Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan pustakawan Perpustakaan UMB Cabang Cibubur merencanakan kegiatan dengan menerapkan management by team. Masing-masing pustakawan mengatur perencanaan sesuai dengan kemampuan individu masing-masing. Dari sikap tersebut tumbuh nilai dan budaya kerja yaitu nilai tanggung jawab, partisipasi, keakraban, kekuasaan dan kerjasama serta tumbuh budaya kerja yang toleransi dan saling menghargai

    The role of the server is very important as a data service provider and control for an office that has a very large data usage and control system. This can also affect the temperature in the server room which has computer devices and other control systems because of its continuous use. The impact of temperature that is outside of its tolerance value due to the dead air conditioner without being noticed by the officer or server operator can result in damage to the hardware devices in the server room. Monitoring and measuring server room temperature is not possible to be done directly and accurately in all conditions due to several inhibiting factors in obtaining temperature information. With these problems, a temperature monitoring prototype was built using node MCU ESP 2866 and DHT 21 sensor with responsive web-based software so that it can be easily seen on various PC and smartphone monitors. This software can be used in server rooms to provide room temperature information to operators or server officers. The long-term objective of this research is expected to provide information Real-time temperature conditions in a responsive web-based server room

    This research describes indicator smart economy in South Tangerang City. This research purpose to give information for Mayor South Tangerang City how competitive her economic city is. The method is used by fishbone. In addition, because of qualitative research, during period research it will be possibly developing the problem of analysis. For Collecting Data, We take from literature study, publication from Central Bureau of Statistic South Tangerang City, Communication and Informatics Office, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Office, Industry and Trade Office, Regional Revenue Agency, Food Security Agriculture and Fishery Office, and Regional Asset and Financial Allocation Agency. The indicators for smart economy are innovation spirit, entrepreneurship, Image and trademarks, productivity, international embedded and flexibility of labour market. The results are that Indicators smart economy South Tangerang city describes that the residences in South Tangerang city are low innovation, high entrepreneur, growth productivity, low flexibility, local product which only krupuk jengkol is favourite food, and economic image and trademarks which have not large market, and companies that have issued stock are available. In South Tangerang City, it does not put productivity (Manpower Agency) and international embedded (Tourism Agency) as smart economy, but manpower agency is smart social and tourism agency is smart brand.     Keywords: Smart Economy, fishbone, innovation, Entrepreneurship, Internasional Embedded, Flexibility of Labour, and productivity

    Prediction is a process for estimating how many needs will be in the future. This study aims to predict the amount of rice production by province. The role of the agricultural sector in the national economy is very important and strategic. The rice plant (Oryza sativa L.) is an important food crop which is a staple food for more than half of the world's population because it contains nutrients that the body needs. Domestic production made the government still carry out the food import policy even though a number of regions claimed to have surplus rice production. This causes a lot of the country's foreign exchange to be used because of the operational costs of rice imports. By using Artificial Neural Networks and backpropagation algorithms, an architectural model will be sought to predict the amount of rice production by province in order to determine the steps to meet domestic rice demand based on the amount of rice consumption of the community. This study uses 6 input variables, namely data from 2010 to 2016 with 1 target, the data of 2017. Using 5 architectural models to test the data to be used for prediction, namely the 6-4-1 model, 6-8-1 , 6-16-1, 6-2-3-1 and 6-3-2-1. Obtained the results of the best architectural model is 6-8-1 architectural model with truth accuracy of 100%, the number of epochs 145 and MSE is 0.010250963

    Pada jaman sekarang masyarakat di perkotaan mengalami kesulitan jika mereka ingin melakukan kegiatan bercocok tanam. Hal ini disebabkan mereka tidak mempunyai cukup waktu untuk mengurus tanaman mereka. Hal ini bisa disebabkan oleh kesibukan ataupun rutinitas yang mereka miliki. Dengan dasar inilah, penulis mencoba memberikan kemudahan bagi orang yang ingin menanam tanaman hidroponik namun tidak memiliki waktu yang cukup dengan melakukan otomatisasi pada sistem pengaliran tanaman. Pengguna cukup menyiapkan air nutrisi untuk tanaman hidroponik. Nantinya sistem yang akan melakukan pengaliran untuk tanaman secara berkala sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Pada sistem penyiraman tanaman otomatis ini, mikrokontroler atmega328p dalam platform arduino uno yang digunakan sebagai komponen utama dalam sistem pengendali. Sementara itu sistem penyiraman tanaman otomatis ini menggunakan sensor rtc ds3231 untuk menentukan waktu pada sistem. Kemudian sensor dht11 digunakan untuk mendeteksi suhu dan kelembaban udara ruangan. Dan sensor pH meter digunakan untuk mengetahui pH air nutrisi sebelum dialirkan

    Satu tahun lebih pandemi covid-19 melanda dunia dan berimbas pada dunia pendidikan termasuk pondok pesantren. Kebijakan terkait pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19 yang dibuat oleh pemerintah melatarbelakangi Pondok Pesantren Taruna Al-Qur’an putri dalam pengambilan kebijakan pendidikan di pondok pesantren.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kebijakan-kebijakan pendidikan pada pembelajaran tatap muka di Pondok Pesantren Taruna Al-Qur’an Putri selama pandemic covid-19. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Peneliti mendeskripsikan suatu obyek, fenomena, atau setting sosial yang akan dilaporkan dalam tulisan yang bersifat naratif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik yaitu pengungkapan data dilakukan kepada sumber data.Teknik ini dilakukan dengan menggabungkan teknik wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Taruna Al-Qur’an Putri telah menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang mengacu pada kebijakan pemerintahan tentang ketentuan dan panduan penyelenggaran pembelajaran tatap muka di pondok pesantre

    Mitigating Radicalism amongst Islamic College Students in Indonesia through Religious Nationalism

    Radicalism has the potential to become more widespread in a younger generation of Muslims who are too textual, exclusive, extreme and uncritical. Their ethos of struggle has created a momentum to contest radical ideologies of Islamic radicals. This study investigates the potential for the radicalisation of Islamic students in Indonesia and formulates an approach of integrating national and religious values to mitigate the potential for radicalism. A qualitative research approach is used, and data were collected by distributing questionnaires to Indonesian Islamic student activists. Interviews were also conducted with experts to strengthen secondary sources of information. The results show that the potential for Islamic student to be exposed to radical activists is high. Through categorisation, interpretation and analysis, it was found that the concepts and spread of radicalism were more influenced by religious interpretations than social tolerance factors. In addition, the religious nationalist approach is formulated based on religious terminology and religious narratives. Contribution: This research contributes by assisting colleges’ efforts in building a detection system and mitigating the risk of student radicalism through a religious nationalist approach
