Evaluation Of Leading Education Program On Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Serpong Tangerang Selatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong sebagai sekolah terkemuka, dalam perspektif anteseden, transaksi, dan hasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi Countenance dari Pasak sebagai dasar metodologinya. Data dikumpulkan dari seluruh elemen pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa kelas dua dan tiga. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan berikut ini. Pertama, hampir semua yang aspek anteseden, seperti jumlah siswa dan kualitas input mahasiswa, ketersediaan sumber pendukung pembelajaran, kualitas guru, dalam kondisi ideal. Kedua, Secara internal, proses pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendekia berjalan dengan baik, dan secara eksternal terkait dengan fungsinya sebagai model, implementasinya belum optimal. Para siswa dan guru memandang bahwa implementasi pendidikan di MAN Insan Cendekia berjalan dengan baik, sehubungan dengan fasilitas belajar yang lebih lengkap daripada di sekolah lain. Dan akhirnya yang ketiga, prestasi belajar siswa MAN Insan Cendekia, yang ditunjukkan oleh skor mereka di UN dan berbagai tingkat prestasi, meningkat dibandingkan dengan hasil tahun-tahun sebelumnya, dan ini bisa dinilai sebagai pencapaian yang baik dari MAN Insan Cendekia dalam melakukan proses pendidikan

Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) merupakan program Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), yang ditujukan kepada mahasiswa kependidikan. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi mahasiswa kependidikan sebagai calon guru atau pendidik dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Keluaran dari program ini, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat memasuk kriteria calon guru profesional. Pelaksanaan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa. PPL UNY tahun 2015 dimulai tanggal 10 Agustus-12 September 2015. Penulis menjalankan program ini di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Seyegan. Penulis mendapatkan kelas X IIS 1, 2, 3 dan X MIA 4 untuk prakti mengajar. jumlah jam pelajaran disetiap kelas ialah 2 jam, jadi secara keseluruhan memperoleh 8 jam per minggu. Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia (SPSI) di PT. Panarub Industry merupakan organisasi serikat buruh yang berdiri sejak tahun 2010. SPSI di PT. Panarub Industry belum menggunakan sistem dalam melakukan proses pendaftaran. Oleh karena itu, akan dirancang sebuah aplikasi untuk membantu proses pendaftaran dengan judul "Rancang bangun sistem informasi Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia (SPSI) pada PT. Panarub Industry Berbasis Android".Tahapan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan system dilakukan menggunakan metode Six sigma. Lima tahapan pada six sigma, yaitu Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, Sistem yang akan dikembangkan adalah sistem berbasis android dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Framework Laravel dan Javascript. Data yang disimpan dalam server menggunakan MySQL, proses pengkodean menggunakan visual code.Aplikasi pendaftaran serikat SPSI di PT. Panarub Industry dibuat dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis android untuk karyawan dan aplikasi berbasis web untuk admin. Aplikasi ini mempermudah karyawan untuk melakukan pendaftaran dan memudahkan admin dalam proses pengelolaan data sehingga data tersimpan dengan aman, efektif dan efisien

This research examines to find out how the expenditure process of the State Budget (APBN) funds with the State Treasury and Budget (SPAN) system in the perspective of bureaucratic reform in KPPN Denpasar, one of the Treasury Service Office (KPPN). By using SPAN the implementation of the management of APBN funds is more effective, efficient, transparent and accountable. The process of disbursing the state budget with SPAN at KPPN Denpasar has been going well, although there are still problems related to the limited number of SPAN users which make significantly increasing bills, the satker officer, the stakeholders to wait long enough to be served. Besides that, there was also a bill that was rejected by SPAN, the information could not be known to the satker officers at that time, because the services at the front office only reached the verification and conversion of billing data. This can reduce the quality of excellent public services which is one of the objectives of bureaucratic reform

Desa Grinting, Kecamatan Tulangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo is a rice farming area which in the harvest season is abundant and the rice straw is not used to generate added value economically. Farmers tend to be rice straw and often pollute the surrounding air. Cultivation of straw mushroom using straw as a growing medium is a viable option to overcome this problem. However, the people of Desa Grinting do not yet have sufficient knowledge and understanding to carry out a mushroom cultivation business. This training aims to increase the knowledge, understanding and interest of the people in Desa Grinting to carry out a straw mushroom cultivation business using rice straw as a growing medium. Training has been conducted using zoom and Whatapp applications for 2 months. The Youth Organization and GAPOKTAN members became target partners for this online training. During the training, the target partners were very active and enthusiastic about participating in the training, holding discussions and questions and answers. This courage training succeeded in increasing the knowledge, understanding and business interest of the target partners in cultivating edible mushrooms using straw as a growing medium. The real results in the form of behavior change were evident in the target partners and there were members who had done independent practice of making plant media using rice straw
