    Automated Recording of Results of Scientific Work of University Staff on the Basis of the Content Management System

    Проведен анализ существующих систем автоматизации работы ВУЗов, а также используемых технологических решений. Разработана и проходит опытную эксплуатацию информационная система учета результатов научной работы преподавателей высшего учебного заведения. Система реализована на базе CMS WordPress, и позволяет вести учет публикаций, диссертаций, отчетов, ведущихся научных работ и т.п., а также, на основании балльной оценки всех видов работ, подсчитывать общий результат работы сотрудника или подразделения. Рассматриваемая информационная система реализована полностью с использованием открытых программных средств. Для создания необходимых структур данных использован ряд плагинов Wordpress: Custom Post Types UI (необходимые типы данных и таксономии), Advanced Custom Fields (формирование системы свойств и признаков различных типов публикаций и научных работ). Сведения об авторах публикаций (сотрудников различных кафедр и других организаций и подразделений), исполнителей НИР, участников научных мероприятий внутри системы учета организованы в виде таксономии (ФИО автора – термин таксономии, другие сведения об авторах (сотрудников) – произвольные поля, прикрепленные к термину таксономии).The analysis of the existing automation systems of the Universities, and also used technological solutions. Developed and is in trial operation of information system of accounting of results of scientific work of high school teachers. The system is implemented on the basis of CMS WordPress, and allows you to keep track of publications, theses, reports, ongoing research papers, etc., and also on the basis of scoring all types of work, to calculate the overall score of the employee or the Department. The reporting information system implemented in full with the introduction of open source software.     Complex applying physical therapy and preformed physical factors in pregnant women with chronic pyelonephritis

    The aim of the work is to evaluate the impact of physical therapy and preformed physical factors in pregnant women with chronic pyelonephritis on central hemodynamic indicators. Materials and methods. The dynamics of 134 pregnant women with chronic pyelonephritis (CP) in the remission stage, who underwent a complex sanatorium rehabilitation program, were examined. The main study group consisted of 79 pregnant women with chronic pyelonephritis. In this contingent of women, the sanatorium rehabilitation complex additionally included a course of intermittent normobaric hypoxytherapy (INH). The comparison group consisted of 55 pregnant women with CP, for whom the sanatorium rehabilitation complex did not include an INH course. The control group is represented by 37 somatically healthy women with a physiological course of pregnancy. All pregnant women were examined for central hemodynamic (CH) indicators using the computer diagnostic complex REOKOM (Kharkiv). Results. Pregnancy periods of 20–30 and 31–30 weeks in women with CP are characterized by a pathological load on central hemodynamics. At the same time, the application for the INH course in the sanatorium rehabilitation complex (the main group) allows for an increase in the compensatory capabilities of the pregnant woman with CH. Thus, in the period of pregnancy of 22–30 weeks in the main group, indicators of diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were probably lower than the control values (P 0.05), regardless of the timing of the study. The study of CH and the comparison of different periods of gestation and between research groups indicate an inverse relationship between indicators that reflect the intensity of cardiohemodynamics and indicators of vascular resistance, as one of the final mechanisms of maintaining blood pressure at a physiological level, or its pathological increase in chronic pyelonephritis and preeclampsia Taking into account that the ratio of cardiac index indicators and total peripheral vascular resistance in all study groups was stable and directly dependent on the level of blood pressure, it is advisable to recommend for practical application in order to assess the state of CH of pregnant women with CP indicators of stroke or cardiac indices, which characterize the intensity cardiohemodynamics and do not depend on the anthropometric data of the pregnant woman. Conclusions. The application of physical therapy and preformed physical factors, namely, intermittent normobaric hypoxytherapy in pregnant women with chronic pyelonephritis in a complex program of sanatorium rehabilitation increases the compensatory capabilities of the cardiovascular system, which is confirmed by a significant decrease in the values of the total peripheral resistance against the background of an increase in the cardiac index

    The waste management system of Ukraine, is being reformed to bring it in line with European standards for the use of the material and energy potential of waste. Selection of the optimal system should be based on the statistical representativeness of the results of a detailed analysis of the morphology of the municipal waste of each locality in accordance with the socio-economic profile of individual zones of the city and the seasons of the year, as well as the energy and environmental characteristics of the waste. But there are no standards for determining of energy characteristics of municipal solid waste in the country. This paper shows results of characteristics research of municipal solid waste in Cherkassy city carried out in accordance with the new approaches. A methodology for determining the humidity, net calorific value and ash content of municipal solid waste is developed. The results of experimental studies of humidity, calorific value and ash content for 8 components of waste: paper, cardboard, composite materials, textiles, hygiene products, plastic, other combustible materials, wood shavings are presented. Humidity is also determined in organic residues and in fine fractions. The results of the research are used to develop an integrated waste management and recycling system in Cherkassy.В Україні реформується система поводження з відходами для приведення її у відповідність до європейських стандартів використання матеріального та енергетичного потенціалу відходів. Вибір оптимальної системи має грунтуватись на статистичній репрезентативності результатів детального аналізу морфології муніципальних відходів кожного населеного пункту відповідно до соціально-економічного профілю окремих зон міста та сезонів року, а також їх енергетичних та екологічних характеристик. Але в країні відсутні стандарти з визначення основних енергетичних характеристик твердих побутових відходів. Відповідно до нових підходів проведено дослідження твердих побутових відходів м. Черкаси. Розроблені рекомендації щодо методологічних підходів до визначення вологості, теплоти згорання та зольності твердих побутових відходів. Наведені результати експериментальних досліджень вологості, теплоти згорання та зольності 8 компонентів відходів: паперу, картону, композитних матеріалів, текстилю, продуктів гігієни, пластику, інших горючих матеріалів, деревного остружку. Вологість визначена також в органічних рештках та у дрібній фракції. Результати дослідження використовуються для розробки комплексної системи переробки та утилізації відходів у м. Черкаси
