STRATEGI REKRUTMEN DAN SELEKSI TENAGA PENDIDIK DI MAS MUQ PAGAR AIR ACEH

Strategi rekrutmen merupakan ilmu dan seni menggunakan sumber daya untuk melaksanakan kebijaksanaan tertentu. Rekrutmen ini merupakan strategi yang biasa digunakan oleh pimpinan untuk mencari keinginan tertentu dalam mengamati tugas kearah yang lebih baik. Permasalahan dalam penelitian di MAS MUQ Pagar Air Aceh adalah tidak konsekuennya pelaksanaan secara manajemen dan administrasi tidak sempurna sehingga mengakibatkan hasil tidak baik. Penyebabnya adalah: 1) Manajemen perencanaan tidak berjalan dengan baik. 2) Manajemen pelaksanaan tidak terorganisir dengan sempurna. 3) Manajemen pengawasan tidak ketat. 4) Manajemen evaluasi tidak berjalan.Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan strategi rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga pendidik.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Responden yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Rais (Ketua Perekrutan), Kepala Sekolah dan Pengurus Dayah. Adapun instrument pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekrutmen yang dilakukan selama ini tidak berjalan dengan baik, sehingga hasilnya tidak maksimal. Settlement of Juvenile Offenders Based on Restorative Justice

The establishment of Law No. 11/2012 was a government strategy for dealing with children as offenders and victims of crime. Despite juvenile criminal justice in place, society often stigmatizes child offenders. This study explores the use of restorative justice for children who have committed crimes. The normative method was used for a descriptive analysis of both statutory and case law. The findings showed that relying only on Law No. 11/2012 is not sufficient because each enforcement officer interprets it differently, necessitating the issuance of supporting regulations such as SE Kapolri No. SE/8/VII/2018, Prosecutor’s Office Regulation No. 15/2020, and PERMA No. 4/2014. To be held liable for one’s actions, as set out in Law no. 11/2012, a person must have both the intention to commit a crime and be aware that it will have a direct result in causing injury or physical harm to another person. Restorative justice is often seen as a more appropriate way to handle criminal acts involving children aged 8 and 13 years. At this age, children are still learning and trying to understand what is good and evil, which can lead them to behave in undesirable ways

DESKRIPSI PROSES BERPIKIR KRITIS DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA DITINJAU DARI GAYA KOGNITIF PADA SISWA SMK PERSADA WAJO

Berpikir kritis (critical thinking) adalah proses mental untuk menganalisis atau mengevaluasi informasi. Untuk memahami informasi secara mendalam dapat membentuk sebuah keyakinan kebenaran informasi yang didapat atau pendapat yang disampaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses berpikir kritis siswa SMK Persada Wajo dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika ditinjau dari gaya kognitif Field independent (FI) dan Field Dependent (FD). Dalam menyelesaikan soal integral yang diberikan masing-masing siswa berbeda dalam menyusun dan mengolah informasi yang mereka dapatkan disebabkan perbedaan gaya kognitifnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah 2 orang siswa kelas XII SMK Persada Wajo yang terdiri atas 1 orang subjek bergaya kognitif Field independent dan 1 orang subjek yang bergaya kognitif Field Dependent. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah GEFT (Group Embedded Figures Test), tes berpikir kritis (TBK) dan pedoman wawancara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemberian tes berpikir kritis (TBK) dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses berpikir kritis subjek Field Independent maupun subjek Field Dependent mampu memahami masalah, mengungkapkan konsep-konsep, dan menjelaskan strategi yang tepat dalam menyelesaikan soal yang diberikan. Perbedaan proses berpikir kritis kedua subjek terlihat pada indikator menginferensi, subjek Field Independent mampu membuat kesimpulan dengan tepat sesuai konteks soal dan lengkap sedangkan subjek Field Dependent mampu membuat kesimpulan dengan tepat sesuai dengan konteks tetapi tidak lengkap. Perbedaan lain terlihat pada saat menyelesaikan soal yang diberikan, subjek Field Independent menjelaskan dengan lancar dan tepat saat wawancara sedangkan subjek Field Dependent menjelaskan dengan tepat jika diberikan petunjuk dari peneliti. EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS USING SHIDQ PERSPECTIVE IN THE QUR'AN

This study is a response to the failure of moral education as a result of worldwide breakthroughs in science and technology, which have an effect on the entire human life system, including the world of education. In the realm of education, we should conduct moral development, of which one part, namely the aspect of honesty, has failed. This research seeks to establish the existence of shidq verses in the Qur'an and their relationship to moral education content. The method of research employed is descriptive analysis, with data derived from literature studies. According to the findings of the study, the shidq verses describe the virtues of mah easy or noble moral education material, which include faith, monotheism, piety, istaqamahan, patience, a willingness to sacrifice to seek Allah's pleasure, honesty, perseverance in worship, prayer, promise, and legal discipline. MODEL FOR COMPLETING PATIENT RIGHTS TO RISKS INVOLVED IN HEALTH CLINIC BUSINESS

Fulfilment of Health is one of the main rights of every citizen. The need for the health sector, making this field one of the profitable businesses in Indonesia, one of which is a health clinic. This study explores and finds a model for fulfilling the patient's right to risk due to the beauty click business. This research is critical, provides legal certainty to patients due to the risks posed by the health clinic business. This research included the concept of doctrinal law research, which emphasizes the legal substance by analyzing legal instruments and related policies. The study results show that the patient is a customer who gets civil and criminal protection based on Article 58 paragraph (1) of Law No. 36/2009 and Article 19 paragraph (2) of Law No. 8/1999. The government or ministry of health should actively evaluate the implementation of a health clinic business to minimize medical risks caused. KERACUNAN BESI PADA TANAMAN PADI DAN UPAYA PENGELOLAANNYA PADA LAHAN SAWAH

As a staple food of people in Indonesia, rice reserve must be met sufficiently. The effort to fulfill demand of rice has drawn attention to intensification, extensification as well as diversification programs. Extensification has only possible been carried out in acid soils, having relative low nutrient status, high Fe, Al and Mn saturations. Iron toxicity is one of primary limiting factors to obtain high yielding production in acid soils such as inceptisol and ultisol. Iron toxicity may highly reduce the yield harvested up to 90 %. To correct the low productivity level of acid soil for rice, it is important to apply appropriate technology considerable to soil and indigenous farmer requerements. Some procedures have been practically used to increase the productivity of acid soil and reduce the symptoms of iron toxicity i.e. improvement of rice varieties tolerant to high iron status, application of fertilization in proportional balance in order to overcome negative effects of iron toxicity, otherwise combinations of better control of watering system with providing aerob condition by turns, as wel as appropriate and sustainable use of organic matter

Orientasi Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Sekolah Umum

: Islamic education faces many problems, among them are the religious value orientation and application approach. The religious value orientation is based on Islamic subject matters that cannot be separated from the aim of Islamic education. Its aim is to become a "perpect man", that reflects on the integration of individual and social values. Therefore, the religious value orientation in school must be revolved between the two sides, "Abdullah dimention" (individual religiosity) and "khalifah dimention" (social religiosity). To instill the value of Islamic education to children, it can be handle through the following approaches; traditional strategy, liberal, providing a good model (uswah), and value clarification. To implement these strategies, it must be adjusted to the child's development. Concerning with the strategy, the teacher should consider the urgency of Islam on the use of value clarification. With these strategies, the children will be able to choose, to make a dialogue, to make a consideration, and to determine the type of value to be applied. With this value, the children will have a strong commitment to deal with any change of life, especially in social change

Pengaruh Preloading Terhadap Kuat Geser Undrain

Clay is kind of soil with fine grained that has low bearing capacity. Preloading cause change to water content and void ratio, result consolidation process. Consolidation on the clay cause big problem to the construction, that's why improvement characteristic of the clay is needed.The objective of this study is to know how much increasing undrain shear strength (Cu) to the clay consolidation degree as a part of effort to improvement the soil. In this experiment, Consolidation Test is preformed, the preloading to object test with consolidation degree at 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 70%, and 90%, and Unconfined Compression Test (UCT) as the last test on this experiment.The result of this study is a undrain shear strength equation (∆Cu)= -2.10-10U5-2.108U4+7.10-8U3+1.10-5U2+0,0015U-0,0008 for Penggalaman's clay soil, as a reference to clay soil improvement

Modifikasi Sistem Pertanaman Jagung dan Pengolahan Brangkasan untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Petani di Lahan Kering

Jagung merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman pangan yang berpeluang sebagai sumber lapangan kerja dan pendapatan petani, sekaligus menopang program ketahanan pangan di perdesaan. Jagung dapat menjadi bahan pangan alternatif penghasil karbohidrat setelah padi, juga sebagai bahan baku industri makanan ringan maupun pakan ternak. Usaha tani jagung umumnya belum dikelola secara optimal sehingga produktivitasnya rendah. Modifikasi sistem pertanaman pada USAha tani jagung di lahan kering merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas lahan dan sekaligus pendapatan petani melalui penganekaragaman produk yang dihasilkan pada satu siklus pertanaman, yaitu biji dan brangkasan. Hasil penelitian di beberapa lokasi menunjukkan bahwa modifikasi pertanaman melalui pengaturan jarak tanam dan panen brangkasan secara bertahap melalui penjarangan, yang disertai dengan pengolahan brangkasan menjadi pakan ternak sangat layak diusahakan dengan nilai B/C lebih dari 2 dan meningkatkan pendapatan petani 2-3 kali lipat dibanding cara konvensional. Di samping itu, cara ini juga dapat mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan lahan dan menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi rumah tangga tani, bila pengelolaannya dilakukan secara terintegrasi dengan ternak sapi. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu model pengelolaan pertanian yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan antara tanaman jagung dan ternak sapi pada USAha tani di lahan kering
