.05 which indicated that there was any significant correlation toward quality of nursing services. Meanwhile, the dominant factor toward quality of nursing services was caring with Odds Ratio  3.947. Completion of Legal Conflicts in The Implementation of The Decision of the National Sharia Arbitration Board

The background of the article is the contents of Article 59 paragraph (3) and explanation of paragraph (1) of the Law on Judicial Power. The article authorizes the District Court to implement the decision of the Sharia arbitration body on the resolution of Islamic economic disputes. The article and explanation of the verse contradicts the absolute authority of the Religious Courts regulated in Article 49 letter (i) of the Law on Religious Courts. This shows that, the legislators are not consistent in making laws and regulations, so that it creates legal uncertainty. By applying the normative legal research method to the statute approach and case approach, this article seeks to describe the phenomenon of legal conflicts that occur. From the in-depth analysis it can be concluded that the legal provisions regarding the implementation of the decision of the National Sharia Arbitration Board are regulated in the Arbitration Law, the Judicial Power Act and the Religious Courts Act. Pengurangan Bullwhip Effect pada Rantai Pasok Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Menggunakan Metode Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR): Studi Kasus

CV Tirta Alam Dodu is a privately owned company engaged in the beverage industry in the form of AMDK. The problem faced by the company is that there is a difference between demand and sales, or better known as the bullwhip effect problem. The purpose of this study is to reduce the bullwhip effect on the supply chain and optimize the amount of product inventory according to the amount of demand. The method used is the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) method. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the analysis of demand forecasting calculations on AMDK products at CV Tirta Alam Dodu was carried out using historical data on product demand through five analytical methods, including Linear Trend, Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, Decomposition, and Winter's Model. The best forecasting resulted in Winter's Model which showed the smallest error value compared to the other four models. The way to minimize so that it does not become a bullwhip effect is to use the CPFR method, where the bullwhip effect value is obtained on glass mineral water products and gallons of mineral water of 0,985 and 0,898, respectively. This result shows that there is no amplification of demand and has reached the company's target, which is to fall below number one. AKTIVITAS ANTIBAKTERI EKSTRAK METANOL BUNGA CENGKEH (Syzygium aromaticum) TERHADAP BAKTERI Streptococcus mutans

Karies gigi merupakan masalah utama yang paling banyak dijumpai di rongga mulut. Penyakit ini dapat menyerang seluruh lapisan masyarakat dari berbagai kelompok usia dan ekonomi. Salah satu sebab terjadinya karies gigi adanya interaksi dengan mikroorganisme Streptococcus mutans. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri senyawa kimia ekstrak bunga cengkeh (Syzygium aromaticum) terhadap bakteri S. mutans. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode true experimental dengan posttest only with control group design. Sampel yang digunakan adalah bunga cengkeh. Ekstraksi dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut metanol dan selanjutnya dilakukan vacum evaporator diperoleh bobot ekstrak sebanyak 33,1%. Hasil identifikasi senyawa kimia secara kualitatif ekstrak bunga cengkeh mengandung senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, terpenoid, dan fenolik. Aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode difusi agar dengan mengukur zona bening yang terbentuk. Hasil uji konsentrasi hambat minimum (KHM) diperoleh konsentrasi 25% memiliki aktivitas antibakteri yang baik. Selanjutnya pengujian aktivitas antibakteri dengan melihat zona diameter hambat, diperoleh sebesar 37 mm, dan amfisilin sebesar 28 mm. RANCANGAN SMART RELAY ZELIO PADA PENGOPERASIAN POMPA AIR BERSIH GEDUNG BERTINGKAT

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Rancangan Smart Relay Zelio pada Pengoperasian Pompa Air Bersih Gedung Bertingkat, dengan latar belakang sistem pengoperasian pompa air bersih pada hotel padjadjaran resort yang masih menggunakan sistem kontrol konvensional. Dimana system kontrol konvensional tersebut memiliki banyak kelemahan dan kekuranganya, diantaranya sering terjadi gangguan dari instalasi atau control mekaniknya, proses troubleshooting yang sulit dilakukan ketika terjadi troubleshoot pada rangkain kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggantikan sistem panel kontrol konvensional pompa air bersih yang telah ada menjadi sebuah sistem panel kontrol pompa air bersih berbasis Smart Relay Zelio SRB3261FU, dan menghasilkan sistem kendali automatis dan manual pengoperasian pompa transfer dan booster Gedung bertingkat yang respontime antara pengisian air dari GWT menuju Rooftang, dan Pendistribusian air dari rooftang menuju kepemakaian. Dalam penilitian ini menghasilkan panel kendali pengoperasian pompa air bersih gedung bertingkat berbasis Smart relay zelio yang dapat mengoperasian 2 sistem pompa yaitu, Sistem pengoperasian pompa transfer yang dapat berkerja secara automatis dengan menggunakan sistem Water Level Control sebagai alat pendeteksi level air pada tangki atas (Rooftank), dan dapat berkerja secara manual dengan menggunakan tombol pushbooton, dan Sistem pengoperasian pompa booster yang dapat berkerja secara automatis dengan menggunakan Pressure Switch sebagai alat pendeteksi tekanan air dalam pipa distribusi, dan dapat berkerja secara manual dengan menggunakan tombol tekan pushbooto

Pembelajaran Matematika Materi Persamaan Garis Lurus dengan Model Guided Discovery Learning Berbantuan Geogebra

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil dari penerapan pembelajaran persamaan garis lurus dengan model guided discovery learning berbantuan geogebra. Penelitian kualitatif ini mengambil subjek adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran persamaan garis lurus bagi siswa kelas VIII MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo dengan model guided discovery learning berbantuan geogebra dilakukan dengan diawali langkah Stimulation, lalu Problem statement, kemudian Data collection, dilanjutkan Data Processing, lantas Verification, diakhiri dengan Generalization. Bantuan geogebra diberikan saat langkah stimulation dan verification. Hasil penerapan pembelajaran ini adalah partisipasi, kepercayaan diri, dan pemahaman siswa meningkat. Namun demikian, bimbingan dan kreativitas guru sangat menentukan keberhasilan penerapan model guided discovery learning berbantuan geogebra ini
