Developing academic and methodological complex for teaching professionally oriented translation
The article touches upon the problem of organizing efficient professional training forcadets who do the vocational course βProfessionally oriented translationβ. In this connection the paperconsiders creation of an academic and methodological complex. Also, the authors take a look at thedifference between the terms βtextbookβ and βtraining aidsβ. Some didactic functions of a textbook aregiven. Taking into account the facts that cadets do not have special linguistic education and, at the sametime, the course emphasis should be put on building practical translation skills, the authors state thattailoring the theoretical material, making it easily understandable for future military foreign linguistsis necessary. Including reminders on theoretical questions into the textbook is seen as a condition foroptimization of the cadetsβ professional training. A sample reminder is given
Food balancing assessment : a three-way approach
Purpose: The aim of this article is the improvement of the theoretical bases and the development of a scientifically grounded approach balancing the food supply from the economic and the practical application for a complex social and economic assessment of development of the food sphere as a whole. Design/Methodology/Approach: In the process of research the authorsβ approach was used to consider the balance of food supply from the position of three structural and consistently interrelated elements-phenomena, process and state. The authorsβ interpretation of each element is given, the method of their evaluation is developed, based on the structural division of indicators into balanced ones, exceeding the level of balance and being below the specified level. These indicators are differentiated into 7 functional groups (from the minimum to the maximum degree of balance). Findings: The result is a comparative assessment of the level of balance of food supply in the UK, France, Czech Republic, Latvia and Russia and the definition on its basis of priority directions of development of agriculture in each of the allocated states. Practical Implications: The results of the work can be used by governing bodies to make specific practical decisions in the food sector, and to adjust the directions of its development. Originality/Value: Materials of the article are original and have not been previously published. The calculations were based on official data from the European Statistical Agency, Eurostat and the Federal State Statistics Service of Russia, which indicates the reliability of the presented scientific materials.peer-reviewe
Paleozoic exotic blocks of the crimean mountains: stratigraphy and origin
"Based on numerous geological data obtained by the authors for several decades, the stratification of Permian and Carboniferous ancient and exotic blocks of Crimean Mountains is performed. The sequence of geological events that cause their origin is revealed. Carnian-Norian, Rhaetian-Hettangian and Early-Pliensbachian phases of collapse, sliding and burial of Paleozoic blocks are specified. Final stage (block re-deposition) is confined to the Toarcian and Aalenian ages. The data obtained allow re-interpreting the origin of ancient exotic blocks of the Crimea.
Spiritual rehabilitation of disabled youth in the process of animation activity
In the article possibilities of animation are grounded in relation to the spiritual rehabilitation of 20-35-year-old physically-challenged young people. The age-dependent features of this category of young people are examined. We have also studied the interpretation of essence of animation activity which consists in activation of young people with the limited possibilities and involvement this youth in publicly meaningful activity in social environment, bases of this issue are examined in modern society as well.Π ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΠΎΠ±ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²ΡΠ²Π°ΡΡΡΡ Π²ΠΎΠ·ΠΌΠΎΠΆΠ½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ Π°Π½ΠΈΠΌΠ°ΡΠΈΠΈ ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΡΠΈΡΠ΅Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎ Π΄ΡΡ

We modified epoxy resin-based polymer solutions to increase durability in aggressive environments and to reduce costs. We achieved the objective via filling them with the multifractional mineral frame and modification with zeolite and furfural. We varied a content of furfural, a total content of the mineral frame and a proportion of individual components in the frame. The investigated compositions should work under conditions of influence of mixtures of water with oil products and other agents (in elements of structures for the transport service). We determined properties of compositions after exposure separately in air, in water and in two types of oil.We applied an iterative procedure of random scanning of fields of material properties in five coordinates of varying factors in search for optimal compositions. We studied property fields using experimental statistical models obtained in field experiments. ES models serve to implement calculation experiments using the Monte Carlo method. We confirmed the possibility for determining the optimal (by the set of criteria) multicomponent polymer compositions for different operating conditions using an iterative procedure of random scanning of property fields. We obtained compositions for repair and protection of structures, which are in contact with water: paste (reduced viscosity composition without sand) and solution (with reduced epoxy resin consumption). We used compositions that ensure the preservation of the required properties of a protective solution after prolonged exposure to mixtures of water with oil products in the complete overhaul of railway crossing flooringΠΠΎΠ»ΠΈΠΌΠ΅ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ²ΠΎΡΡ Π½Π° ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Π΅ ΡΠΏΠΎΠΊΡΠΈΠ΄Π½ΠΎΠΉ ΡΠΌΠΎΠ»Ρ Π±ΡΠ»ΠΈ ΠΌΠΎΠ΄ΠΈΡΠΈΡΠΈΡΠΎΠ²Π°Π½Ρ Ρ ΡΠ΅Π»ΡΡ ΠΏΠΎΠ²ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΡΠΎΠΉΠΊΠΎΡΡΠΈ Π² Π°Π³ΡΠ΅ΡΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΡΡ

Experimental grounding of the efficiency of the use of elastic operating elements in the devices for pre-sowing seed treatments
The article is devoted to the experimental studies of the effect of elastic operating elements of a mixer-dresser on seeds. Conducted experimental studies have shown the effectiveness of using the elastic operating elements for pre-sowing seed treatments. The proposed device is intended for the intensification of the process of mixing and dressing, excluding the traumatizing of seeds, and the harmful effect of protectant preparations on maintenance workers, while simplifying and reducing the cost of construction without additional power inputs. Experimental studies have confirmed the hypothesis, that the use ofshells, made of elastic materials,in the function of mixing devices, significantly reduces the time of preparation of homogeneous mixtures, due to the ability to accumulate the potential energy and to transfer it to the granular material,in the form of kinetic energy of mixed particles motion. Based on the performed researches, 3D model of the device for pre-sowing seed treatments has been developed. Hybrid elastic mixer-dressers can be used in agricultural enterprises, dealing with the issues of obtaining multicomponent granular mixtures and seed dressing.Web of Science97S74273
LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY GOVERNANCE OF DEPARTMENTAL MEDICINE IN UKRAINE
The need for effective reform of the health care system and departmental medicine is due to Ukraineβs integration into the community of European states and its accession to NATOβs International Alliance. This is possible through the development and implementation of effective management mechanisms. The study highlights the causes, features of the formation and functioning of departmental medicine in Ukraine, identifies mechanisms and problems of public administration in this area, their causes and possible solutions using methods of abstraction, systems analysis and structural modeling. The civil and military sectors of departmental medicine are defined and the scheme of subordination of divisions is described, achievements of reform of departmental medicine in the context of reforming of the Ukrainian health care system are investigated. Based on the analysis of the contradictions of research on this problem in the articles of foreign and domestic scientists in various fields and comparative analysis of the existing legal framework identified trends in reforming military and civilian departmental medicine in Ukraine and achieving their reform in other countries. Ways to improve the mechanisms of public administration, structural models of organization and prospects for further development of this medical field are proposed. The need for effective reform of the health care system and departmental medicine is due to Ukraineβs integration into the community of European states and its accession to NATOβs International Alliance.
