Barriers of a town

Struktura městské zástavby se neustále mění. Její vývoj ovlivnilo několik důležitých kroků v dějinách kteréhokoli města. Až s odstupem doby je možno přijmout hodnocení kladů a záporů, ale především vyplývající poučení pro budoucnost. Při studiu mapových podkladů, byly autorkami článku nalezeny tři hlavní skupiny těchto vlivů. Tyto skupiny dostaly společný pracovní název bariéry města. K jednotlivým bariérám měst byly vybrány konkrétní příklady městských struktur, na kterých se prokázal jejich vliv působení. Na základě vlivu třech skupin bariér, byly definovány dvě základní struktury měst.The structure of a town housing development is always changing. Its evolution was influented by few important steps in the history of any town. Not untill passage of the time it is possible to accept the assesment of positives and negatives but over all final lesson for the future. Along of study of map background the authors have found three main groups of these influences. These groups got united working name Barriers of a town. To an individual barriers of a towns were chosen specific examples of a town structures where was proofed their influence of effect. Based on influence of three groups of barriers there were definied two basic town structures

Analysis of Selected Methods of Valuation of Garage-Type Real Estate in the Localities of Uherské Hradiště and Uherský Brod

Tato diplomová práce obsahuje teoretické i praktické poznatky z oblasti oceňování nemovitostí s hlavním zaměřením na řadové garáže v městech Uherské Hradiště a Uherský Brod. V každé lokalitě je vybráno 5 nemovitostí. Nejprve jsou charakterizované lokality, pojmy a teoretické seznámení s jednotlivými druhy ocenění. Způsob ocenění je zvolen nákladový, porovnávací dle vyhlášky a porovnávací z databáze. Na základě získaných dat jsou v závěru práce vyhodnoceny odlišnosti a jejich příčiny mezi danými způsoby ocenění.This master thesis contains theoretical and practical knowledge of real estate valuation with main focus to row garage in towns: Uherské Hradiště and Uherský Brod. In each location is selected 5 real estates. First, the locations, concepts and theoretical concepts are characterized with each of the type valuation. Method of Valuation is set to cost type, comparison by decree and comparsion from database. Based on the data obtained are evaluated differences at the end of work and their causes between given methods of valuation.

Financial Management of the General Practitioner

Import 19/10/2011Tématem bakalářské práce je hospodaření praktického lékaře. Cílem práce je na základě provedené analýzy a popisu zhodnotit hospodaření praktického lékaře a podat případná opatření. V teoretické části práce je popsán systém a vývoj zdravotnictví v ČR, rozdělení zdravotní péče, zdravotnických zařízení, je zmíněno financování zdravotnictví, veřejné pojištění, ambulantní péče a zásady hospodaření praktických lékařů. V praktické části bakalářské práce je provedena analýza konkrétní ordinace praktického lékaře v časovém úseku pěti let. Analýza je provedena zvlášť za období 2006 - 2007 a zvlášť za období 2008 - 2010. Sledovány a hodnoceny jsou výdaje, příjmy, náklady, výnosy, výsledky hospodaření a sledovány jsou i další ekonomické ukazatele. Je proveden rozbor jednotlivých let a jejich vzájemné srovnání a hodnocení.The topic of my bachelor thesis is the financial management of general doctor. The goals of my thesis are evaluation and possible arrangements based on analysis and description of the financial management. In the theoretical part of my work, I described the concept and development of healthcare, and division of healthcare and medical facilities in the Czech Republic. Moreover, I introduced a healthcare financial plan for public insurance, emergency healthcare, and principles of financial management of general doctors. In the practical part of my work, I analyzed specific doctor´s offices of general doctors in the time period of 5 years. The analysis includes separate time periods from 2006 to 2007 and from 2008 to 2010. There are included and evaluated expenses, incomes, costs, pays-off, results of financial management, and other economic indicators. 62 Právní aspekty poskytování audiovizuálních mediálních služeb na vyžádání Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl vymezit a popsat právní aspekty poskytování jedné z nejpopulárnějších služeb informační společnosti - audiovizuální mediální služby na vyžádání, rovněž známé pod označením VOD (video on demand). Práce představuje nejdůležitější právní instituty spjaté s poskytováním tohoto druhu služby, provádí jejich výklad ve světle evropské legislativy, pojmenovává nedostatky v jejich úpravě a hledá možnosti zákonné úpravy de lege ferenda. Diplomová práce klade důraz na oblast veřejnoprávní regulace, neboť povahu veřejnoprávní normy má i stěžejní zákon č. 132/2010 Sb., o audiovizuálních mediálních službách na vyžádání. Samostatná kapitola se však věnuje i některým soukromoprávním institutům, především z oblasti autorského práva. Hlavními metodologickými přístupy jsou metoda deskriptivní a analytická. Přístup státu a neziskového sektoru ke vzdělávání Romů na východním Slovensku

Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je popísať prístup štátu a neziskového sektoru ku vzdelávaniu rómskych detí na východnom Slovensku. V teoretickej časti sa zaoberá prístupom štátu od predškolskej prípravy po základnú školu. V druhej kapitole sa práca venuje pojmom sociálne znevýhodnenie a definíciám dieťaťa pochádzajúceho z tohto prostredia. Objasňuje pojmy ako nultý ročník, prípravný ročník, asistent učiteľa a celodenný výchovný systém, ktoré súvisia so základným vzdelávaním a žiakmi pochádzajúcimi z málo podnetného prostredia. V praktickej časti sa cielene venuje jednej neziskovej organizácii pôsobiacej na východnom Slovensku, ETP Slovensko - Centrum pre udržateľný rozvoj, popisu činnosti tejto organizácie a projektom, ktoré vykonáva. Kvalitatívny výskum bol realizovaný pomocou pološtrukturovaných rozhovorov. Cieľom diplomovej práce je popísať činnosť piatich pracovníkov neziskovej organizácie ETP Slovensko, ich preferované štýly práce s deťmi a zistiť, či oni sami vidia prínos pôsobenia neziskovej organizácie v obci Veľká Ida. Prínos práce je najmä v konkrétnych skúsenostiach pracovníkov ETP...The subject of this thesis is to describe the approach of the state and the non-profit sector to education of Romani children in Eastern Slovakia. The theoretical part is focused on the approach of state, from pre-school through elementary school. The second chapter is devoted to the concept of social disadvantages and definitions of children coming from this type of environment. It clarifies known concepts such as zero class, preparatory class, teacher assistant and a full-day educational system, related to primary education and pupils from socially disadvantaged environment. The practical part is specifically dedicated to a single non-profit organization working in eastern Slovakia, ETP Slovakia - Center for Sustainable Development, with a description of the organization and their projects. Qualitative research was conducted using semi-structured interviews. The aim of this thesis is to describe the activities of five staff members of the NGO ETP Slovakia, their preferred styles of work with children and to find out if they themselves see the benefits of non-profit organizations within the village Velka Ida. The Proposals for Improvement of the Employees Motivation

Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí a zabývá se motivací a odměňováním pracovníků pomocí zaměstnaneckých výhod. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky v oblasti motivace a definuje zaměstnanecké benefity. Druhá část se soustředí na analýzu společnosti a používané motivační prostředky v podniku. Zároveň zkoumá spokojenost zaměstnanců na základě pracovníky vyplněného dotazníku. V závěrečné části jsou uvedeny návrhy na zefektivnění motivace a pracovní produktivity současně s předpokládanými náklady v konkrétním podniku.This bachelor thesis is divided into three parts, and deals with the motivation and the renumeration of workers by force of the employee benefits. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge in the area of the motivation and define the employee benefits. The second part is focused on the analysis of society and used motivational resources in the company. At the same time, examines the satisfaction of employees on workers completed by the questionnaire. In the final part, there are mentioning the proposal for improving motivation and working productivity, and working together with supposed costs in the company.

Financial Management of the Allowance Organizations in the Municipality Education

Import 21/10/2013Tématem diplomové práce je hospodaření příspěvkových organizací v obecním školství. Cílem práce je provést srovnání hospodaření příspěvkových organizací zřizovaných obcí, které vykonávají činnost škol a navrhnout doporučení, která by vedla ke zlepšení ekonomického zabezpečení provozu těchto příspěvkových organizací. V teoretické části je popsána role obce při zabezpečování podmínek ke vzdělávání, jsou zmíněny zásady financování regionálního školství, je popsána školská právnická osoba, zásady financování regionálního školství, hlavní zdroje peněžních prostředků základních škol a školských zařízení, zřizovaných obcí. Dále jsou popsány příspěvkové organizace zřizované územně samosprávným celkem, které vykonávají činnost škol, jejich vznik, zánik a zásady hospodaření. Praktická část je zaměřena na tři příspěvkové organizace – základní školu a dvě mateřské školy, které jsou analyzovány za období let 2008 – 2012, pozornost je věnována nákladům a výnosům, dotacím a příspěvkům a dalším ekonomickým ukazatelům. Výsledky analýzy jsou srovnávány a vzájemně hodnoceny.The topic of this thesis is the Financial Management of the Allowance Organizations in the Municipality Education. The goal of this thesis is to compare the financial management of the allowance organizations in the municipality education, which operate schools and propose recommendations that would improve the economic security of the operation of these allowance organizations. The theoretical part describes the role of the municipality in ensuring the conditions in the education and discusses principles for financing of regional education. This part also describes an educational legal person, the principles of financing of regional education, the main source of funding in elementary schools and school facilities established by the municipality organizations. Also, there are described the contributory organizations established by territorial authorities, which operate schools, their formation, dissolution and management principles. The practical part is focused on three contributory organizations: elementary school and two kindergartens, which are analyzed for the period 2008-2012, and attention is paid to the costs and revenues, grant, allowances, and other economic indicators. Wood ant thermoregulation heat cluster formation

This study focuses on the influence of ant clusters on nest thermoregulation. The significance of this influence has been measured using temperature information from dataloggers about inner nest as well as ambient air temperature during the period from April 4 to June 4, 2016 and images capturing the ant mound surface for the same period. The results show that the ant clusters incidence rate and the size of the clusters are significantly affected by the inner temperature of the nest. The dependence of the cluster occurrence on the inner temperature is not linear but rather has the character of steep drops at defined temperature thresholds. In the temperature range of 0 - 7řC cluster occurrence significantly increases and reaches the occurrence peak at the upper limit of this interval, from 7řC to 21řC the cluster occurrence rate is significantly lower but relatively constant and at the temperature above 21řC there is a steep decrease. The occurrence of clusters is also significantly determined by climatic influences and insolation, with the measured data showing that after a precipitation or snowfall, the average cluster size is significantly larger compared to similar days without a precipitation or snowfall recorded. Keywords: Formica polyctena, thermoregulation, nest, temperature, ecologyTato práce se zabývá tvorbou teplotních chomáčů u mravenců rodu Formica a jejich významem pro termoregulaci. Pro zhodnocení tohoto významu byla použita data z dataloggerů, která poskytovala informace o teplotě uvnitř hnízda i teplotě okolního vzduchu pro období od 2. 4. do 4. 6. 2016 a dále snímky, které zachycovaly povrch mraveniště ve stejném období. Výsledky ukazují, že četnost výskytu a velikost chomáčů je do značné míry řízena vnitřní teplotou hnízda. Závislost výskytu chomáčů na teplotě není lineární, ale má spíše charakter skokových změn v četnostech výskytu pro různé teplotní hranice. V intervalu teplot 0 - 7řC četnost výskytu chomáčů prudce roste a dosahuje maxima při horní hranici tohoto intervalu, od teploty 7řC do 21řC je již četnost výskytu výrazně nižší, avšak relativně konstantní a při teplotě nad 21řC dochází ke strmému poklesu četnosti. Výskyt chomáčů je signifikantně determinován i klimatickými vlivy a insolací, přičemž měřená data ukazují, že po srážkové události je průměrná velikost chomáče signifikantně větší v porovnání s analogickými dny bez srážkové události. Nursing Handover in the Standard Internal Medicine Ward at Bulovka University Hospital

Tato práce se zabývá procesem předávání ošetřovatelské služby na standardním interním oddělení. Cílem bylo zjistit jakou formou k předání služby dochází, kde je služba předávána, kdo se na předávání podílí a na jaké náležitosti je kladen důraz. Zpracování této problematiky bylo provedeno na základě vyhodnocených dat dotazníkového šetření a vlastního pozorování ve Fakultní nemocnici Bulovka. Výsledky potvrzují, že sestry vnímají jako hlavní podstatu předání služby příležitost získání přehledu o stavech jednotlivých pacientů a že během předání služby dochází k předání odpovědnosti za stav návykových látek. Během procesu předání služby převažuje ústní forma sdělování informací se zdůrazněním prioritních údajů za účelem orientace příchozí sestry na pracoviště. V závěru práce je navržen doporučený postup pro ústní formu předání ošetřovatelské služby.This Thesis deals with the process of nursing handover in the standard internal medicine ward. The aim was to find out what form the handover takes, where the exchange take place, who is involved in the handover and what elements are emphasised. The elaboration of this issue was carried out on the basis of the evaluation of the questionnaire survey data and own observation at Bulovka University Hospital. The results confirm that nurses perceive the main essence of handover as the opportunity to get an overview of the conditions of individual patients and that during handover the responsibility for the substance abuse condition is transferred. During the handover process, the predominant form of information transfer is verbal in order to orient the incoming nurse to the workplace with emphasis on priority information. Factors affecting Slope Stability

Úkolem bakalářské práce s názvem „Faktory ovlivňující stabilitu svahů je rešerše zabývající se příčinami svahových pohybů, jejich klasifikací, přístupy k řešení stability svahů a možnými sanačními opatřeními. V rámci praktické části jsou tyto znalosti použity pro analýzu nestability svahu v Kyjově-Netčicích.The main aim of this bachelor´s thesis entitled „Factors Affecting Slope Stability is a summary of the causes of the slope movements. This thesis presents the classification of the landslides and it describes the methods for the solving the slope stability and it nemtions the possibilities of the remediation. In the practical pasrt, the gained knowledge and abilities are using for a solution of the landslide in Kyjov-Netčice.
