Importance of the Joint Use of Goat and Cow Milk in the Production of Soft Cheeses
The paper presents the data on the physicochemical composition of cow and goat milk in different seasons of the year, as well as physicochemical data on mixed compositions of cow and goat milk in various proportions for the production of soft cheeses without ripening. The yield of soft cheese samples was calculated for a different combination of cow and goat milk, where a soft cheese sample with a milk raw material ratio of 50/50 and with the addition of extruded chickpea flour had a yield of 20.5%. Thus, it was found that the developed soft cheese formulation from a mixture of milk raw materials with chickpea flour allows the production of an environmentally friendly and biologically complete product
DO HEAVY METALS AFFECT ON DEHYDRATION RATE OF BRASSICA NAPUS, TRITICUM SPP., ZEA MAYS AND HORDEUM VULGARE?
Dependence of dehydration rate of Brassica napus, Triticum spp., Zea mays and Hordeum vulgare from heavy metal concentrations in plants after its growth in contaminated media has been studied in the laboratory and results are summarized in this paper. We found water loss reduction in all plant species germinated in sewage sludge (somewhere soil) after 18 day in comparison with control samples, presented by garden compost. Moreover, water loss was reduced significantly in root part of the plants. At the same time water loss was increased in Brassica napus, Triticum spp. and Hordeum vulgare germinated in sewage sludge after 30 day in comparison with control samples that could have been caused by metals interactions with plantsβ metabolic processes within the cells
Cluster approach to the development of the mechanism of export of agricultural enterprise products
The article studies enterprises of the grain-product subcomplex engaged in the production and sale of grain for both domestic consumption and export. The author studies the cluster approach as a basis for grain export mechanism development, the key element of which is the principle of combining functions of sales, storage, and shipment of products in the transportation and logistics part of the cluster. Achievement of synergetic effect in this case is conditioned by mutually beneficial cooperation of subjects on the investment and innovation basis. The paper summarizes main stages of organizing agricultural exports, each of which presents a list of procedures and composition of the documents used. Based on the conducted research, modern mechanism of export of products (grain) by agricultural enterprises has been presented with the allocation of subjects by stages of the export life cycle depending on the way of its realization (directly, through an intermediary, or as a cluster participant). The example of an export-oriented enterprise in the Saratov region shows clustering effectiveness, which consists in minimizing transaction costs by reducing other implementation costs. The research results can be used when developing programs and proposals to strengthen integration ties between the subjects of agro-industrial complex
About training manuals for teaching Russian as a foreign language in the modern educational paradigm
The article is devoted to the solution of the current problems of modern communication and intercultural educational paradigms that center around the consideration of foreign students national specific in teaching Russian at the preparatory course of military school. Specific features of the course are that the language is the central core of training, performing a communicative function, in the process of development of everyday communication skills and abilities, learning of the language for special purposes starts within the first month of training. The development of modern methods of interactive teaching of Russian as a Foreign Language contributes to the use of computer technology, thereby implementing a personality-oriented approach. We use the method of multimedia transformer. The method involves the preparation of a large number of training materials: text files, glossaries, presentation materials, workbooks, reference materials, etc. Development of own training manual is offered as a solution of a set of tasks: to take into account the specifics of the languages and mentalities of foreign military personnel, to give not only language training, but also to help to master subjects of future military occupation. This article describes two training manuals: Russian as a Foreign Language Workbook. Writing. Phonetics. Intonation (Elementary Level) and The Experimental Electronic Multilingual Dictionary of Military Terms. The Workbook is universal, since it is intended to be used in addition to different Russian as a Foreign Language textbooks. The manual consists of three sections (Writing, Phonetics, Intonation). For instance: 1) the second section Phonetics includes 14 units and four of them contain three blocks - for speakers of different languages; 2) for each intonation construction exercises including basic dictionary that is necessary for military personnel were developed. At the moment we have published Russian as a foreign language Workbooks (Writing. Phonetics. Intonation) with tasks translated into English, French and Laotian. We pursue to achieve higher intensity in the process of speaking and writing skills acquisition. Creation of the multilingual vocabulary of military terms is targeted at development of professional competence that provides removal of language barriers in the process of studying military humanitarian and technical sciences by foreigner students. The content of the manuals developed by the teachers of the Novosibirsk Technical University and the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School is analyzed in terms of implementing nationally and professionally oriented teaching of the Russian language as a foreign language
DEVELOPMENT OF IT GOVERNANCE COMPETENCES IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IN A DIGITAL ECONOMY
The need to develop competencies and involve experts in IT Governance issues to the boards of directors has been substantiated, as well as the recommendations for expanding the areas of responsibility of the board of directors in IT Governance issues have been developed, which should be included in the Russian Corporate Governance Code. The tendencies in the regulation of issues related to the development of digital technologies, the content of the Codes of Corporate Governance in several countries, the recommendations of Cobit 5.0, and the current competences of the board of directors have been analysed. The recommendations on expanding the areas of responsibility of the board of directors in the field of IT Governance have been developed. It has concluded, that IT Governance expertize in the board of directors becomes a necessity, without which companies can`t easily remain competitiveness in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution
Iron oxyhydroxide effect on rooting of cuttings of Ribes nigrum and Ribes rubrum
This work was aimed at studying the effect of a preparation containing nanoparticles of iron oxyhydroxide on rooting and development of the root system of cuttings of the two plant species sensitive to iron deficiency: Ribes nigrum and Ribes rubrum (Grossulariaceae). Research has shown that the iron oxyhydroxide has an inhibitory effect on the growth and development of the root system of cuttings of black and red currant. When concentration increases from 0.001% to 0.1%, rooting of cuttings decreases, and the Spearman rank correlation shows strong negative dependence of the number of roots and their length on the concentration of the preparation (Rs = -0.83 -0.94...) β the number of roots on cuttings decreases, while in case of the maximum concentration, root length significantly reduces. In the studied concentration, the preparation containing iron oxyhydroxide nanoparticles cannot be used as a stimulant of root formation for rooting of cuttings of black and red currant
Work of the Inter-American Commission of Women on Promoting Womenβs Rights and Gender Equality in Latin America
The Inter-American Commission of Women was established in 1928 during the Sixth International Conference of American States at the time of growing debates on womenβs rights in the Inter-American region. The CIM as a specialized body of the Organization of American States is a forum for discussing issues and developing strategies to promote womenβs rights in the region. The CIM provides advisory and technical assistance to the OAS member states in complying with international obligations on womenβs rights. Despite the limited budget and lack of autonomy, the CIM promoted signing of important documents on womenβs rights concerning the citizenship of a married woman, political and civil rights of women and elimination of violence.ΠΠ΅ΠΆΠ°ΠΌΠ΅ΡΠΈΠΊΠ°Π½ΡΠΊΠ°Ρ ΠΊΠΎΠΌΠΈΡΡΠΈΡ ΠΆΠ΅Π½ΡΠΈΠ½ Π±ΡΠ»Π° ΡΠΎΠ·Π΄Π°Π½Π° Π² 1928 Π³.
