Procedimentos e aspectos necessários para a análise da relação força/EMG do músculo quadríceps femoral avaliado em condição isométrica e dinâmica

The electromyography (EMG) has been used as a resource related to clinical interventions, as well as control of the adjustments resulting from physical training, especially the muscular strength. The muscular electrical activity allows the investigation of which muscles are used in a motion, the level of muscle activation during the course of movement, intensity and duration of muscular demand. Due to the great usefulness of the study of muscle electrical signal and its complex relationship with the force production, both the relation to physiological and non physiological aspects as well as the procedures needed for the collection of EMG signal in isometric and dynamic activity took place this review. Therefore, the EMG signal presents relation with the strength production of the knee extensor muscles. This relationship has been better demonstrated in isometric assessments than in dynamic conditions, what stimulates further scientific production in this area to better understand and explain the relationship of the contraction dynamics, the production of force and changes in EMG signal and improve their applicability not only in the scientific scope, but in clinical tool, since the dynamic activities are similar to the sports gestures and activities of daily living

Informal wage-employment in urban Brazil

Seu objetivo é examinar o fenômeno da reprodução de empregos ilegais no país, que tem resistido a diminuir mesmo em situações de maior crescimento econômico e de tendência à formalização dos empregos. O estudo faz uma análise das principais mudanças na organização do trabalho e seus impactos sobre o emprego assalariado a partir da abertura da economia na década de 1990, bem como dos principais aspectos da evolução da economia e do mercado de trabalho após a mudança na orientação da política econômica em 1999. Para o período 2002-2008, é examinada em detalhe a evolução do emprego sem carteira e, com base nas especificidades ocupacionais, setoriais e regionais, são identificados os segmentos responsáveis pela reprodução do assalariamento ilegal. Embora o ritmo de expansão do emprego sem carteira tenha reduzido nos anos de maior crescimento econômico e de maior fiscalização do poder público desde 2000, ainda não se pode afirmar que houve uma reversão da utilização do emprego ilegal no paísAbstract: This dissertation deals with one of the forms of informal work in Brazil: the waged employment without a formal contract. Its goal is to examine the phenomenon of informal employment propagation nationwide, that has resisted to retreat even in higher economic climate and bias toward registered employees. It provides an analysis of the major changes in work organization and its impact on waged employment from the internationalization of the economy in the 1990s, as well as the evolution of the economy and the labor market after the shift in economic policy occurred in 1999. For the ages 2002-2008 is examined in detail the evolution of informal waged employment and are identified the segments responsible for the informal employment propagation, based on occupational, sectorial and regional peculiarities. INTERNET(ÊS): (RE)CONFIGURAÇÃO DE SUBJETIVIDADES

 The objective of this article is to approach the imaginary of the subject clerk on what is the modality of writing of the language, starting from the analysis of the description of communities on the site of relationships orkut. When writing for a reader almost always unknown, the subject revel in a narrative in that the imaginary crosses the (re)construction of a ‘me’, in a limitless "alteridade", in a game of illusions, appearing for the (re)configuration of subjectivities. The presupposition that orientates this discussion is that the subject belonging to communities that hate the internetês or that love to write certain – as "Eu escrevo certo em português", "Salve a Língua Portuguesa!", "Eu me recuso a escrever errado", "Nossa Língua Portuguesa", "Internetês-Letras", "Adoro escrever CERTO", among others – has as institutionalized reference the use of the norm educated pattern of the Portuguese language, especially, when it is written texts, although his form of writing not always, or hardly ever, correspond to the own imaginary. O objetivo deste artigo é abordar o imaginário do sujeito escrevente sobre o que é a modalidade de escrita da língua, a partir da análise da descrição de comunidades no site de relacionamentos orkut. Ao escrever para um leitor quase sempre desconhecido, o sujeito se (re)vela numa narrativa em que o imaginário atravessa a (re)construção de um ‘eu’, numa alteridade ilimitada, num jogo de ilusões, apontando para a (re)configuração de subjetividades. O pressuposto que norteia esta discussão é de que o sujeito pertencente a comunidades que odeiam o internetês ou que amam escrever certo – como "Eu escrevo certo em português", "Salve a Língua Portuguesa!", "Eu me recuso a escrever errado", "Nossa Língua Portuguesa", "Internetês-Letras", "Adoro escrever CERTO", dentre outras – tem como referência institucionalizada o uso da norma culta padrão da língua portuguesa, em especial, quando se trata de textos escritos, embora sua forma de escrever nem sempre, ou quase nunca, corresponda ao próprio imaginário

ESCRITA DO/NO BLOG: A EMERGÊNCIA DO EFEITO-AUTOR

Nesse artigo, busco refletir sobre a autoria do/no blog como uma posição-sujeito autor/leitor, o que, de meu ponto de vista, desmistifica a im-pressão de unidade que o autor parece carregar, possibilitando a emergência de um efeito-autor, que na des-continuidade discursiva produz um “novo” efeito sentido. Destaco que esse estatuto do “novo”, da perspectiva teórica francesa dos estudos discursivos, diz respeito aos efeitos outros de sentido dos dizeres (saramaguianos) que emergem nas atuais condições de produção – as das chamadas novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação. É com essa formulação pecheuxtiana de que os discursos retornam, de modo diferente, sempre, que procuro traçar essa reflexão sobre a autoria, com o olhar voltado especialmente para o blog “Outros Cadernos de Saramago”

D∗D^* and Ds∗D^*_s distribution amplitudes from Bethe-Salpeter wave functions

We report on the first calculation of the longitudinal and transverse light front distribution amplitudes of the $D^*$ and $D^*_s$ mesons and their first four moments. As a byproduct, we also obtain these distribution amplitudes for the $\rho$, $\phi$, $K^*$ and $J/\Psi$ mesons and confirm a prediction of lattice QCD for the vector kaon: while the longitudinal distribution amplitude is almost symmetric, the transverse one is oblique implying that the strange quark carries more momentum.Comment: 7 pages, 4 figures, 3 table

Discursos sobre a leitura na contemporaneidade: entre o texto-papel e o texto-tela

Ancorada na perspectiva teórica da Análise do Discurso, na interface com a Filosofia e as Ciências Sociais, meu propósito, neste artigo, é pensar a circulação dos discursos sobre a leitura na internet. O corpus analisado se constitui de alguns excertos de relatos escritos por alunos de três cursos de graduação do Ensino Superior (Ciências Biológicas, Matemática, Pedagogia), os quais colocam em evidência a produção de discursividades sobre a leitura do texto-papel para o texto-tela, bem como a relação do sujeito-aluno-leitor com as “novas” tecnologias digitais no mundo contemporâneo e globalizado. Abstract Anchored in the theoretical perspective of Discourse Analysis at the interface with the Philosophy and Social Sciences, my purpose in this paper is to focus on discourses about reading on the internet.
