http://dx.doi.org/10.5902/223613084613This article aims to show how the aquarium can be an important tool for Environmental Education,a hobby that has been expanding steadily in Brazil. The aquarium, as a form of entertainment, work or research, allows the direct observation of nature countless mysteries of the submarinewhile it analyzes the diverse ways of life of the species that inhabit it. The theoretical concepts ofenvironmental conditions existing in nature and any changes occurring in the artificial medium, allows the hobbyist to expand their knowledge, acquire sufficient concepts, and also provides youwith skills needed to provide a suitable environment for the vital requirements of aquatic life. Theaquarium in Environmental Education, aims to pure and applied research in the maintenance andreproduction of aquatic organisms in semi-closed systems in association with the preservation ofthe environment through activities restocking and reintroduction of agencies, and publicawareness for biodiversity conservation.
Protocol Proposal For The Care Of The Person With Venous Ulcer
Objective: To propose a care protocol for the care of the person with a venous ulcer in highly complex services.
Methods and results: This is a methodological study, in three stages: literature review, validation of content and validation in the clinical context. The literature review was carried out from June to August/2011, being the basis for the construction of the Protocol for Venous Ulcers. The content validation included 53 judges (44 nurses, 8 physicians and 1 physiotherapist) selected through the Lattes platform to evaluate the items of the protocol. Validation in the clinical context occurred at the University Hospital Onofre Lopes, in Natal/RN with four judges (nurses), who worked in pairs, evaluating 32 patients with venous ulcers. The protocol was validated with 15 categories: sociodemographic data; anamnesis; examinations; ulcer characteristics; care with the lesion and perilesional area; medicines used to treat the lesion; evaluation and treatment of pain; surgical treatment of chronic venous disease; recurrence prevention (clinical and educational strategies); reference; counter-reference; and quality of life.
Conclusion: The validated protocol regarding content and clinical context was applicable. Its implementation is a viable measure that assists in the reorientation of the team in high complexity services, aiming at wound healing and restoration of the patient´s integral health.

Pervasive gaps in Amazonian ecological research
Biodiversity loss is one of the main challenges of our time,1,2 and attempts to address it require a clear un derstanding of how ecological communities respond to environmental change across time and space.3,4
While the increasing availability of global databases on ecological communities has advanced our knowledge
of biodiversity sensitivity to environmental changes,5–7 vast areas of the tropics remain understudied.8–11 In
the American tropics, Amazonia stands out as the world’s most diverse rainforest and the primary source of
Neotropical biodiversity,12 but it remains among the least known forests in America and is often underrepre sented in biodiversity databases.13–15 To worsen this situation, human-induced modifications16,17 may elim inate pieces of the Amazon’s biodiversity puzzle before we can use them to understand how ecological com munities are responding. To increase generalization and applicability of biodiversity knowledge,18,19 it is thus
crucial to reduce biases in ecological research, particularly in regions projected to face the most pronounced
environmental changes. We integrate ecological community metadata of 7,694 sampling sites for multiple or ganism groups in a machine learning model framework to map the research probability across the Brazilian
Amazonia, while identifying the region’s vulnerability to environmental change. 15%–18% of the most ne glected areas in ecological research are expected to experience severe climate or land use changes by
2050. This means that unless we take immediate action, we will not be able to establish their current status,
much less monitor how it is changing and what is being lostinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

Tanque Grande, a space in transformation
The water is a essential natural resource for life, to warrant almost all economic development, as well as, to assure welfare and quality of life. Nowadays the debate about water is a very important matter, it is considered object of conflict, however it is not express as a contest by water. The investigation realized intend to examine the process of urbanization in the Tanque Grande, Protection Area Water Resources, in Guarulhos, in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region. In general lines this text, understood the dynamic of urbanization, the factors that induce and/or limit this on the protection areas and the legislation to protection fountainheads in the actions for planning and management to Tanque Grande basin and their social and environmental problems. Lavori atipici ed economia digitale - Prospettiva luso-italo-brasiliana. Contratos atípicos de emprego e economia digital - Perspectiva luso-ítalo-brasileira
