Perbandingan Pemahaman Matematika Siswa antara yang Menggunakan Adobe Flash CS3 dengan Software IMindMap™ pada Pokok Bahasan Limit Fungsi

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat pemahaman matematika siswa dengan menggunakan Adobe Flash CS3 pada pokok bahasan limit fungsi di kelas XI IPA SMAN 5 Kota Cirebon. (2) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat pemahaman matematika siswa dengan menggunakan software iMindMap pada pokok bahasan limit fungsi di kelas XI IPA SMAN 5 Kota Cirebon. (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan pemahaman matematika siswa antara yang menggunakan Adobe Flash CS3 dengan software iMindMap.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA di SMAN 5 Kota Cirebon yang terdiri dari 4 kelas IPA yang berjumlah 134 siswa. Sedangkan sampelnya diambil dua kelas secara acak, yaitu kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 yang menggunakan Adobe Flash CS3 dan kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 yang menggunakan software iMindMap dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes dan observasi. Setelah data diperoleh dari hasil post-test kemudian di analisis menggunakan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan independent sample T-test. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan independent sample T-test diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 2.277 > 1.998 maka Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pemahaman matematika siswa antara yang menggunakan Adobe Flash CS3 dengan software iMindMap pada pokok bahasan limit fungs

Sentiment Analysis of the Public Towards the Kanjuruhan Tragedy with the Support Vector Machine Method

A tragedy occurred in the Indonesian football world during the Arema vs. Persebaya match on October 1, 2022, resulting in the loss of approximately 714 lives, including 131 fatalities and 583 injuries. The tragedy is believed to have been caused by tear gas in the spectator stands and the closure of exits at the Kanjuruhan stadium. This event sparked a diverse range of public responses on social media, which can be analyzed through sentiment analysis. In this study, we employed the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm, known for its speed and accuracy in text classification, to process and analyze tweets from October 1 to 31, 2022, as well as YouTube comments related to the Kanjuruhan tragedy from October 1 to November 20, 2022. Among the different SVM kernels, the RBF kernel exhibited the highest accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 scores, reaching 76.40%, 75.74%, 76.40%, and 75.18% respectively, when predicting data with three labels. Furthermore, the RBF kernel showed the best performance for data with two labels, achieving the highest accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score, which increased to 81.54%, 81.56%, 81.54%, and 81.56%, respectively

Promotion of cultural tourism in East Lombok Regency which aims to attract both local and foreign tourists to visit Lombok Island, especially East Lombok. This research is expected to be useful as a medium of information and promotion of tourism potential in East Lombok, so that the community will be more familiar with the tourism places of the area visited, besides that the location of tourists by tourists can impact on the economic aspects of the surrounding communities. . Research methods conducted by researchers include observation, interviews with related parties, and literature studies related to the issues raised. In designing this information system, researchers use several programming languages and databases, including PHP and Mysql. Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja: Dampak Insentif Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji hubungan antara insentif, kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (persero ) Pusat Makassar, yang beralamat di Jl. Soekarno Hatta No.1 Makassar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 263 karyawan. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga ditentukan jumlah responden sebanyak 72 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Terhadap Kinerja. Variabel Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja. Variabel Kepuasaan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
