    Pengaruh Pemberian Boneka Manusia Terhadap Pengetahuan Organ Reproduksi Dan Pencegahan Pelecehan Seksual (Eksperimen Pada Remaja Disabilitas)

    Tujuan studi: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh pemberian boneka manusia tentang organ reproduksi terhadap kekerasan seksual pada remaja disabilitas. Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode penelitian pre eksperimen (Pre Experimental Designs). Dengan rancangan One Group Pretest Posttest. Penelitian eksperimen dilakukakan di SLB Negeri Pembina Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dengan sampel  penelitian 54 responden dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, intrument yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang berisikan materi tentang organ reproduksi dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sing RankTest. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 54 responden terdapat nilai P-Valuesebesar .000 (<0.05) yang menyatakan Ha diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian boneka manusia berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan tentang organ reproduksi dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual. Manfaat: Penelitian ini Dapat digunakan sebagai bahan bacaan dan referensi bagi peneliti-peneliti berikutnya dan Sebagai sumber pengetahuan serta wawasan peneliti terhadap pengaruh pemberian boneka manusia tentang organ reproduksi terhadap kekerasan seksual pada remaja disabilitas

    APPLICATION OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING LEARNING MODELS TO IMPROVE CRITICAL THINKING ABILITY AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT

    The purpose of this study is to describe the application of problem based learning learning models to improve critical thinking skills and learning achievement. The design of this study is classroom action research consisting of three cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. Respondents in the study numbered 25 students consisting of 15 men and 10 women. Data collection using sheets and test. observation sheets with 7 assessed aspects, identify problems according to information obtained, comparing similarities and differences of opinion in group discussions, raise relevant and regular question, express opinion in freely and responsibly, assessing the impact of an event, being able to explain problems and make simple conclusions, reflect the value of an event. Analysis of the data used is the average rat (mean) and tests. The results showed that the application of the problem based learning model of learning can improve critical thinking skills and student achievement. the application of problem based learning can be used in other subject

    PENERAPAN ETIKA LINGKUNGAN PADA PEMBELAJARAN SAINS MELALUI PROJECT BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN, SIKAP, DAN PERILAKU KEPEDULIAN LINGKUNGAN SISWA

    Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kurangnya kualitas pembelajaran sains di Sekolah Dasar dalam menerapkan etika lingkungan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku kepedulian lingkungan siswa. Berdasarkan alasan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan dalam penerapan etika lingkungan pada pembelajaran sains melalui project based learning untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku kepedulian lingkungan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experiment dengan desain pre and posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas V salah satu sekolah dasar swasta di Kabupaten Garut pada tahun pelajaran 2014-2015 dengan subjek penelitian 42 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 42 siswa kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen diberikan perlakuan PjBL, sedangkan kelas kontrol tanpa PjBL. Kedua kelompok tersebut diberikan pretest dan posttest dengan instrumen yang sama. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari soal pilihan ganda untuk mengukur pengetahuan kepedulian lingkungan siswa, skala sikap untuk mengukur sikap kepedulian lingkungan siswa, lembar observasi untuk mengukur perilaku kepedulian lingkungan siswa, dan lembar observasi guru dan siswa saat pembelajaran untuk melihat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Data pretest dan posttest diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20 for Window dan Microsoft Excel 2010. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan hasil peningkatan yang kurang signifikan. Peningkatan pengetahuan kepedulian lingkungan sebesar 0,381 dengan kategori sedang; untuk sikap kepedulian lingkungan sebesar 0,22 dengan kategori rendah; dan untuk perilaku kepedulian lingkungan sebesar 0,682 dengan kategori sedang. Disimpulkan bahwa etika lingkungan pada pembelajaran sains melalui project based learning dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku kepedulian lingkungan siswa. Dalam meningkatkan sikap kepedulian lingkungan yang signifikan, maka direkomendasikan untuk menggunakan waktu yang relatif panjang sehingga memungkinkan guru memiliki banyak waktu untuk melakukan retensi terhadap perubahan sikap.;--- The study was based on a lack of quality of studying science in primary schools in implementing Environmental ethics to improve knowledge, attitude and behavior of students' Environmental awareness. Based on these reasons, this research has purposes the implementation of environmental ethics in studying science through Project-Based Learning to improve knowledge, attitudes and behavior and students’ environmental awareness. The method used in this research was quasi-experimental design with pre and post test design. The research was conducted in grade V of one private elementary school in Garut district in school year of 2014-2015 with research subject, 42 students in experimental class and 42 students in control class. PjBL treatment was given to Experimental Class, while the control class without PjBL treatment. Both groups were given a pre-test and post test with the same instrument. The Instrument used consists of multiple choice questions to measure students 'knowledge of environmental awareness, attitude scale to measure students' environmental awareness attitudes, observation sheets to measure the behavior of the student environmental awareness and observation sheets teachers and students in the process of studying to see the process of teaching and learning. The Data of pre-test and post test processed by using SPSS 20 for windows and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of data analysis showed the less significant increasing result. The Improvement of environmental student awareness knowledge 0.381 with the medium category, for the environmental awareness attitude 0.22 with a lower category; and for the environmental awareness behavior 0.682 with the medium category. It was concluded that environmental ethics in studying science through Project Based Learning can enhance the knowledge and behavior of students' environmental awareness. In raising awareness of significant environmental attitude, it is recommended to use a relatively long time process to allow teachers for having more time to do the retention of the changes in attitudes

    PEMBELAJARAN MENGANALISIS TEKS CERITA PENDEK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE HYPNOTEACHING

    The problem of this research is the learning plan, the implementation of learning, and the learning result of analyzing short story text using the Hypno-teaching method on the students of class XI SMAN 15 Bandung. The method of this research is descriptive. The research technique is an observation and test sheet. The population of this study is all the results of the ability to analyze the intrinsic element of short stories of students from XI MIPA 1 to XI MIPA 5 in SMAN 15 Kota Bandung, amounting to 215 students, and the sample is amounting to 31 students of class XI MIPA 5. The result of the research shows that: 1) learning planning to analyze short story text by using the Hypno-teaching method prepared by the teacher is appropriate, 2) implementation of learning done by teacher in accordance with RPP, 3) learning result analyze short story text using the Hypno-teaching method indicated from preliminary tests with an average score of 66.80 or 66.80%, and the final test score averaged 78.23 or 78.23%. The increase is 11.42%. In conclusion, effectiveness the Hypno-teaching method is used as a learning method in analyzing short stories

    Improving The Ability of Writing News Text Through Learning Models TTW (Think Talk Write)

    The formulation of the problem in this study is: "Can the TTW (ThinkTalk Write) model improve the ability to write news texts for eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 OKU? The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the improvement in the ability to write news texts for eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 OKU. The hypothesis in this classroom action research (PTK) is that "the TTW (Think Talk Write) learning model can improve the ability to write news for grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 OKU. The subjects in this study were 30 students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 OKU in Indonesian. The object of this research is the application of the TTW (ThinkTalk Write) learning model to the material written as news texts in Indonesian language learning for class VIII SMP Negeri 1 OKU. Based on the results of the study, it was proven that the increase in writing news texts with the TTW (Think Talk Write) learning model in the first cycle an average of 62.87 students who achieved learning completeness were 6 students. In cycle II, the students' ability to write News Texts averaged 72.53. Students who achieved completeness in the learning process were 22 students. Thus, the increase was 53.33% from cycle I to cycle II.

    This research is caused by students less able to read the understanding of the discourse that is less interested students with reading activities, they just read but do not interpret the discourse that is read so they do not understand the content of the discourse, unable to conclude the discourse and determine the main sentence.This makes the student\u27s ability to understand very low reading content. The formulation of this research problem is "How is the ability to read the understanding of discourse on the Grade V Elementary School students as Group III Sail Sub-district Pekanbaru City?" this research is descriptive quantitative research which aims to describe the reading comprehension of discourse in grade V students of SD Negeri as Group III Sail Sub-district Pekanbaru City. The population of this study amounted to 282 students. The sample is taken as much as 50% of the population of 141 students. This research method is descriptive quantitative research. Technique of collecting data by using written test technique using 24 objective objective items that have been validated using anates version V4. The analysis of the research data is done by giving the score on the student answer sheet, calculate the average and present it, recapitulate or create a table that contains the score value, categorize the data, classify, draw conclusions and results obtained reading ability of students understanding. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the reading comprehension of discourse based on the indicator ability to understand the contents of discourse is 79% with good category, and the ability to conclude discourse is 79% with good category, while the ability to determine the main sentence is 69% with enough category. Based on the results of data analysis, the level of reading comprehension ability discourse on the students of grade V SD Negeri as a Class III Sail District Pekanbaru Lesson Year 2016/2017 with a good category with an average percentage of 76%

    Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori dukungan sosial dari Sarafino yang mengatakan bahwa dukungan sosial adalah kenyamanan, perhatian, penghargaan atau bantuan yang diperoleh individu dari orang lain yang terdiri dari empat bentuk yaitu emotional support, instrumental support, informational support, dan companionship support. Dukungan sosial dapat diperoleh dari keluarga, pasangan dan teman sebaya. Pada penelitian ini yang diteliti adalah dukungan sosial yang diperoleh dari teman sebaya. Teori kesejahteraan psikologis yang digunakan didasarkan pada teori Kesejahteraan Psikologis yang dikemukakan oleh Ryff .Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala kesejahteraan psikologis dan skala dukungan teman sebaya. Subjek penelitian adalah 70 orang lansia di kota Medan yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis varians (ANOVA). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan kesejahteraan psikologis lansia ditinjau dari bentuk dukungan teman sebaya dengan nilai signifikansi (p) lebih kecil dari 0,05

    EFFECT OF RED GINGER EXTRACT (Zingiber officinale Var Rubrum) ON CHEMICAL AND ORGANOLEPTICS QUALITY OF AMBON CURUP BANANA WET “SALE”

    ABSTRACTQuality improvement  of sale banana ambon curup was necessary to increase chemical and organoleptics quality and consumer preference. The  purpose  of  this  study  was  to  determine  the  effect  of  variations  in  theconcentration   of   red   ginger   juice   and   the   length   of   immersion   on  chemical   quality, microbiology and organoleptic wet sale of banana ambon curup. By using (RAL) 2 factorial randomized design, the concentration of red ginger juice was 5%, 10% and 15% with a time of immersion for 20 and 10 minutes. The analytical method used was ANOVA. The results of the study found that sucrose levels were 37.56% to 57.54 %, the water content was 36.66% and 38.33%, ash content was 1.47 % to 1.87 %.  The  panelists  preferred  the  average  value  of  the  whole (texture, aroma, and tate)  was  found  in  the  P1T1 sample  with  a  treatment  of  red  ginger  concentration  of  0.05%  and  immersion  time  for  10 minut 

    PEMBUATAN ZAT WARNA ALAMI TEKSTIL DARI BIJI BUAH MAHKOTADEWA

    Pewarna tekstil dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu pewarna alami dan pewarna sintesis. Pewarna alami berasal dari hewan maupun tumbuhan sedangkan pewarna sintesis dapat dihasilkan dari bahan-bahan kimia. Mahkotadewa merupakan salah satu jenis tumbuhan yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber zat warna alami untuk tekstil dengan cara mengekstrak bijinya. Pembuatan zat warna dari biji mahkotadewa dilakukan dengan dua metode, yaitu ekstraksi secara batch dan ekstraksi menggunakan soxhlet. Pada proses pencelupan kain dalam zat warna, diperoleh warna coklat untuk kedua metode ekstraksi. Yield zat warna untuk ekstraksi secara batch sebesar 4,28% dan untuk ekstraksi menggunakan Soxhlet sebesar 3,625%. Zat warna yang dihasilkan, ditentukan kualitas ketahanan lunturnya dengan menggunakan dua metode, yaitu metode pencucian menggunakan Laundrymeter dan metode gosokan menggunakan Crockmeter. Dari hasil uji tahan luntur zat warna yang dihasilkan, maka ditentukan kualitasnya dengan cara dibandingkan menggunakan standar Gray Scale dan standar Staining Scale. Dari hasil uji tahan luntur warna terhadap pencucian dengan Laundrymeter diperoleh nilai evaluasi tahan luntur warna Gray Scale “cukup baik” dan Stainning Scale “kurang” untuk zat warna yang diperoleh dari ekstraksi secara batch, sedangkan untuk zat warna yang diperoleh dari ekstraksi menggunakan soxhlet diperoleh nilai evaluasi tahan luntur warna Gray Scale “cukup baik” dan Stainning Scale “kurang”. Dari hasil uji tahan luntur warna terhadap gosokan dengan crockmeter diperoleh nilai evaluasi tahan luntur warna Gray Scale “kurang” dan Stainning Scale “baik” untuk zat warna yang diperoleh dari ekstraksi secara batch, sedangkan untuk untuk zat warna yang diperoleh dari ekstraksi menggunakan soxhlet diperoleh nilai evaluasi tahan luntur warna Gray Scale “cukup” dan Stainning scale “baik”. Nilai evaluasi tahan luntur warna Gray Scale dan Stainning Scale menunjukkan nilai yang kurang maksimal, sehingga memerlukan adanya penelitian terhadap proses penguncian warna ( fiksasi ) dengan penambahan zat –zat lain yang bisa lebih kuat mengunci zat warna

    The Importance of Legal Protection Towards Consumers of Genetic Engineering Products (PRG) in Agriculture and Health

    The background of this research is the possibility that gene transfer is through  genetically modified organism is not entirely successful and can cause negative impacts and harm to society, so protection is needed for the community (consumers) in consuming or using genetic engineering products (PRG). This study aims to find and analyze and provide an understanding of the importance of legal protection for consumers of genetic engineering products. The results of the study using the normative legal research with the statute approach, and conceptual approach is that the legal protection of consumers genetic engineering products is very important to ensure security, comfort and safety for consumers' health in consuming or using genetic engineering products. At the end of this study, the researcher also gave advice to the government to make a regulation about the consumer protection of genetic engineering products.
