    Cílem této práce je seznámení s problematikou implementace OZE a elektromobility v souvislosti s rozvojem distribučních sítí vysokého napětí. Práce zpracovává nejdříve teoretické poznatky z této oblasti a následně je implementuje v praktické části. Ta zahrnuje vytvoření modelu sítě vn dle skutečného vzoru prostřednictvím výpočetního sw. Na něm je následně simulován předpokládaný vývoj vlivu OZE a elektromobility mezi lety 2020 až 2040.This thesis is focused on demonstrating the impact of the implementation of decentralized distributed energy sources (mainly RES) and electromobility technologies to electrical parameters in Czech medium voltage distribution network. Thesis is divided into two main chapters. First one is a brief theoretical summary of this problematic and the second one is a practical software simulation on a real medium voltage network. Proposed implementation scenarios are based on EU and national strategic plans for time period from 2020 to 2040.

    Design of LV distribution network reconstruction within the long-term network development strategies

    Cílem této práce je seznámení s problematikou navrhování distribučních sítí nn. Práce zpracovává nejdříve teoretické poznatky související s touto problematikou. Velký důraz je v této části věnován koncepčnímu rozvoji v oblasti distribučních sítí nn. V praktické části práce je provedena analýza skutečné elektrické sítě a následný návrh její rekonstrukce. Návrh byl zpracován v souladu s technickými normami ČSN, PNE a postupů společnosti ČEZ Distribuce, a.s. Jako prostředek pro analýzu byl použit výpočetní software DAISY Bizon Projektant.The aim of this thesis is to design a low voltage distribution grid. The thesis includes theoretical knowledge related to this topic. Great emphasis is placed on development strategies in the area of low voltage distribution networks. A practical part of the thesis is focused on analysis of the real low voltage distribution grid followed by designing reconstruction solution. This solution is based on technical standards ČSN, PNE and procedures used in ČEZ Distribuce, a.s. company. For this purpose computing software DAISY Bizon Projektant will be used.

    The Effect of Environmental Cooling Rate and Temperature-Humidity Index on the Milk Yield of Holstein Cattle on a Specific Farm

    The objective of this work was to assess the effect of environmental cooling rate and temperature-humidity index on the milk yield of Holstein cattle on a specific farm. The experiment took place at a university farm (South Moravia) in the summer of 2017 and lasted over one month. The cows with the highest production have been chosen for this study since these cows have been suspected to be affected by heat stress more than the low-producing ones. The Environmental cooling rate (ECR) was measured by Hill´s thermometer and later calculated according to a formula. The temperature-humidity index (THI) was calculated from temperature and humidity data obtained by a data logger placed in the stable. Milk yield data were obtained directly from the milk parlour. The results show that the ECR is in a weak positive relationship (r= 0.07) with the milk yield. On the contrary, the THI showed moderate negative relation to the milk yield (r= -0.14)

    Emergence of Centralized (Collective) and Decentralized (Individual) Environmentally Friendly Solutions during the Regeneration of a Residential Building in a Post-Socialist City

    Our paper deals with a micro-study of one residential building in the city center of Brno (Czech Republic) where we strived to identify and better understand the main factors behind the successful implementation of environmentally friendly solutions during the regeneration process. We followed the unique, complicated, and often conflictual story of the regeneration (conducted during the years 2010-2020) of the residential building, which was originally built in the 1930s. In total, 18 solutions were discussed-all four solutions on the state level of centralization were realized, only two of six solutions on the building level of centralization were materialized, and six of eight decentralized solutions were realized during the regeneration process. In the field of energy savings requiring high investments, a significant dominance of centralized solutions (on the state level) was identified. Centralized solutions on the building level such as heat pumps or solar panels were not realized. In the area of waste management and care for community greenery (that did not require large investments), we see as the most beneficial the promotion of decentralized solutions in the form of community-funded communal composting or the planting of new greenery. The formation of various regeneration options, which is discussed in detail, appeared as an integral instrument for dealing with conflicts among residents during the planning phase

    The high density polyethylene composite with recycled radiation cross-linked filler of rHDPEx

    This article discusses the possibilities of using radiation cross-linked high density polyethylene (HDPEx) acting as a filler in the original high density polyethylene (HDPE) matrix. The newly created composite is one of the possible answers to questions relating to the processing of radiation cross-linked thermoplastics. Radiation cross-linked networking is-nowadays, a commonly used technology that can significantly modify the properties of many types of thermoplastics. This paper describes the influence of the concentration of filler, in the form of grit or powder obtained by the grinding/milling of products/industrial waste from radiation cross-linked high density polyethylene (rHDPEx) on the mechanical and processing properties and the composite structure. It was determined that, by varying the concentration of the filler, it is possible to influence the mechanical behaviour of the composite. The mechanical properties of the new composite-measured at room temperature, are generally comparable or better than the same properties of the original thermoplastic. This creates very good assumptions for the effective and economically acceptable, processing of high density polyethylene (rHDPEx) waste.     Use of irradiated polymers after their lifetime period

    This article deals with the study of the utilisation of irradiated HDPE products after their end-of-life cycle. Today, polymer waste processing is a matter of evermore intensive discussion. Common thermoplastic waste recycling-especially in the case of wastes with a defined composition-is generally well-known-and frequently used. On the contrary, processing cross-linked plastics is impossible to do in the same way as with virgin thermoplastics-mainly due to the impossibility of remelting them. The possibility of using waste in the form of grit or a powder, made from cross-linked High Density PolyEthylene (rHDPEx) products, after their end-of-life cycle, as a filler for virgin Low Density PolyEthylene (LDPE) was tested in a matrix. It was found that both the mechanical behaviour and processability of new composites with an LDPE matrix, with rHDPEx as a filler, depend-to a high degree-on the amount of the filler. The composite can be processed up to 60% of the filler content.     Influence of Summer Temperatures on Milk Content and Technological Properties of Three Cow Breeds Kept Under Identical Conditions

    The aim of this study was to assess the influence of summer temperatures on the milk content and technological properties for three different cow breeds. The experiment took place between June and August 2015. We observed 18 dairy cows, kept in identical conditions. We used cows of 3 breeds: Czech Fleckvieh (C), Holstein (H) and Ayrshire (A). Samples were taken weekly. The analyzed parameters were: total yield per observed period, milk content, density, active and titrable acidity, rennet coagulation time (RCT) and curd class quality. Average daily yield was 22.8 (A), 28.1 (H) and 24.4 (C) liters. All cows were at the same lactation (2nd). All breeds showed an increase (from 12.74% to 12.24%) in dry matter. Titrable acidity was significantly (P < 0.05) increasing and active acidity was decreasing for all three breeds. When it comes to technological properties Czech Fleckvieh and Holstein showed a decrease in RCT and curd quality, and Ayrshire showed an increase in both RCT and curd quality. This can point to the fact that, though these three breeds are different, some characteristics (dry matter, titrable and active acidity) of their production are affected by the high summer temperatures. RCT values indicate that Czech Fleckvieh is more adaptable to high temperatures
