Determinants of Farmer’s Financing Participation in Sharia Microfinance Institutions

This study aims to analyze the determinants of farmer participation in sharia microfinance institutions.  The study area covers Siak Regency and Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. Respondents were taken as many as 30 respondents in Siak and 32 respondents in Bengkalis. The probit regression model is used to explain the factors that influence farmer participation in sharia microfinance institutions. Farmer loans are used for working capital, buying seeds and daily necessities. Most of the financing is wakalah wal mudhárabah and very few borrows in the form of wakalah wal musháraka. The results showed that the factors that influence farmer participation are education, dependency ratio, value of liquid assets owned, and farmers' income. The farther the farmer's house is from the location of the shariah microfinance institution, the less opportunity to participate. Other independent variables included in the model have no significant effect on farmers' opportunities to participate in sharia microfinance institutions in the two districts

IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH DI SMA NEGERI 1 METRO

The purpose of this research are 1) Describe the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 on teaching of history, 2) to explain the principal visual, history teacher, and students regarding the implementation of the curriculum 2013, 3) to formulate the factors that support and hinder the implementation of Curriculum 2013, Where this research is a study with qualitative research with descriptive approach. The data collection technique is to conduct in-depth interviews observation, documentation, and questionnaire. Data analysis performed by the researchers is to perform the first reducing the data after it's done after the presentation of data that do verifikasion. The results showed that a history teacher in the eleventh grade curriculum mengimplemntasikan 2013 quite well. This can be seen with the preparation of RPP conducted by the teacher never mind in accordance with the demands contained in the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia 103 2014. In the process of learning history teachers already apply learning with the scientific approach which consists of observing, ask, gather information, associate and communicate. Data collection techniques used: observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data was analyzed using Milles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is a character that is formed and a pattern of education at the Nashriyah NW Sekunyit Islamic Boarding School. The characters formed are: religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard working, creative, independent, democratic, curious, national spirit, love of the country, respect for achievements, friendly/communicative, love of peace, love of reading, care for the environment, social care, responsibility. AbstractThe tittle of this thesis is: The Implementation Of Learning Cross-Interest And Students’ Learning Achievement Of Class X MIA 1 MAN 2 Pontianak. The sub-problems in this study are 1. how is the meaning of learning cross-interest 2. how is the implementation of learning cross-interest in the students of class X MIA 1 MAN 2 Pontianak 3. How do students’ achievement of class X MIA 1 MAN 2 Pontianak on subjects cross-interest. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. To collect the data, the writer uses observation, interviews and documentation studies with data collection tool of observation guides, interview guides, notebooks and archives. The informants in this study are the subjects of teachers cross-interest and students of class X MIA 1. From the results of this study indicates that the subject teachers have implemented learning cross-interest well, both the way of learning and learning tools required to exist. Health is very important for humans to survive and do activities, but everyone must have felt the pain. A sick person would seek treatment with a variety of ways to cure the disease. Health seeking behavior in society is very varied, one of them is by making use of traditional medicine. Traditional medicine remains desirable communities in Indonesia, though modern health care has grown. The number of people who use traditional medicine remains high. One of the traditional medicine that exists today is the traditional treatment using leeches media. Since the first until now, the use of medical leeches for the treatment interests people. Leech therapy has began being implemented in Indonesia at this moment. One of the leech therapy practice is located in District Rengel Tuban. This study aimed to analyze the determinants related to patient behavior in traditional medicine by media leeches on the location of the practice of leech therapy in the village of the District Rengel Rengel Tuban. This research was analytic research with a quantitative approach and using a cross sectional study design. These results showed that there was a significant correlation between knowledge, attitudes, important person as a reference, facilities, and services to the behavior of the traditional treatment with leeches media. Environmental carrying capacity assessment of industrial growth center region

Sustainable economic development, especially the industrial sector, is an important agenda in improving the welfare of the population. The problem that arises is that land use for industry is dominant compared to considerations of the carrying capacity. This study aims to analyze the carrying capacity of the environment, especially land and water in the industrial growth center region (WPPI) South Riau. This study will quantify the potential of WPPI and its impact on the environment using the ECC approach. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative and descriptive analysis methods. Quantitative method is used to analyze the carrying capacity of the environment and descriptive method is used to analyze the recommendations resulting from the calculation of the carrying capacity of the environment. The land for the development of industrial areas is mainly peat domes and marine. The status of the carrying capacity of the land experienced a deficit, namely the regencies of Indragiri Hilir, Indragiri Hulu and Kuantan Singingi. The need for raw water/clean water in industrial growth centers reaches 3,758 liters/second. The land carrying capacity in the study area is dominantly low and the water carrying capacity is very low

This research aims to analyze factors that can affect purchase decision. Product Quality, Product Design, Price Perception, and Advertise is an element that can influence it. Face powder buyer at Viva Cosmetics in Semarang City will be examined their perception about impact Product Quality, Product Design, Price Perception, and Advertise of a product then it will affect a high purchasing decision by consumers. This type of research uses explanatory research, with a population of 100 respondents who use and buy face powder Viva Cosmeticsin Semarang by way of purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Method of data analyze used correlation, and mutiple regression using SPSS. The result of the research is Product Quality, Product Design, Price Perception, and Advertise impact purchase decision with positive relationship . It means that when independent factor like Product Quality, Product Design, Price Perception, and Advertise Product Quality, Product Design, Price Perception, and Advertise increasing purchase decision Face Powder Viva Cosmetics in Semarang also increasing significantly. EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH BERBASIS KUIS INTERAKTIF INTERACTY.ME DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK SMA DI KOTA PALEMBANG

History education is often perceived as monotonous and less appealing to students. This is attributed to the repetitive teaching methods and the dearth of innovative media. This study aimed to enhance students\u27 motivation and academic achievement in history by leveraging the Interacty.me website to develop simple interactive games. The study was driven by the contemporary preference of students for engaging and technology-integrated learning experiences. The Interacty.me platform was selected due to its user-friendly interface, enabling educators to create diverse interactive games without demanding sophisticated programming skills. Consequently, teachers can effortlessly adapt these games to align with the specific historical content being taught. This study employed a classroom action research design. The participants were eleventh-grade students at SMAN 1 Palembang. The data collection instruments comprised learning outcome tests and student motivation questionnaires.
