    Financial literacy helps a person in managing his finances and in making important decisions regarding the investments he makes. Having good financial literacy can enable individuals to make informed decisions about their money and minimize the possibility of having financial problems. This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy on the financial management of MSMEs in Tejakula. This research uses an associative approach. The sample from this study was 50 MSME actors in Tejakula. The data used in this study is primary data. The data collection technique in this study was questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple regression analysis. The results of this study show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management

    Abstract The standard implementation of the learning process as part of the national standards of higher education, is an effort that can be done to improve the quality of learning and the academic atmosphere at colleges in order to achieve an increase in the value of accreditation Prodi as well as institutions. The general objective of this research is doing to support the action of priority program. increase the value of the accreditation institution through an increase in the value of the accreditation status of Undergraduate accounting, by way of improving the quality of the standard curriculum, learning and academic atmosphere, whereas the aim in particular is to make an effort for the strengthening of academic and nonacademic administration as well as knowing the factor in the Degree Program majoring in accounting. Academic administration strengthening efforts in research this is done through a standard evaluation of the learning process in primary competency courses. This research is a research institution of the Policy implemented by the method of comparative descriptive qualitative nature. The data type used is qualitative data comprising the device learning courses the main competencies, the standard implementation of the learning process and student perceptions against a standard implementation of the learning process. The data was collected by using the techniques of observation, interview and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive comparative analysis i.e. exposes the standard implementation of the real process of learning done at Prodi S1 Accounting then compare it to the standard process of learning which should be carried out in accordance with the standard process of book Edition 2015 Doc. No. 19 UJM Undiksha. The results showed that the implementation of standards of learning process in Undergraduate Accounting status of this being in the category is enough. Academic administration system strengthening efforts made through improvements in the learning process and filing up to the test of thesis, academic administration system strengthening efforts made through the arrangement of the book and the thesis contained in the Library departments. Keywords: system, administration, academic Penerapan standar proses pembelajaran sebagai bagian dari Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi, merupakan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan suasana akademik di perguruan tinggi guna mencapai peningkatan nilai akreditasi prodi maupun institusi. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah melakukan aksi dukungan terhadap program prioritas Undiksha yakni meningkatkan nilai akreditasi institusi melalui peningkatan nilai akreditasi Prodi S1 Akuntansi, dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas standar kurikulum, pembelajaran dan suasana akademik., sedangkan tujuan khususnya adalah melakukan upaya penguatan administrasi akademik dan non akademik serta mengetahui faktor penghambatnya di Jurusan Akuntansi Program S1. Upaya penguatan administrasi akademik dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui evaluasi standar proses pembelajaran pada mata kuliah kompetensi utama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kebijakan Institusi yang dilaksanakan dengan metode deskriptif komparatif yang bersifat kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif yang terdiri dari perangkat pembelajaran mata kuliah kompetensi utama, penerapan standar proses pembelajaran dan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penerapan standar proses pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif yakni memaparkan penerapan standar proses pembelajaran yang sesungguhnya terlaksana di Prodi S1 Akuntansi kemudian membandingkannya dengan standar proses pembelajaran yang seharusnya terlaksana sesuai dengan buku standar proses edisi 2015 Dok. No.19 UJM Undiksha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan standar proses pembelajaran di Prodi S1 Akuntansi berada dalam kategori cukup. Upaya penguatan sistem administrasi akademik dilakukan melalui pembenahan pada proses pembelajaran dan pengajuan sampai dengan ujian skripsi, upaya penguatan sistem administrasi akademik dilakukan melalui penataan buku dan skripsi yang terdapat di perpustakaan jurusan.     Kesehatan merupakan sektor paling prioritas dalam segala bidang. Rumah sakit sebagai salah satu unit pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian integral dari pelayanan kesehatan secara keseluruhan yang harus berjalan terpadu untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan, yaitu terciptanya kesejahteraan masyarakat. Salah satu parameter untuk menentukan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yaitu di instansi rumah sakit dengan memberikan kualitas dan mutu pelayanan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir, hubungan interpersonal baik secara parsial maupun simultan, terhadap kebertahanan karyawan di RSU Puri Raharja. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan RSU Puri Raharja  dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu : gaji di bawah UMK, bekerja lebih dari 3 tahun mengisi kuesioner berjumlah 110. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode kuisioner yang diisi melalui Google Form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t parsial, uji f simultan. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan: (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebertahanan karyawan, artinya semakin meningkatnya kompensasi karyawan, maka akan berdampak pada semakin menurun keinginan untuk keluar dan tetap bertahan karyawan. (2) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebertahanan, artinya semakin baik pengembangan karir yang diperoleh, maka akan semakin meingkatkan tingginya tingkat kebertahanan karyawan. (3) Hubungan Interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kebertahan, artinya semakin baik hubungan interpersonal yang diperoleh, maka akan dapat meningkatkan semakin tingginya tingkat kebertahanan karyawan.      Health is the most priority sector in all fields. The hospital as a community health service unit is an integral part of the overall health service that must work in an integrated manner to achieve development goals, namely the creation of community welfare. One of the parameters to determine the quality of health services is in hospital institutions by providing quality and good service quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, career development, interpersonal relationships either partially or simultaneously, on employee survival at Puri Raharja General Hospital. The population in this study were Puri Raharja Hospital employees with a purposive sampling technique, namely: salary below the minimum wage, working for more than 3 years to fill out 110 questionnaires. The data collection technique used the questionnaire method which was filled out via Google Form. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis test, partial t test, simultaneous f test. The results of the research show: (1) Compensation has a negative and significant effect on employee survival, meaning that the increasing employee compensation, the lower the desire to leave and remain employees. (2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on survival, meaning that the better the career development is obtained, the higher the level of employee retention will be. (3) Interpersonal relations have a significant simultaneous effect on survival, meaning that the better the interpersonal relationships obtained, the higher the level of employee retention.   Keywords: Compensation, Career Development, Interpersonal Relations, Resilienc

    Pengaruh perilaku keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi

    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam mengetahui pengaruh perilaku keuangan masyarakat pada keputusan investasi pada UMKM dengan bantuan aplikasi Fintech Lending. Studi ini mempergunakan analisis regresi sederhana, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi. Data yang diujikan didapatkan melalui pengumpulan data kepada masyarakat yang bekerja di Kabupaten Badung sebanyak 367.619 jiwa sebagai populasi, dan jumlah sampel yang didapat dengan rumus Slovin dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 1% yakni berjumlah 100 responden. Dalam menentukan sampel dilaksanakan melalui teknik sampling Non Probability Sampling yakni Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui menggunakan keusioner yang berisikan pernyataan dengan memakai skala Likert. Hasil yang didapatkan yakni t-hitung sebesar 11.334 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 maka terdapatnya pengaruh positif dan signifikan perilaku keuangan masyarakat pada keputusan investasi pada UMKM dengan Bantuan Fintech Lending. Jadi, semakin baiknya perilaku keuangan yang dilakukan masyarakat maka semakin baiknya keputusan investasi yang akan dilakukannya

    DAMPAK PENERAPAN PROGRAM YANTEK OPTIMIZATION TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PLN UNIT LAYANAN PELANGGAN KLUNGKUNG BALI

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi perbedaan antara kualitas pelayanan yang diharapkan dengan kualitas pelayanan yang didapatkan pelanggan sebelum penerapan program Yantek Optimization (YO), menguji apakah terdapat perbedaan signifikan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan program YO, mengidentifikasi prioritas utama yang perlu diperbaiki dan perbaikan apa yang perlu dilakukan agar kualitas pelayanan meningkat sesuai harapan pelanggan. Populasi penelitian ini pelanggan PLN ULP Klungkung Bali periode Maret 2023 sebanyak 67.857 pelanggan. Metode Cluster Random Sampling dipilih sebagai teknik penentuan sampel dan rumus slovin sebagai penentuan jumlah sampel sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel 100 responden. Integrasi dua metode digunakan untuk analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu Service Quality (SERVQUAL) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Penelitian ini juga dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk pengujian instrumen kuesioner serta uji paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara harapan dan kualitas yang dirasakan pelanggan PLN ULP Klungkung Bali sebelum diterapkan program Yantek Optimization. Secara keseluruhan dari 5 dimensi kualitas pelayanan sebelum penerapan Yantek Optimization PLN ULP Klungkung memiliki skor kinerja 2,74 dan skor harapan 4,32. Terdapat skor gap sebesar -1,58 dengan nilai perhitungan kualitas pelayanan ( Q ) sebesar 0,63. Hasil uji paired sample t test didapatkan  nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05. Artinya terdapat perbedaan signifikan penerapan Yantek Optimization terhadap kualitas pelayanan PLN Unit Layanan Pelanggan Klungkung Bali. Analisis perhitungan IPA menunjukkan diperlukan prioritas perbaikan pada dimensi Responsiveness (Kepekaan) sebanyak 4 atribut di PLN ULP Klungkung Bali

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon dengan objek penelitiannya adalah variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 197 orang dan sampling menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon, (2) lingkungan kerja memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon, (3) motivasi kerja memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon, dan (4) kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon

    Suitability of Work Roles and Organizational Commitment to Performance in Local Government Employees

    Purpose: Performance that is not optimal for employees is indicated by the amount of work carried out by employees that has not reached the target and does not meet the needs of society, employee engagement physically and psychologically at work is still relatively low, the suitability of employee work roles is not optimal, and commitment to the organization is still relatively low. All of this will affect the low level of performance of district government employees in achieving organizational goals. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative research with a causal research design. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Findings: This study found that work role suitability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and there is a simultaneous significant effect between work role suitability and organizational commitment provided on employee performance.     Pendampingan Perencanaan Keuangan dan Investasi Saham untuk Organisasi Taruna-Taruni

    Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemandirian finansial taruna-taruni di Desa Antiga Kelod yang dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan perencanaan keuangan dan investasi saham sehingga mereka menjadi generasi muda yang mandiri secara finansial. Taruna-taruni di Desa Antiga Kelod, merupakan komunitas  generasi muda yang mapan secara finansial, namun mereka berperilaku konsumtif/overspending sehingga mereka tidak mandiri secara finansial dan menjadi beban finansial keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari empat  tahap yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, monitoring dan evaluasi. Data yang dikumpulkan absensi peserta, daftar nilai peserta, dokumen perencanaan keuangan dan pembuatan akun investasi saham, dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi, wawancara, test dan wawancara mendalam. Evaluasi dilaksanakan melalui dua aspek yakni aspek proses dengan indikator kehadiran dan partisipasi aktif peserta selama kegiatan dan aspek produk dengan indikator pemahaman materi dan kemampuan membuat kertas kerja perencanaan keuangan dan akun investasi saham. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa taruna-taruni di Desa Antiga Kelod mendapat manfaat dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan karena setelah kegiatan, mereka mampu menyusun kertas kerja perencanaan keuangan dan melakukan investasi saham, sehingga dampak kegiatan adalah  generasi muda yang mandiri dan tidak menjadi beban finansial keluarga. Saran ditujukan kepada orang tua taruna-taruni agar berperan mendampingi putra-putrinya dalam memanfaatkan penghasilan dan konsisten dalam mengimplementasikan hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat.Kata Kunci: investasi; pelatihan; pendampingan; saham. Financial Planning and Stock Investment Assistance for Youth OrganizationABSTRACT This community service aims to increase the financial independence of young people in the village of Antiga Kelod by providing training and mentoring in financial planning and stock investment so that they become a financially independent young generation. The young people in the Antiga Kelod Village, were a financially established young generation community, but they were behaving consumptively/overspending, so they were not financially independent and become a financial burden on their family. The implementation method consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Data collected attendance participants, list of participant values, financial planning documents and the creation of a stock investment account, with the method of documentation, interviews, tests and in-depth interviews. Evaluation was carried out through two aspects namely the process aspect with indicators of attendance and active participation of participants during the activity and the product aspect with indicators of understanding material and the ability to make financial planning working paper and create a stock investment account. The results of the activity showed that young people in the Antiga Kelod Village got benefit from training and mentoring activities because after the activity, they were able to prepare financial planning work papers and make stock investments, so that the impact of the activity was to produce independent young people and not become a financial burden on their family. Suggestions were addressed to parents of the young people to play a role in assisting their children in utilizing income and consistent in implementing the result of service society activities.Keywords: investation; training; monitoring; stock

    PERAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI BERBASIS MOBILE BAGI PENINGKATAN KINERJA UMKM

    The presence of a mobile-based Accounting Information System (AIS) for MSMEs is expected to play a role in improving the performance of MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the role of mobile-based AIS for MSMEs. The type of research is qualitative descriptive. The role measurement is done by measuring the performance of MSMEs before and after using AIS in managing their business. AIS plays a role if there are significant differences in MSMEs performance. MSMEs administrative management data is collected by observation, interviews and in-depth interviews. The sample is determined by the quota method and purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that mobile-based AIS plays a role in improving the business performance of MSMEs with indicators after the implementation of AIS MSMEs business administration is more neat and organized than before the implementation of SIA, after the implementation of mobile-based AIS, MSMEs was able to prepare its business financial statements. The ability of MSMEs to compile financial statements has implications for the ease of MSMEs getting financial assistance from banks
