Knowledge Management, Supply Chain Marketing Implementation and Marketing Capabilities and Tourism Industry Performance in Indonesia

The current study purpose is to conduct the relationship between the knowledge management (KNW), customer orientation (CUO) and tourism industry performance (TIP) of Indonesia with the moderating effect of supply chain marketing planning capabilities (SCMPC) and supply chain marketing implementations capabilities (SCMIC). For this purpose, the data was collected from the 400 professional managers by using a convenient sampling technique which yield a 80 percent response rate. The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis has shown that knowledge management (KNW) has directly significant and positive association with the tourism industry performance (TIP) but customer orientation (CUO) has an insignificant relationship with the TIP. On the other hand, the indirect effect of the study has shown that both moderating indicators namely SCMPC and SCMIC have a significant moderating effect in the relationship of both of the exogenous and endogenous variable. Therefore, this moderating effect contribution is considered to be an important contribution of the study which fill the previous studies gaps. The research limitations and future directions at the end of the study were also discussed.

BERMAIN TACTILE PLAY TERHADAP MOTORIK HALUS ANAK TUNAGRAHITA SEDANG di SDLB

Fine motor skill in mental retardation children is generally have barriers, therefore it need solution. To contend the problem is by developing fine motor mental retardation child were performed using playing tactile play. And so do in state SDLB Tambahrejo Bojonegoro encountered mental retardation child third class students who have barrier in fine motor skill. Mental retardation child was experiencing stiffness in the muscles of the fingers which causes the child is difficult to hold, squeeze objects and write well.  Based on this study, research the playing tactile play influence to the fine motor mental retardation children in state SDLB Tambahrejo Bojonegoro. The approach used in this research is quantitative, the type of research is pre-experimental research, the research design is "one group, pre-test–post-test design". Data collecting method is by using test and observation. Data analysis technique is data analisis statistic non parametrik with formula tests sign or “ sign test”. The results of the study on the effect of playing tactile play against fine motor of mental retardation in third class is Zh = 2.05 > of Z tabel = 1.96 at the 5% significance level. It is proved that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so can be concluded that playing tactile play influence the fine motor mental retardation in third class in state SDLB Tambahrejo Bojonegoro.   Keywords: playing  tactile play , fine motor skil

Peningkatan Profitabilitas pada Industri Perbankan Go-Publik di Indonesia

The Profitability Improvement at Go-Public Islamic Banks in IndonesiaThe aim at the study to examine and analyze the impact growth of profitability through its capital adequacy ratio, operating expense to operating income, loan to deposit ratio and non perfoming loan in the banking industry go public in Indonesia. The results show that operating expense to operating income and loan to deposit ratio have significantly effect to return on asset while the capital adequacy ratio,and non perfoming loan not significantly effect to return on asset. Capital adequacy ratio, operating expense to operating income, loan to deposit ratio and non perfoming loan not significantly effect to return on equity. While for variable stock returns are significantly influenced only by the capital adequacy ratio, operating expense to operating income, loan to deposit ratio, return on asset and return on equity while non perfoming loan not significantly effect to stock returnsDOI: 10.15408/ess.v6i1.311

UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR GERAK DASAR LOMPAT JAUH MELALUI PENDEKATAN BERMAIN PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN KARANGASEM 03 KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO TAHUN 2012/2013

The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of the long jump in physical education at the elementary school fourth grade students Karangasem 03 Sukoharjo through play approach. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The experiment was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects were fourth grade students of SD Negeri karangasem 03 sukoharjo who were 18 students, 6 students and 12 young male students. Source data comes from teachers and students. Data collection technique is to use the technique of triangulation method. Analysis of data using qualitative descriptive statistical analysis techniques. Sepiral research procedures are interrelated models. The results showed that through play approach can improve student learning outcomes long jump from pre-cycle to the first cycle and from cycle I to cycle II. The learning process so that the monotonous prasiklus long jump low learning outcomes. Increase occurred in cycle I. Long jump improved learning outcomes, although not optimal. Implementation of the second cycle causes learning to be a good long jump and student learning outcomes that can be improved to support a high quality learning. Conclusions This study is the approach to playing the long jump improve learning outcomes in physical education teaching fourth grade student Karangasem District 03 Sukoharjo. shows that the learning outcomes approach play Long Jump increased from 17.85% at baseline to 51.78% at the end of the first cycle and increased to 91.07% at the end of the second cycle. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat jauh dalam pendidikan jasmani pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Karangasem 03 Sukoharjo melalui pendekatan bermain. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri karangasem 03 sukoharjo yang berjumlah 18 siswa,6 siswa putri dan 12 siswa laki-laki. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian adalah model sepiral yang saling berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa melalui pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat jauh siswa dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Proses pembelajaran pada prasiklus bersifat monoton sehingga hasil belajar lompat jauh rendah. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I. Hasil belajar lompat jauh meningkat walaupun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan siklus II menyebabkan pembelajaran lompat jauh menjadi baik dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi tinggi sehingga bisa mendukung suatu pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan bermain meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat jauh dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Karangasem 03 Sukoharjo. menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar Lompat Jauh pendekatan bermain meningkat dari 17,85% pada kondisi awal menjadi 51,78% pada akhir siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 91,07% pada akhir siklus II

Analisis Kebijakan Luar Negeri Australia di Era Pemerintahan PM Tony Abbott

ABSTRAKSetiap negara pasti memiliki arah dan tujuan negaranya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu dibutuhkan sebuah kebijakan luar negeri. Sebagai sebuah negara Australia tentu memiliki tujuan dan kepentingan nasionalnya. Pada era pemerintahan Perdana Menteri Tony Abbott, Australia memiliki kebijakan luar negeri yang ditujukan untuk memenuhi kepentingan nasionalnya. Isu-isu ekonomi dan imigran merupakan isu yang menjadi pokok utama dalam pemerintahan Tony Abbott. Dalam meningkatkan perekonomian, Australia menjalin kerja sama dalam bentuk free trade agreement dengan Tiongkok dan Korea Selatan. Prototipe pengatur ketinggian permukaan cairan dalam tangki dengan kondisi dua keadaan

Piranti atan slat berupa prototipe pengatur ketinggian permukaan cairan yang dapat diatur ketinggian permukaan cairan sesuai dengan pennintaan pemakai tslah dibuat dalam penelitian ini. Prototipe ini merupakan pengembangan dari dua jenis karakteristik kontrol yang telah ada sebelumnya, yaitu kontrol dua keadaan dan kontrol prop orsional. Prototipe ini dapat mengatur dart mengukur ketinggian. perrnukaan cairan yang diinginkan dengan komputer melalui papan tombol (keyboard), dan hasil dari pengukuran dapat dicetak sewaktu-waktu dengan tinggi permukaan cairan yang terdeteksi pada saat itu. Penelitian ini mengbasilkan piranti/prototipe pengatur ketinggian permukaan cairan pada tangki dengan kondisi dua keadaan yang dapat diatur sesuai kebutuhan dengan bantuan PC sebagai pengatur/kontrolnya, dan tinggi tangki serta air maksimal yang dapat terukur 85 cm dengan skala 1 cm. The prototype of liquid-level control which can be controlled similar by user, has been made in this research. This prototype was built from two kind of older controllers, these were two state controller and proportional controller. This prototype can control and measure of liquid-level with computer by keyboard, and sometime the result of measurement can be printed with liquid-level in that time. This research resulted prototype of liquid-level control with two-position in the tank for liquid (reservoir), which it can be controlled with helped by computer as checker, and highest of tank for liquid and level water are 85 centimeters with range of scale is 1 centimeter

UPAYA MADRASAH DALAM MENERAPKAN MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH

Pendidikan merupakan kunci bagi suatu bangsa untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya dimana peningkatan kecakapan dan kemampuan diyakini sebagai faktor untuk bisa menyiapkan masa depan yang siap bersaing dengan bangsa lain.
