Valencian museums of ethnology

El artículo repasa el panorama de los museos de etnología valencianos desde diferentes perspectivas. En una primera parte del trabajo, se aportan algunos datos de tipo histórico sobre los considerados “primeros” museos de etnografía, y se propone un análisis de su distribución geográfica, así como de las principales temáticas reflejadas en estas instituciones. La situación de la museografía etnográfica valenciana se describe en la segunda mitad del artículo, planteando un panorama diverso en el que conviven planteamientos clásicos con apuestas innovadoras.This paper aims to review the panorama of the ethnographic museums in the Valencian region (Mediterranean Spain). In the first part of the work, some historic data on the creation of ethnographic museums in the area is shown. Along with these, the geographic distribution as well as thematic definition of this type of museums is analyzed. Finally, the second part of the paper is devoted to describe the museographic present of these institutions in the Valencian country area

*Democràcia federalista i ciutadania universalista, concreta i arrelada, en l’obra de Denis de Rougemont

El federalisme integral de Denis de Rougemont, des de la separació entre societat civil i Estat, es mostra com una concepció global de les relacions públiques, amb un sentit extens de la política, abarcant, de forma complementària, tant una dimensió publicosocial com una dimensió publicoestatal. Així, aquesta filosofia política federalista, emanada del personalisme i no mancada d’inspiració helvètica, es defineix a tall d’un “contractualisme cooperatiu”, el qual troba les seues arrels històriques en la tradició democratitzadora i llibertària de la modernitat. És per això que tal fonamentació porta a esbossar una autèntica democràcia substantiva, superadora del model democràtic formal del liberalisme clàssic. Es tracta de la suma, en interacció complementària, entre una democràcia liberal i representativa i una democràcia participativa. Fet que produeix el resultat de dividir i distribuir en major mesura els poders, així com de difondre les iniciatives i els controls, més enllà del quadre institucional i vertical de l’Estat, en direcció cap a la societat civil d’estructura horitzontal.The integral federalism of Denis de Rougemont is seen as a global conception of the public relations, from the separation between civil society and State. With an extensive sense of politics, it includes a public social dimension and a public state dimension in a complementary way. Therefore, this political and federalist philosophy, that comes from the personalism and the Helvetian inspiration, is defined as a “cooperative contractualism”, which has its historical roots in the democratizing and libertarian tradition of the modernity. As a consequence, a sustantive democracy is outlined, which overcomes the formal democratic model of traditional liberalism. It is a complementary interaction between a liberal representative democracy and a participatory democracy. This fact produces a major division and distribution of the powers, and a diffusion of initiatives and controls, beyond the vertical institutions of the State, towards a civil society with a horizontal structure

Integració d'una intranet amb Odoo

Treballs Finals de Grau d'Enginyeria Informàtica, Facultat de Matemàtiques, Universitat de Barcelona, Any: 2020, Director: Josep Vañó Chic[en] The project, which is developed by the company QubiQ, is based on the analysis, design, implementation and validation of an intranet interface within a company's website that provides the possibility of working with external collaborators in an efficient manner, with each collaborator being able to manage the information of the tasks that the company assigns to them. The company that needs this intranet uses the company management software called ​ Odoo as its working tool. The ​ HTML​ , ​ Javascript and ​ Python programming languages have been used to implement the website part. On the other hand, the ​ XML and ​ Python languages have been used to develop the interface offered by ​ Odoo to visualize the database. ​ MySQL is used for database management. This intranet offers the company's external collaborators a form for sending their personal data to the company. The collaborator user will be able to register his contact details, as well as his bank details in order to be able to invoice the tasks he carries out himself. To be able to visualize and carry out the tasks that the company requests from the collaborators, they can use a task manager in which they see all the tasks that the company assigns to them. Once the collaborators have the tasks assigned to them, they have the option of deciding whether to accept or reject the tasks, easily and quickly. For each task, the collaborators can communicate with the company to request more information about it or solve doubts through a chat. Once the external users finish the task, it will be validated by the company and then the collaborator will be able to decide when to invoice it. The invoicing of tasks is done through a selector where users can select which tasks they want to invoice and create an invoice, which will be sent to the company to be accepted. From the website, external collaborators can review the status of their invoices and also have the possibility of printing invoices. The design of this intranet is simple, since from the home page users can directly access the management of their contact details, the visualization of their tasks, the invoicing of the tasks already carried out or the list of their invoices. In this way, the management of information within the intranet is easy and very direct, so the user can work quickly and comfortably

Influencia de la harina de garbanzo sobre las propiedades fisicoquímicas y sensoriales de crackers sin gluten

[ES] En el presente trabajo se ha realizado una evaluación de la influencia de diferentes concentraciones de harina de garbanzo en la elaboración crackers sin gluten sobre sus propiedades fisicoquímicas y sensoriales. En el mercado actual de los snacks se ha puesto en marcha una línea clara de desarrollo en productos que tengan unas características nutricionales más saludables, así como el desarrollo de productos sin gluten. El objetivo del estudio ha sido obtener unos crackers sin gluten a base de harinas que permitan obtener un mejor aporte nutricional, en especial un alto contenido en proteína de origen vegetal y en fibra dietética, y con unas características organolépticas aceptables. Se han obtenido tres formulaciones distintas en las que se modificó el porcentaje de harina de garbanzo incorporado, con cantidades del 20 %, 30 % y 40 % de la masa total. Los parámetros analizados tanto en las masas como en el producto horneado fueron: humedad, actividad de agua y las dimensiones características, mientras que en el producto horneado se evaluó el color y la textura mediante un ensayo de flexión en tres puntos. Por último, se ha realizado un análisis sensorial para conocer la aceptabilidad de formulaciones obtenidas. Los resultados muestran diferencias entre las formulaciones tanto sus propiedades fisicoquímicas de la masa, textura del producto tras el horneado y sobre la aceptación de los crackers.[EN] In the present work, an evaluation of the influence of different concentrations of chickpea flour on gluten-free crackers and the physicochemical and sensory characterization of these have been carried out. In the current snack market, a clear line of development has been launched in products that have healthier nutritional characteristics, introducing unconventional flours in snacks so far. Therefore, the objective of the study has been to obtain crackers based on gluten-free flours, with a better nutritional contribution, especially in vegetable protein and in dietary fiber, and with acceptable organoleptic characteristics. In the study three different formulations were made in which the percentage of chickpea flour used was modified, with amounts of 20%, 40% and 60% of the total mass. The parameters analyzed both in the dough and in the baked product were humidity, wateractivity and characteristic dimensions, while in the baked product the color and texture were evaluated. Finally, a sensory analysis has been carried out to determine the acceptability of the products obtained. The results show differences between the formulations, both in the physicochemical properties of the dough and in the texture of the product after baking, obtaining a greater acceptance in the product with 40% chickpea flour.Roig Seguí, J. Tractaments d'electrodeposició de fosfat de calci sobre superfície de titani per aplicacions biomèdiques

Aquest projecte, té com a finalitat millorar la tècnica d’electrodeposició de fosfat de calci sobre discs de Titani pur. En ell s’han realitzat assajos de electrodeposició en diferents condicions, les quals han estat observades al microscopi electrònic per veure la seva microestructura. També mitjançant difracció de raigs X s’han trobat diferents fases estequiomètriques. Han estat realitzats estudis d’alliberament de ions de Calci al medi. S’han realitzat assajos de tracció sobre la capa ceràmica per conèixer les propietats mecàniques de les diferents mostres estudiades. Finalment amb les mostres obtingudes s’han realitzat cultius cel·lulars per comprovar la seva compatibilitat amb el material

Construir una ètica pública per a la teoria de la democràcia. Proposta aplicada al cas del País Valencià

Des d’una teoria política normativa, hom planteja una proposta d’ètica pública, d’inspiració republicana i humanista, aplicada al cas del País Valencià com a instrument d’acció política regenerador de les estructures polítiques democràtiques; una proposta que, en un plànol més general, serveix també, en clau de reflexió exemplificadora, per a enfortir el paper de l’ètica pública en la teoria de la democràcia. Així es concreten cinc valors per a un “republicanisme cívic valencià”: 1) la vocació sincera de diàleg i la voluntat d’acord, pacte o consens; 2) la reivindicació del paper de la societat civil; 3) la raó anamnètica: recu-perar la memòria històrica; 4) les exigències de regeneració democràtica; i 5) el subjecte sociopolític “poble valencià”: demos/ethnos i federalismeFrom the viewpoint of normative political theory, the paper presents a proposal of public ethics for Valencia, which has its main influences in the republican and humanist traditions. The aim of a such a public ethics is to deal as an instrument for democratic regeneration, which can only succeed if the role of public ethics within democratic theory is reassured. Thus, five standards are established so as to attain a “Valencian civic republi-canism”: 1) the sincere vocation of dialogue and the disposition of agreement, accord and consensus; 2) the recognition of the civil society responsibility: 3) the anamnetic reason: recovery of the historical memory; 4) the requirement of democratic renewal; and 5) the socio-political subject “Valencian nation”: demos/ethnos and federalis
