                   تم التحقيق والكشف في المواد او المخلفات الحيوية على نطاق واسع كونها تعتبر مصدر من مصادر الطاقة النظيفة. لكن مع هذا بقيت مشاكل تكوين القطران والجسيمات من اهم المعوقات في التنمية وخاصة في مجالات تطبيق التغويز في انظمة الامداد بالطاقة و لغاية يومنا الحاضر. ان الهدف من هذا البحث هو وصف لابتكار طريقة بصرية تعطي نتائج مباشرة عبر الانترنيت لحساب المركبات العطرية والمركبات الهيدروكاربونية المتعددة الحلقات PAH والناتجة بسبب تقنيات التغويز عند درجات الحرارة العالية وذلك عن طريق استخدام التحليل الطيفي للفلورة المستحثة بالليزر. تم تقليل ترسب القطران المتكون عند تبريد الغازات من خلال ادخال مفهوم جديد في تصميم وحدات او الاجزاء الخاصة بالقياس . تم تحضير عينات مركبات ال PAH باستخدام المعايير القياسية لمركبات ال PAHs المقاسة وذلك بأستخدام كروموتوغرافيا الغازات GC, حيث تم استخدام ليزر نوع OPO بمدى ضبط يتراوح من 200 إلى 2400 نانومتر و ذروة طاقة قدرة 2,2 ملي جول  لإثارة مركبات القطران والتي لها خصائص فلورة في مدى النطاق الطيفي الفوق بنفسجي.  تم تقييم القياسات من خلال دمج مصفوفات الإثارة-الانبعاثات (EEM)، والتي تعتبر كطريقة  لتقليل استهلاك الزمن الازم لرصد القطران.                  Biomass has been extensively investigated, because of its presence as clean energy source. Tars and particulates formation problems are still the major challenges in development especially in the implementation of gasification technologies into nowadays energy supply systems. Laser Induced Fluorescence spectroscopy (LIF) method is incorporated for determining aromatic and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) produced at high temperature gasification technology. The effect of tars deposition when the gases are cooled has been highly reduced by introducing a new concept of measurement cell. The samples of PAH components have been prepared with the standard constrictions of measured PAHs by using gas chromatograph (GC). OPO laser with tuning rang of (200 to 2400) nm and peak energy of 2.2 mJ were used to excite the tar compounds, which have fluorescence properties in the range of ultraviolet| blue spectral range. The measurements have been evaluated by incorporating the Excitation-Emission Matrices (EEM), presented as time consuming method for tar monitoring.

    Designing an Environmental Audit Program for Health Institutions to Confront the Epidemic

    Purpose: The purpose of this article is to design a COVID-19 audit program for the Iraqi Ministry of Health and its affiliated health institutions, by emphasize the significance of environmental auditing in economic units and its role in attaining sustainable development.   Theoretical framework:  To achieve the goals of the unit with the greatest possible percentage of economic and environmental benefits, development, and sustainable growth environmentally and socially, rather than the current situation of unplanned and undistinguished growth, the research seeks to encourage economic units to link project development with environmental protection together with one activity.   Design/methodology/approach: The study sample included workers in the health sector in the Iraqi Ministry of Health, who numbered 200 employees during the period between 2020-2021, and the study relied on the content analysis method and the checklist to test and implement the proposed program.   Findings:  The study find that economic units increase their interest in environmental auditing in order to protect the environment and achieve sustainable development goals, as well as reconsider current growth measures, and that all of these changes have a significant impact on environmental quality.   Research, Practical & Social implications:  Researchers in the social, economic, and environmental fields should consider the importance of a sustainable environment by linking parameters. It is a good time to educate people about global health and a green sustainable environment.   Originality/value: This is the first study to examine the relationship between environmental auditing and COVID-19 at the level of Iraq in particular and the entire world

    The palynology of the Plenmeller Coalfield and adjacent areas in Northern England

    The samples collected in the present investigation from Featherstone, Plenmeller and adjacent areas in the North of England, yielded diverse, well preserved miospore assemblages with marked vertical variation, which compare fairly closely with those previously described from strata of the same age elsewhere. Six major Assemblages are recognised from coal and shale samples collected within Namurian and Westphalian A and B strata which have not previously been dated by miospore evidence. Oetailed comparisons are made with miospore assemblages previously described by several authors from similar stratigraphical horizons in Scotland, North England and. the Central Province. Formal taxonomic description is presented for 206 species belonging to 71 genera.tions 22 new types are described and one new combination is suggested

    Trust factors and their impact on patients satisfaction of private clinics in city of Ramadi - Iraq

    The target of the research to identify the trust factors represented by (communication, competence, Service Quality) and its impact on the satisfaction of patients private medical clinics in the city of Ramadi, and for the purpose of achieving research objectives and reaching answers to questions (study problem), the Researchersadopted the analytical descriptive approach, a questionnaire was designed as a key tool for collecting preliminary data, and using the method (method) random sample, distributed (384) questionnaire forms to patients reviewing private medical clinics in the city, Of these, 368 were recovered, of which 11 were not eligible (invalid), bringing the number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis (357) to 357, i.e. a response rate (93%) of recovered questionnaires, and the data analysis and statistically processed by the program (SPSS.V.26) as well as the statistical program (AMOS.V.26) , the most prominent findings of the research were the existence of a correlation and a positive effect with statistical significance between the factors Trust and patient satisfaction In addition, the results showed that the level of Trust of patients through their factors in the private medical clinics researched was at a (medium) level, as the contact came first and then solved the Competence second and the Service Quality iii, as well as the level of patient satisfaction with the medical services provided by the clinics in general was (average), and in the light of those results the Researchersmade a set of recommendations that could help medical clinic staff to enhance and increase the level of Trust of patients with them and strengthen them which reflects positively on the satisfaction of the patients and the permanence and prosperity of their relationship

    Because of the great development that took place in information transfer and communication technologies, the issue of information transfer security has become a very sensitive and resonant issue, great importance must be given to protecting this confidential information. Steganography is one of the important and effective ways to protect the security of this information while it is being transmitted through the Internet, steganography is a technology to hide information inside an unnoticeable envelope object that can be an image, video, text or sound. The Arabic language has some special features that make it excellent covers to hide information from Through the diversity of the Arabic letters from dotted letters in several forms or vowels or special letters, the Holy Qur’an is considered a cover rich in movements and Arabic grammar, which makes it a wide cover for the purpose of concealing information. The Holy Qur’an is a sacred book where it is not permissible to modify, add or move any of the letters or any diacritical mark to it. The algorithm hides the two bits by uses six special letters of Arabic language. Moreover, it checks for the presence of specific Arabic linguistic features referred Arabic diacritics. The proposed system achieved a high ability to hide as in Surat Al-Baqarah (4524 bits) and also (2576 bits) in Surat Al-Imran and in Surat Al-An’am (2318 bits)

    REVIEW ON DETECTION OF RICE PLANT LEAVES DISEASES USING DATA AUGMENTATION AND TRANSFER LEARNING TECHNIQUES

    The most important cereal crop in the world is rice (Oryza sativa). Over half of the world's population uses it as a staple food and energy source. Abiotic and biotic factors such as precipitation, soil fertility, temperature, pests, bacteria, and viruses, among others, impact the yield production and quality of rice grain. Farmers spend a lot of time and money managing diseases, and they do so using a bankrupt "eye" method that leads to unsanitary farming practices. The development of agricultural technology is greatly conducive to the automatic detection of pathogenic organisms in the leaves of rice plants. Several deep learning algorithms are discussed, and processors for computer vision problems such as image classification, object segmentation, and image analysis are discussed. The paper showed many methods for detecting, characterizing, estimating, and using diseases in a range of crops. The methods of increasing the number of images in the data set were shown. Two methods were presented, the first is traditional reinforcement methods, and the second is generative adversarial networks. And many of the advantages have been demonstrated in the research paper for the work that has been done in the field of deep learning

    Analyzing big data sets by using different panelized regression methods with application: Surveys of multidimensional poverty in Iraq

    Poverty phenomenon is very substantial topic that determines the future of societies and governments and the way that they deals with education, health and economy. Sometimes poverty takes multidimensional trends through education and health. The research aims at studying multidimensional poverty in Iraq by using panelized regression methods, to analyze Big Data sets from demographical surveys collected by the Central Statistical Organization in Iraq. We choose classical penalized regression method represented by The Ridge Regression, Moreover; we choose another penalized method which is the Smooth Integration of Counting and Absolute Deviation (SICA) to analyze Big Data sets related to the different poverty forms in Iraq. Euclidian Distance (ED) was used to compare the two methods and the research conclude that the SICA method is better than Ridge estimator with Big Data conditions

    محدودية مساحة التخزين، وارتفاع حركة مرور نقل بيانات المتحسس وكفاءة نقل الطاقة هي عينات من المشاكل الصعبة في تطوير تطبيقات إنترنت كل شيء. وقد تم في هذا البحث معالجه هذه المشاكل من خلال اقتراح طريقة ضغط بدون فقدان للبيانات، والتي تقوم على عمليات خفيفة بالتعقيد. الطريقة المقترحة تعمل بكفاءة حتى مع الاجهزة ذات الأداء المنخفض. وعلاوة على ذلك، تحسن  أجهزة المتحسس بشكل فعال في إنترنت الكل شيء بواسطة التقليل من استهلاك الطاقة والموارد المستخدمة. وبالتالي، توفير الطاقة واطالة عمر أجهزة إنترنت الكل شيء. تم اختبار الطريقة المقترحة، على مجموعتين من البيانات كمعيار اساسي حسب نسبة الضغط المحسوبة على الرسائل بين نمط شخص الى شخص. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، نسبة ضغط على المتحسسات الطبية (دقات القلب ودرجة حرارة الجسم) بين نمط آلة والى شخص من إنترنت الكل شيء. في الاختبارين، الطريقة قد حصلت على مقياس ضغط كبير.Limit storage space, high traffic sensor data transfer and power efficient transmission are samples of the challenging issues in the development of Internet of Everything (IoE) apps. This paper tackles these issues by presenting a suggested lossless compression approach according to lightweight operations. The suggested approach is working efficiently even with a low-performance equipment. Furthermore, enhancing the sensor node effectively of IoE by minimizing energy exhaustion and resource utilizing. Hence, provision power and expanding the age of IoE devices. The suggested approach is evaluated by using two datasets as a benchmark by calculating compression ratio firstly, on messages between person to person and secondly, on healthcare sensors (HeartRate and Body Temperature) between machine to person pattern of IoE.  In two tests, the suggested approach may obtain a significant compression ratio

    IMPACT OF HEALTHCARE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ON THE STRATEGIC POSITION OF HOSPITALS: AN ANALYTICAL STUDY

    Healthcare knowledge management HKM has attracted extensive attention in the previous years as a strategical partner with the general strategy of organizations. The HKM aims to identify the organization strategic position within the competitive market. The present study tries to answer many questions that formed the study problem including do hospitals and health units depend on the healthcare knowledge storage to perform its strategical tasks and how to run this healthcare knowledge; does the healthcare knowledge transformation represent the main base to attain these especial strategic tasks by identifying its strategic position. A virtual form has been proposed that reflects the interaction relation nature between variables. The virtual form is clarified by the study's main assumption which was tested using data obtained from surveys and other different data collecting methods about different Iraqi hospitals and health units. The study highlighted the significant role of the HKM in hospitals and health units. Also, it was found that the Iraqi hospitals and health units have a growing interest to diagnose its weaknesses to build a strong internal environment. The present study recommends holding training courses continuously to improve the staff’s abilities. In addition, the study recommends establishing environmental analysis units to study and evaluate environmental changes
