    Penerapan Pembelajaran Langsung dengan Motivasi Pemberian Reward pada Sub Kompetensi Menjahit Bustier Siswa Kelas XI Busana Butik di SMK Negeri 1 Bojonegoro

      Abstrak   Pembelajaran keterampilan busana butik menggunakan model pengajaran langsung yang dirancang khusus untuk membantu siswa belajar pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar yang dapat diajarkan dengan cara langkah demi langkah dalam menunjang proses belajar siswa yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan prosedural dan pengetahuan deklaratif yang terstruktur dengan baik. Pada kompetensi membuat busana pesta bustier, diharapkan siswa mampu membuat bustier, sesuai desain yang ditentukan secara selangkah demi selangkah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan mengetahui hasil belajar siswa selama kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran langsung pada sub kompetensi menjahit bustier dengan motivasi pemberian reward. Kegiatan Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Bojonegoro Siswa Kelas XI Busana Butik tahun ajaran 2012/2013 sebanyak 27 siswa dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2013. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru, lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa, serta perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan silabus, RPP dan handout. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru pada kegiatan I terlaksana sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 91,42%, pada kegiatan II juga terlaksana sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 95,38%, dan pada kegiatan III memperoleh  kriteria terlaksana sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 94,54%. Sedangkan aktivitas siswa pada kegiatan I memperoleh persentase sebesar 88,57% yang artinya sangat baik, sedangkan pada kegiatan II juga terlaksana dengan sangat baik yaitu dengan memperoleh persentase sebesar 89,23% dan pada kegiatan III aktivitas siswa memperoleh persentase sebesar 90,9% dengan kriteria terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal pada kegiatan I adalah sebesar 100% yang artinya terlampaui, sedangkan pada kegiatan  II adalah 92,6% yang artinya terlampaui, dan pada kegiatan III adalah 85% yang artinya tuntas.   Kata kunci:   Pembelajaran langsung motivasi reward aktivitas dan hasil belajar.   Abstract   Learning of boutique fashion competence using direct instruction model specially designed to help students to learn knowledge and basic competence which taught step by step in order to support students learning process that related with procedural knowledge and declarative knowledge which good structured.     Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif berbasis Articulate Storyline 3 Pada Tema 8 Subtema Manusia dan Lingkungan

    This research is Research and Development (RnD), with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model which aims to develop and determine the feasibility of Interactive Learning Media using Articulate Storyline 3 on Theme 8 sub-theme humans and the environment. The feasibility of Interactive Learning Media is proven through the results of expert validation which is then tested in a limited trial and evaluation stage through the distribution of material questions and student response questionnaires. The validation test results from media experts, language experts and material experts stated that the product was in the "very feasible" category for testing with an average percentage of 97%. Based on limited trials using Interactive Learning Media carried out on class V-B students, as many as 41 students obtained an average score of 87 with a classical KKM score achievement percentage of 90% and received a very good response with a percentage of 87.93% where students were very interested in using it. product. Thus it can be concluded that the development of Interactive Learning Media using Articulate Storyline 3 in Theme 8 Sub-theme humans and the environment is very suitable for use in the learning process. It is hoped that the research results will provide new knowledge regarding the use of interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline 3, which is effective in increasing student learning motivation which influences student learning outcomes.Interactive learning media is a medium for delivering messages between teachers who can respond (students) through application programs and the use of electronic media. This research is a Research and Development (RnD), with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which aims to develop an innovative interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline 3 themes 8 sub-themes of humans and an appropriate class V B environment. The research was conducted at SD Negeri Sukaharja 01 with a total of 41 students in the 2022-2023 academic year. The research begins by analyzing the material, curriculum, student characteristics, then making product designs. Then develop the product and validate it to experts in their field who are then tested in limited trials with respondents and conduct evaluations to determine the effectiveness, attractiveness and efficiency of learning. The results of the validation trial stated that the product was in the "very feasible" category for trial without revision with an average value of 97%. The results of the evaluation phase through evaluation questions and student response questionnaires in learning using Interactive Learning Media stated that the average student score was 87 with a percentage of the total achievement of the KKM score of 90%, while the average percentage of student responses was 93% in the category Very good. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline 3 is feasible to use

    This research is about how the interpersonal communication of PAI teachers in shaping the character of students in SMA BSS Malang. Which makes students experience discomfort with teachers at school. Both in the learning process, and outside of learning. So that there is a barrier that makes PAI teachers and students unable to walk comfortably in the learning process. Not greeting each other, not being polite and courteous and making the atmosphere awkward. In the world of education there is always interpersonal communication between teachers and students. This study discusses to be more innovative to provide student learning comfort. Understanding the characteristics of each student with the existence of interpersonal communication in character building. The approach used is descriptive qualitative approach, which is a method to find data or information with the aim of being clearly explained, starting from the design of objectives, approaches, and data collection processes as material for making reports. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that interpersonal communication in shaping the character of students has basically been carried out well through conversations by asking students how they are. With an approach to students, PAI teachers can understand the type of character in each student.

    Perkembangan tekhnologi di era modernisasi memungkinkan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DGT) melakukan pengendalian dengan mengandalkan teknologi digital. Salah satunya diluncurkanlah aplikasi e-Faktur guna mengoptimalisasi penerimaan pajak yang dipungut dengan melakukan perbaikan administrasi perpajakan khususnya dalam pembuatan faktur pajak elektronik (e-Faktur). Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi e-Faktur versi 3.0 dalam upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan Pengusaha Kena Pajak untuk pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan  Masa PPN di Kantor Pelayan Pajak Pratama Kosambi Tahun 2016-2020 serta hambatan dan upaya yang dilakukan KPP Pratama Kosambi dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan Pengusaha Kena Pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah implementasi menggunakan indikator melalui standar dan sasaran pada kebijakan, sumber daya manusia, hubungan komunikasi antar organisasi, agen pelaksana, kondisi sosial, politik dan ekonomi, serta disposisi implementor sudah cukup baik namun masih memiliki kekurangan. dikarenakan penyuluhan, edukasi, dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan masih belum maksimal. Sedangkan tingkat kepatuhan Pengusaha Kena Pajak mengalami kenaikan hal ini dibuktikan dengan data jumlah pengusaha kena pajak yang melaporkan Surat Pemberitahuan  Masa PPN dari tahun pajak 2016 sampai dengan 2020 mencapai 81%, Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kesadaran pengusaha kena pajak dalam menjalankan kewajiban perpajakannya mengalami peningkatan

    Graywater of domestic waste has a  biodegradable organic matter characteristics which can be decreased by using waterwaste phytoremediator method. The objective of this research was to study the effect of Pistia Stratiotes and Salvinia Molesta on water quality for hydrophonic media of Lactuca Sativa production. Greenhouse experiments were conducted at Darmaga Research Station, Bogor. A complete factorial experimental design with three replications was used. The first factor was two waterwaste circulation remediator tank types (WWCRTT), and the second factor was a control, Pistia and Salvinia treatments.  The results of these experiments showed that:  the influence of plant has a significant difference to water COD at zero to one week after planting(WAP), and the influence of WWCRTT has also a significant difference to water COD at three WAP. The influence of WWCRTT has a significant difference to P-water content at zero, two, and three WAP. Plants, WWCRTT and their combinations have significant diference on NO3-water content at one WAP. The total of P and NO3 water contents were not sufficient for plant growth, and the influence of  flooding water and bad drainage can decrease plant yield.Key words: graywater, hydrophonic, phytoremediato

    Hubungan Persepsi Suami dengan Minat Suami menjadi Akseptor Kontrasepsi MOP (Metode Operatif Pria) di Dusun Krodan Depok Sleman

    INTISARI Latar Belakang: Penggunaan metode kontrasepsi mantap pria di Indonesia belum dapat berkembang seperti yang diharapkan yaitu 21.374 (0,25%) akseptor saja. Rendahnya keterlibatan pria menggunakan metode kontrasepsi mantap MOP (Metode Operasi Pria), diakibatkan oleh persepsi yang salah. Para pria beranggapan bahwa setelah melakukan MOP mereka akan kehilangan kejantanannya, merasa seperti dikebiri dan sebagainya. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa persepsi para suami mempengaruhi minatnya untuk menjadi akseptor kontrasepsi mantap pria (MOP). Tujuan: Diketahuinya hubungan persepsi dengan minat suami menjadi akseptor kontrasepsi MOP. Metode: Jenis pelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analitik corelasi menggunakan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Cluster Random Sampling, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang. Dengan menggunakan uji statistik korelasi Chi Square. Hasil: Para suami yang memiliki persepsi yang baik dan memiliki minat yang tinggi untuk menjadi akseptor MOP berjumlah 6 orang (13,3%) dan sebaliknya sebagian besar responden yang memiliki persepsi yang kurang baik dan kurang berminat untuk menjadi akseptor MOP sebanyak 17 orang (37,8%). Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square diperoleh nilai 0,002 < 0,05. Simpulan: Kesimpulannya ada hubungan antara persepsi suami dengan minat menjadi akseptor kontrasepsi MOP di Dusun Krodan Depok Sleman. Saran: Untuk petugas kesehatan diharapkan dapat lebih sering memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada suami agar dapat mengubah persepsi para suami yang kurang baik guna meningkatkan minat untuk menjadi akseptor MOP.     Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Blended di MII Subah pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

    The covid-19 pandemic caused many problems on to the implementation of learning in schools. A blended learning strategy is by mixing two or more learning models. The learning model was implemented at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamiyah (MII) Subah by combining face-to-face learning and online learning since it is more efficient and effective during the new normal during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, schools experience several obstacles, such as limited facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of online learning and limited time for face-to-face learning at school. Therefore, schools need well-calculated time management to be utilized optimally. This service aimed to apply the blended learning model in increasing student interest and encouraging maximum learning outcomes. The service applied the advocacy method by providing direct assistance to students. The results of the advocacy indirectly proved that the application of blended learning strategies to help students in minimizing the obstacles of fully online learning. This service provided many benefits for students to appreciate time and opportunities for better learning
