    The development of learning song-integrated module based on flipped learning model to improve self-regulated learning and cognitive learning outcome of junior high school students

    The objectives of the research are to develop and produce a learning song-integrated module based on flipped learning model and to evaluate its effectiveness to improve student self-regulated learning and cognitive learning outcome. This development research is underpinned by Borg, W. R & Gall’s theory which has been modified into eight stages. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire, written test, and observation. During the development process, the data was analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis, quantitative method and paired sample t-test. The results show that (1) the learning song-integrated module based on flipped learning model which was developed was feasible and effective to improve students’ self-regulated learning and cognitive learning outcome, 2) the learning song-integrated module based on flipped learning model about human digestive system material was feasible and effective in enhancing self-regulated learning and cognitive learning outcome of Grade VIII students of Grace Anak Terang Junior High School, Salatiga. The finding is supported by average percentage of self-regulated learning reaching 80% and cognitive learning outcome of students with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 (significance level 0.05) or 80.5%

    Study was conducted in february 2017. This report aims to understand structure community of mangrove in the village Pantai Cermin kiri in the Pantai Cermin North Sumatra. Methods used in research is method of surveying. The research station based on human activity. In every station divided into 3 transects with long transects 50 m lead from the sea to land. The number of a plot used by 27, with each size 10 x 10 m2 to tree level, 5 x 5 m m2 to the saplings, and 2 x 2m2 to level seedling. The result of this research found 7 mangrove species in the village Pantai Cermin kiri. Vegetation that dominated is Rhizophora apiculata with INP of 300 %. A condition of vegetation in the village Pantai Cermin Kiri in the shore Pantai Cermin mangrove are forest area is still in good with the density of of 2377,78 tree / ha

    AbstrakAsuransi merupakan suatu perjanjian antara dua orang atau lebih, yang dimana didalamnya terdapat hak dan kewajiban untuk melakukan sesuatu dalam bentuk ganti rugi. Yaitu berupa penjaminan suatu barang atas pembayaran premi yang dilakukan seseorang untuk mendapatkan perlindungan barang yang dijaminkannya. Asuransi sebagai perjanjian tentunya tidak terlepas dari kesalahan salah satu pihak, yaitu tidak menjalankan kewajibannya. Seperti Asuransi PT. Astra Buana Cabang Medan, yang melakukan wanprestasi karena tidak melakukan kewajibannya akibat kerugian yang dialami nasbahnya atas kepemilikan suatu barang. Sehingga permaslahan ini sampai pada pengadilan dengan Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1137 K/Pdt/202. Penelitian ini sendiri menggunakan peneltian yuridis normatif, dimana data yang diperoleh melalui analisa Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1137 K/Pdt/202 dan Undang-undang mengenai perbuatan wanprestasi yang dilakukan perusahaan asuransi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa wanprestasi merupakan perbuatan yang melanggar suatu perjanjian, sebagiamana diatur dalam Pasal 1238 KUHPerdata yaitu adanya kelalaian dengan lewatnya waktu yang ditentukan dalam menjalankan kewajibannya. Seperti halnya dalam perjanjian asuransi yang mana sering sekali pihak asuransi tidak menepati janjianya, seperti yang dilakukan PT. Astra Buana Cabang Medan yang mengikat nasabahnya karena adanya pembeian unit kendaraan dengan menggunkan jasanya untuk pembelian unit tersebut, namun pihak PT. Astra Buana Cabang Medan tidak menepati janjinya untuk melakukan klaim asuransi nasabahnya, sehingga permasalahan ini sampai pada ke Pengadilan yang pada faktanya pihak PT. Astra Buana Cabang Medan tetap melakukan wanprestasi atas klaim asuransi nasabahnya sebagaimana dikukuhkan dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1137 K/Pdt/202. Kesimpulan dan saran dalam peneltian ini adalah setiap Perusahaan Asuransi berdiri harus sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Perasuransian dan memiliki izin usaha dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Sedangkan wanprestasi merupakan perbuatan ingkar janji yang diatur dalam KUHPerdata sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban antara pihak yang berjanji. Seperti halnya dalam Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1137 K/Pdt/202, yang menyatakan PT. Astra Buana Cabang Medan melakukan wanprestasi dengan tidak menjalankan kewajibannya sebagai pihak penanngung atas klaim asurani nasabahnya.Kata kunci: Asuransi, Wanprestasi, Perjanjian, Tertanggung  Abstrack Insurance is an agreement between two or more people, in which there are rights and obligations to do something in the form of compensation. That is in the form of guaranteeing an item for a premium payment made by someone to get protection for the guaranteed item. Insurance as an agreement certainly cannot be separated from the mistakes of one party, namely not carrying out its obligations. Like Insurance PT. Astra Buana Medan Branch, which defaulted because it did not perform its obligations due to losses suffered by its customers on the ownership of goods. So that this problem reached the court with the Supreme Court Decision Number 1137 K/Pdt/202. This research itself uses normative juridical research, where the data obtained through an analysis of the Supreme Court Decision Number 1137 K/Pdt/202 and the Law regarding default by insurance companies. The results of the research and discussion show that default is an act that violates an agreement, as stipulated in Article 1238 of the Civil Code, namely negligence with the lapse of time specified in carrying out its obligations. As is the case in an insurance agreement where the insurer often does not keep his promise, as did PT. Astra Buana Branch Medan which binds its customers because of the purchase of a vehicle unit by using its services to purchase the unit, but PT. Astra Buana Medan Branch did not keep its promise to make insurance claims for its customers, so this matter reached the court where in fact PT. Astra Buana Medan Branch continues to default on its customers' insurance claims as confirmed in the Supreme Court Decision Number 1137 K/Pdt/202. The conclusions and suggestions in this research are that every established Insurance Company must comply with the Insurance Law and have a business license from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Whereas default is an act of breaking a promise regulated in the Civil Code as a form of accountability between the parties who promise. As is the case in the Supreme Court Decision Number 1137 K/Pdt/202, which stated that PT. Astra Buana Medan Branch committed a default by not carrying out its obligations as a guarantor for its customer's insurance claims. Keywords: Insurance, Default, Agreement, Insured

    DAMPAK SISTEM OLAH TANAH DAN MULSA TANDAN KOSONG KELAPA SAWIT TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN, HASIL JAGUNG MANIS (Zea mays saccharata) DAN TATA AIR TANAH

    [IMPACT OF THE TILLAGE SYSTEM AND OIL PALM EMPTY FRUIT BUNCH MULCH ON GROWTH, YIELD OF SWEET CORN (Zea mays saccharata) AND GROUNDWATER SYSTEM].  This study aims to determine the impact of land management and the use of oil palm empty fruit bunches (TKKS) mulch. This research was conducted from August to October 2018, arranged in a split plot design with two factors. As a first factor, land management consists of unprocessed, plowed, and plowed and harrowed. The treatment of oil palm empty fruit bunches mulch as the second factor consisted of no mulch, 9 tonnes/ha of mulch, 12 tonnes/ha of mulch, and 15 tonnes/ha of mulch. Plant variables observed consisted of plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, fresh plant weight, plant dry, ear weight, ear length, ear diameter. Soil variables observed were the redistribution of groundwater and infiltration. The results showed no significant interaction between the tillage system and the application of oil palm empty fruit bunch mulch on all observed variables. Treatment without tillage or mulch dose of 12 tons/ha can provide growth and yield of sweet corn plants better than other treatments. The highest water content and infiltration rate were obtained from the dosage of oil palm empty bunches mulch 15 tons/ha. Soil cultivation by plowing and harrowing produces the highest infiltration rate compared to lower tillage intensities. About 18% to 42% of the diversity of growth and yield of sweet corn plants have a significant relationship with the diversity of groundwater

    COMPARISON OF CLASSIFICATION ALGORITHM IN CLASSIFYING AIRLINE PASSENGER SATISFACTION

    In order to revive the airline industry, which is being hit by the current recession, it is essential to restore passenger confidence in airlines by improving the services provided by airlines. With the influence of technology in all industrial fields, airlines can now use Machine Learning to find the essential points that can make passengers feel satisfied with airline services and classify passenger satisfaction. This study presents the making of Machine Learning models starting from Data Acquisition, Data Cleaning, Exploratory Data Analysis, Preprocessing, and Model Building. It is concluded that Random Forest is the best algorithm used in this case study, with an F1 accuracy score of 89.4, ROC-AUC score of 0.90, and a shorter modeling period than other algorithms used in this study

    THE USE OF DATA AUGMENTATION AND EXPLORATORY DATA ANALYSIS IN ENHANCING IMAGE FEATURES ON APPLE LEAF DISEASE DATASET

    Apples are an essential commodity produced in Batu City, Malang. In 2017, Batu City, Malang, produced 19.1 tons of apples, while in 2018, Batu City, Malang, produced 15.9 tons of apples. It can be concluded that the decline in the number of apple harvests in Batu City, Malang. With the influence of technology in agriculture, the influence of technology can be used to detect diseases on leaves to overcome the decrease in the number of harvests. With the Image Augmentation method used in this study, the existing dataset can have 6x more features. So that the healthy category, which previously had 516 image features, now has 3096 image features, the scab category, which previously had 592 image features, now has 3552 image features and the rust category, which previously had 622 image features, now has 3732 image features. With a dataset with 3000 image features, the model to be made can have a higher accuracy value. The model can be said to be sturdy/sturdy/good, or the model to be made can carry out the classification process with a good level of accuracy

    Laptop Price Prediction with Machine Learning Using Regression Algorithm

    Since the COVID-19 pandemic, many activities are now carried out in a Work From Home (WFH) manner. According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of East Java, in 2021, large and medium-sized enterprises (UMB) who choose to work WFH partially are 32.37%, and overall WFH is 2.24% (BPS East Java, 2021 ). With this percentage of 32.37%, many people need a work device (in this case, a laptop) that can boost their productivity during WFH. WFH players must have laptops with specifications that match their needs to encourage productivity. To prevent buying laptops at overpriced prices, a way to predict laptop prices is needed based on the specified specifications. This study presents a Machine Learning model from data acquisition (Data Acquisition), Data Cleaning, and Feature Engineering for the Pre-Processing, Exploratory Data Analysis stages to modeling based on regression algorithms. After the model is made, the highest accuracy result is 92.77%, namely the XGBoost algorithm. With this high accuracy value, the model created can predict laptop prices with a minimum accuracy above 80%
