    HIRARC merupakan salah satu cara mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya yang terdapat pada setiap jenis pekerjaan. Langkah-langkahnya dimulai dengan cara mengindentifikasi bahaya, lalu menilai risikonya, dan melakukan pengendalian. PT Belitang Panen Raya II terletak di jalan Sriwijaya Raya km. 13 no.1 RT. 10 Kel. Karyajaya Kec. Kertapati Palembang. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa beras. Dalam menjalankan setiap proses produksi tentunya memiliki risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Untuk itu peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti HIRARC pada bagian produksi PT Belitang Panen Raya II. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi langsung ke lapangan, telaah dokumen, dan wawancara secara langsung dengan operator. Analisis data dimulai dengan menghitung nilai risiko dalam bentuk skor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa terdapat 17 jenis pekerjaan di bagian produksi yang masih memiliki risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Dari segi keselamatan PT Belitang Panen Raya II masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan khususnya pada bagian menganalisis kecelakaan kerja dan penetapan SOP secara tegas. Oleh karena perlu dilakukan analisis risiko keselamatan kerja dengan menggunakan metode HIRARC untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko keselamatan kerja di PT Belitang Panen Raya II

    The rapid industrial growth in Indonesia raises up the competition among each industries to strive for the good market from a regional to an International basis. This development does not solely occur to the large-scale industries, but also affects the small and medium enterprise. SME’s Ayam Geprek Djeng Siti is a micro scale industry engaged in the food and beverage enterprise, which targets the low to middle-class population. Based on the market observation of SME’s Ayam Geprek Djeng Siti, it showed that the existing marketing strategy is not befitting with the current marketing trend, thus causing low level of marketing strategy and revenue achieved. The productivity level of its current sales is only as much as 1,39. Therefore, in order to formulate a better marketing strategy, SWOT matrix is essential as a means to determine the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat faced by the SME’s. In addition, the QSPM matrix is also necessary to objectively evaluate the alternative strategic options based on the previously identified internal and external key success factors. For these reasons, SME’s Ayam Geprek Djeng Siti has developed a number of improved strategies, such as promotion via social media (Instagram), working together with gojek, make a brand, customer service, and improving the food packaging. The implementation of these strategies has increased both the productivity and revenue levels by 6% and Rp 368.000,00 per day respectively, with the total profit of Rp 134.467,00 per day. Although the increment level is not dramatic since these strategies have only been implemented for one month, the consistent development and efforts of SME’s Ayam Geprek Djeng Siti will definitely continue to improve the productivity level in the future

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 105 pegawai pada staf kementrian ketenagakerjaan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan explanatory survey. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pelatihan dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this research is: 1) to find out description of the influence of training and competence to improving employee performace in employment ministries, 2) to find out the influence of training on employee performace in employment ministries, 3) to find out the influence of competence on employee performace in employment ministries, 4) to find out the influence of training and competence can predict employee performace models.     Online dating is one forms of Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) where the participants aren’t required to do a Face-to-Face communication to communicate with each other. By this limitation, online dating users get the chance to present themselves with selective self-presentation such as only present the good sides of themselves and even present themselves innacuratedly in order to appear as ideal figure. This research wants to know how online dating users present themselves to their online partners and do they do the hyperpersonal communication, in the form of selective self-presentation . This research uses descriptive-qualitative methods with semistructure interview as data collecting method. The samples who were interviewed in this research are five people who join the online dating site and mobile application setipe.com and Tinder. All five samples were selected by snowball sampling method. By using qualitative content analysis as data analysing technique, this research found that online dating users do selective self-presentation where they will choose which things they want to present to their online partners, eventhough they are being honest and present themselves accuratedly. Online dating users do it to get a pleasant communication with their online partners also to anticipate the possibility of meeting their partners offline (in real life)

    Influence of Compensation on Work Performance in the District Office of Bissappu, Bantaeng Regency

    The potential of every human resource in each office must be utilized as well as possible so as to provide optimal output. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance in the Bissappu District Office, Bantaeng Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 52 and determining the amount of 5 percent of the population so that 46 samples are obtained. Of the 46 samples 44 of them were made as Respondents and 2 were used as Informants. Data collection techniques observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation, while the data analysis technique used is the percentage statistics. The results showed that the effect of compensation in the District Office of Bissappu in Bantaeng Regency was classified as very high in terms of indicators of direct compensation and indirect compensation. The work performance of employees in the Bissappu District Office of Bantaeng Regency is classified in the very high category in terms of indicators of work quality, work quantity, level of reliability, and attitude. Hypothesis testing results indicate that there is a significant relationship between compensation for employee performance in the District Office of Bissappu, Bantaeng Regency

    Two hundred and thirty twoundergraduate students of management major at State University of Jakarta were surveyed on their procrastination level, gender, socio-personal (parents’educationalbackground, number of siblings, university grade level), locus of control, and emotional intelligence. Result shows that 1) the procrastination level between male and female students is identical, 2) the procrastination levelbetween students whom his/her mother is holding university degree with other students whom his/her mother is not holding university degree is different,3) the procrastination level between studentswhom his/her father is holding university degree is different with other students whom his/her father is not holding university degree, 4) the procrastination level between students who have one sibling is different with other students who have more than one siblings, 5) the procrastination level between new students are different with senior students, 6) the procrastination level between students who have internal locus of control is different with other students who have external locus of control, 7)the procrastination level between students who have high emotional intelligence is different with otherstudents who have low emotional intelligence.   Keywords: Procrastination, Gender, Socio-Personal, Locus of Control, Emotional Intelligenc

    Angka terkonfirmasi infeksi Sars CoV-2 di Indonesia semakin meningkat. Hal ini disebakan adanya stigma dan sikap abai terhadap infeksi Sars CoV-2. Ibu hamil merupakan salah satu kelompok rawan infeksi Sars CoV-2. Pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi menjaid hal utama dalam pencegahan infeksi Sars CoV-2. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Ibu hamil terkait infeksi Sars CoV-2 dan upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi sebagai peningkat kapasitas sistem imun tubuh. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan disertai simulasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired T-test.     Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area yang berlokasi di jalan Kolam No. 1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, mulai bulan Desember hingga Mei 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data tentang kemampuan pupuk yang berasal dari Paitan dan fungi mikoriza arbuskular dalam pertumbuhan dan produksi pakcoy (Brassica rapa L). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan perlakuan pupuk paitan sebagai berikut : P0 = tanpa perlakuan, P1 = 0.5 kg / plot (5 ton ha-1), P2 = 1 kg / plot (10 ton ha-1), P3 = 1.5 kg / plot(15 ton ha-1), P4 = 2 kg / plot (20 ton ha-1) dan perlakuan fungi mikoriza arbuskular sebagai berikut : M0 : tanpa perlakuan, M1 : 10 g/plot, M2 : 15 g/plot, M3 : 20 g/plot. Parameter yang diamati adalah : tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, lebar daun, bobot sampel per plot, bobot total per plot, efektivitas aplikasi perlakuan terhadap semua parameter dan pengamatan kolonisasi akar. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Pemberian pupuk paitan berpengaruh tidak nyata pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan lebar daun. berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap berat total pertanaman sampel dan dan terhadap berat total per plot berpengaruh nyata; 2) Pemberian fungi mikoriza arbuskular (FMA) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, berat total tanaman per plot, dan berat total tanaman per sampel; 3) Perlakuan kombinasi antara pupuk paitan dan fungi mikoriza arbuskular (FMA) berpengaruh tidak nyata pada tinggi tanaman, lebar daun, berat per plot dan berat per sampel, sedangkan pada jumlah daun berpengaruh nyata pada umur 1 minggu.This research was conducted in the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Medan Area, located on Jalan Kolam No. 1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, from December to May 2019. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the ability of fertilizers derived from Paitan and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the growth and production of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L). This research used factorial randomized block design with the treatment of paitan fertilizer as follows: P0 = without treatment, P1 = 0.5 kg / plot (5 tons ha-1), P2 = 1 kg / plot (10 tons ha-1), P3 = 1.5 kg / plot (15 tons ha-1), P4 = 2 kg / plot (20 tons ha-1) and the treatment of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi as follows: M0: without treatment, M1: 10 g / plot, M2: 15 g / plot, M3: 20 g / plot. The parameters observed were: plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, sample weights per plot, total weights per plot, effectiveness of the treatment application of all parameters and observation of root colonization. The results obtained from this study are: 1) The administration of paitan fertilizer has no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves and leaf width. very significant effect on the total weight of the sample plantations and and on the total weight per plot have a significant effect; 2) The administration of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (FMA) has a very significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, total weight of plants per plot, and total weight of plants per sample; 3) The combination treatment of paitan fertilizer and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (FMA) had no significant effect on plant height, leaf width, weight per plot and weight per sample, whereas leaf count had a significant effect at 1 week age
