ZASTOSOWANIE MODELU STEROWANIA PREDYKCYJNEGO W ENERGOOSZCZĘDNEJ TECHNOLOGII PROSTEGO PIECA TLENOWEGO

The fulfilment of the condition for the simultaneous achievement of the desired chemical composition and temperature of the metal is ensured by controlling the oxygen consumption and the position of the oxygen impeller lance. The method for solving Model Predictive Control with quadratic functionality in the presence of constraints is given.  Implementation of the described solutions will contribute to increasing the proportion of scrap and reducing the melting period without changing of technological process.Spełnienie warunku jednoczesnego osiągnięcia pożądanego składu chemicznego i temperatury metalu jest zapewnione poprzez kontrolę zużycia tlenu i położenia palnika tlenowego. Zaprezentowano metodę rozwiązania Modelu Sterowania Predykcyjnego z funkcjonalnością kwadratową w obecności ograniczeń.  Wdrożenie opisanego rozwiązania przyczyni się do zwiększenia udziału złomu i skrócenia czasu topnienia bez zmiany procesu technologicznego

Nord Stream 2 as a Threat to National Interests of Poland and Ukraine

The article analyses Nord Stream 2 project in terms of the national interests of Poland and Ukraine. The authors carry out comparative analysis of risks and threats which are posed by the project to the national interests of both countries in economic, political and geopolitical spheres. The probable consequences of implementation of the Russian gas initiative are discussed. Scenarios of tactical and strategic steps of Poland and Ukraine are described. These steps would allow the countries to influence the process of Nord Stream 2 project implementation and, potentially, block it; as well as allow preparing their own energy systems to new conditions which might be formed after the launch of two lines of a new Russian gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea

Molecular characterization of full-length MLV-related endogenous retrovirus ChiRV1 from the chicken, Gallus gallus

AbstractWe report the first full-length sequence of an endogenous retrovirus from the genome of domestic chicken, that is not related to the Avian leukemia viruses (ALV). This retrovirus, designated ChiRV1, clusters with Murine leukemia virus (MLV)-related retroviruses and hence is the first complete gammaretrovirus from the genome of a bird. Nevertheless it is not related to exogenous MLV-related retroviruses infecting chicken. The provirus is 9133 bp long and contains 90%-identical LTRs as well as reading frames for the gag, pol and env genes, interrupted by in-frame stop codons. Expression analysis showed that ChiRV1 is a transcribed provirus. Screening of the chicken genome database revealed 100 ChiRV1-related sequences that are grouped into three classes based upon LTR alignment and subsequent phylogenetic analysis

У розвідці висвітлено процес створення Тихоокеанського Альянсу як латиноамериканського регіонального геополітичного проекту. Детально проаналізовано стартові економічні можливості блоку, перспективи співробітництва з ключовими державами азійського регіону. Розглянуто позиції США до новоствореного блоку, а також проаналізовано економічний потенціал Тихоокеанського Альянсу в контексті не лише геополітичної ситуації в латиноамериканському регіоні, але й у рамках тихоокеанської економічної системи. (The survey highlights the process of creating Pacific Alliance as a new regional geopolitical project of Latin America. The article analyzes bloc’s starting economical capabilities and prospects of cooperation with crucial states of Asia. The US positions concerning the new bloc are considered. Furthermore, the article deals with the economical potential of Pacific Alliance in the context of geopolitical situations not only in Latin America but also in a part of Pacific economic system.

Uniform approximation of Poisson integrals of functions from the class H_omega by de la Vallee Poussin sums

We obtain asymptotic equalities for least upper bounds of deviations in the uniform metric of de la Vall\'{e}e Poussin sums on the sets C^{q}_{\beta}H_\omega of Poisson integrals of functions from the class H_\omega generated by convex upwards moduli of continuity \omega(t) which satisfy the condition \omega(t)/t\to\infty as t\to 0. ДОГОВОРИ В СФЕРІ ШОУ-БІЗНЕСУ: ЦИВІЛЬНО-ПРАВОВИЙ АНАЛІЗ ЗАКОНОДАВСТВА УКРАЇНИ З МІЖНАРОДНИМ ДОСВІДОМ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ

The scientific novelty of the article is the need to regulate the issue of contracting in the sphere of show business in Ukraine. The object of the study of this article is the civil legal relationship arising from the conclusion of a contract in the field of show business. The following research methods were used in the study: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, etc. The article analyzes the legislation of Ukraine and the foreign experience in the field of conclusion a contract in the sphere of show business.The authors concluded contracts that mediate contractual interconnectios in the sphere of show business are characteristic of mixed (atypical) contracts, because often enough for the regulation of certain relations, the parties do not have separately regulated civil legal structures, stipulated by the current civil law of Ukraine. Moreover, the activities of the parties in the performance of their obligations under the contract are characterized by a high level of risk&nbsp;because it is very difficult to predict the success of a particular project in show business.La novedad científica del artículo es la necesidad de regular el tema de la contratación en el ámbito del espectáculo en Ucrania. El objeto del estudio de este artículo es la relación legal civil que surge de la celebración de un contrato en el campo del espectáculo. En el estudio se utilizaron los siguientes métodos de investigación: análisis, síntesis, inducción, deducción, etc. El artículo analiza la legislación de Ucrania y la experiencia extranjera en el campo de la celebración de un contrato en el ámbito del espectáculo.Los autores concluyeron que los contratos que median las interconexiones contractuales en el ámbito del espectáculo son característicos de los contratos mixtos (atípicos), porque con frecuencia suficiente para la regulación de ciertas relaciones, las partes no tienen estructuras legales civiles reguladas por separado, estipuladas por la ley civil actual de Ucrania Además, las actividades de las partes en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones en virtud del contrato se caracterizan por un alto nivel de riesgo porque es muy difícil predecir el éxito de un proyecto en particular en el mundo del espectáculo.Актуальність статті полягає у необхідності регулювання питання укладання договорі в сфері шоу-бізнесу в Україні. Об’єктом дослідження даної статті стали цивільні правовідносини, що виникають з приводу укладання договорі в сфері шоу-бізнесу. При написанні дослідження були використані наступні методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція тощо. В статті було проаналізовано законодавство України та закордонний досвід з питання укладання договорі в сфері шоу-бізнесу.Авторами був зроблений висновок про те, що договорам, які опосередковують договірні відносини в сфері шоу-бізнесу, притаманна характеристика змішаних (нетипових) договорів, оскільки досить часто для врегулювання тих чи інших відносин сторонам недостатньо окремо регламентованих цивільно-правових конструкцій, передбачених чинним цивільним законодавством України. Формування професійно-педагогічної культури викладача педагогічного ЗВО: тенденції і принципи

The article examines and characterizes the highlighted key trends and principles of the formation of the professional and pedagogical culture of a teacher of a higher pedagogical education institution in the context of its innovative development. Based on the generalization of scientific theory and own pedagogical experience, the concept of professional and pedagogical culture of a teacher of a modern pedagogical higher education institution is specified, the main contradictions that stimulate the process of its formation and development are formulated. Pedagogical theory and practice are enriched with theoretical and theoretical-methodological provisions regarding modern characteristics and methodological approaches to the formation and development of the professional-pedagogical culture of a teacher of a pedagogical higher education institution. Common structural components are named and the unity of the ratio of educational and scientific activity of the teacher is characterized as a condition for the effectiveness of the development of his professional and pedagogical culture. The results of scientific research illustrating the implementation of certain principles and indicating the factors of the effectiveness of the innovative activity of teachers are given, and the conditions of its influence on the level of formation of professional and pedagogical culture are given. By summarizing practical experience and research results, the psychological and pedagogical conditions that affect the development of professionally significant personal values of teachers of higher education institutions are singled out. With the help of a structural-logistic scheme, the integration and relationship of socio-cultural and professional values of a teacher of a higher pedagogical institution of education as elements of his professional and pedagogical culture are presented. Prospects for further research on the specified problem are outlined.У статті розглянуто та схарактеризовано виокремлені ключові тенденції і принципи формування професійно-педагогічної культури викладача закладу вищої педагогічної освіти в контексті її інноваційного розвитку. На основі узагальнення наукової теорії та власного педагогічного досвіду уточнено поняття професійно-педагогічної культури викладача сучасного педагогічного ЗВО, сформульовано основні протиріччя, що стимулюють процес її формування і розвитку. Педагогічну теорію і практику збагачено теоретичними та теоретично-методичними положеннями щодо сучасних характеристик і методичних підходів до формування і розвитку професійно-педагогічної культури викладача педагогічного ЗВО. Названо спільні структурні компоненти та схарактеризовано єдність і співвідношення освітньої та наукової діяльності викладача як умови ефективності розвитку його професійно-педагогічної культури. Наведено результати наукових досліджень, що ілюструють реалізацію окремих принципів і вказують на чинники ефективності інноваційної діяльності педагогів та названо умови її впливу на рівень сформованості професійно-педагогічної культури. Шляхом узагальнення практичного досвіду та результатів дослідження виокремлено психолого-педагогічні умови, що впливають на розвиток професійно значимих особистих цінностей педагогів ЗВО. З допомогою структурно-логістичної схеми представлено інтеграцію і взаємозв’язок соціокультурних та професійних цінностей викладача вищого педагогічного закладу освіти як елементів його професійно-педагогічної культури. Окреслено перспективи подальших досліджень щодо означеної проблеми
