The determination coefficient of R2 = 0.599 indicated that entrepreneurial knowledge, industrial practicum experience and achievement motivation were able to explain the variable of students\u27 preparedness (59.9%). Each independent variable showed a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, i.e. entrepreneurial knowledge (t = 5.095, p = 0.000), industrial practicum experience (t = 6.123 p = 0.000), and achievement motivation (5.738 = p = 0.000)

Penentuan Kondisi Optimum Ekstraksi Ion Timbal(II) Menggunakan Teknik Emulsi Membran Cair
A research on the extraction of lead(II) ion has been done using emulsion liquid membrane technique. This research used a laboratory experiment method by using benzoyl acetone as a carrier, paraffin liquid as the membrane, a solution of nitric acid as an internal phase, Span-80 as surfactant, and a solution of lead(II) as the sample solution. This research was conducted to determine the optimum extraction condition of lead(II) ions in solution which includes a volume ratio of emulsion to external phase and extraction capacity of lead(II) ion by emulsion liquid membrane technique. The volume ratio of emulsion to external phase used was 1:5, 1:6, 1:7, and 1:8. While the variation of concentration of lead(II) used was 220 ppm, 434 ppm, 695 ppm, and 817 ppm. The determination of the concentration of lead(II) ions in external phase is done by using a spectrophotometer SpectroDirect. The results of this research showed that the volume ratio of emulsion to external phase were in the maximum extraction percentage; 1:6 ratio. Moreover, the concentration of lead(II) were in maximum extraction percentage of 220 ppm with extraction percentage of 56.36%
āPananrangā: A Guidance of Buginese Farmers in Farming
Each agrarian society had knowledge about how to interact with and understand nature. Some knowledge gained from nature were recorded and codified as inheritable knowledge from generation to generation. As in Buginese who lived at the southern part of the island of Sulawesi has such as knowledge that was named āPananrangā or āLontara Laongrumaā. The Pananrang was a knowledge developed based on lunar system (qamariah) as a reference for the farmer in estimating the season, time of planting and so on. The pananrang used as source of information in this article owned by a well experince and knowlegable farmer in District of Wajo, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. It was found that knowledge in panarang was developed based on the principle of regularity of events through 8 years (sipariama) observation. It contain rich of knowledge about farming and other everyday activities in yearly, monthly, and daily time period. It is found that the Pananrang which contains rich knowledge about farming that is still used by majority of Bugineses farmers as source of information in making decision on their farms. It is concluded that the pananrang is valuable and functional knowledge that can be used as a partner for modern scientific knowledge in promoting agriculture development
Nutritional Status of Toddler Children in Cikoang Village, Mangarabombang District, Takalar District
Nutritional status is the end result of the balance between the food that enters the body (nutrient input) and the body's need (nutrient output) for those nutrients. In other words, the state of the body as a result of food consumption and the use of nutrients. Nutrient requirements are determined by many factors, including: basal metabolic rate, growth rate, physical activity, and relative factors, namely: ingestion, differences in absorption, utilization, and differences in excretion and destruction of nutrients in the body. A sample of 82 children aged between 2.5 and 5.0 years and 114 households representing adulthood was observed in two villages with Maudu' rituals, and 99 and 134 households in two villages without Maudu' rituals. The research was conducted in Cikoang Village, Takalar District. The results of this study indicate that the nutritional status of children under five in Cikoang Village is not good and needs attention from related parties in helping to improve child nutrition in Cikoang Village

On brain atlas choice and automatic segmentation methods: a comparison of MAPER & FreeSurfer using three atlas databases
Several automatic image segmentation methods and few atlas databases exist for analysing structural T1-weighted magnetic resonance brain images. The impact of choosing a combination has not hitherto been described but may bias comparisons across studies. We evaluated two segmentation methods (MAPER and FreeSurfer), using three publicly available atlas databases (Hammers_mith, Desikan-Killiany-Tourville, and MICCAI 2012 Grand Challenge). For each combination of atlas and method, we conducted a leave-one-out cross-comparison to estimate the segmentation accuracy of FreeSurfer and MAPER. We also used each possible combination to segment two datasets of patients with known structural abnormalities (Alzheimer's disease (AD) and mesial temporal lobe epilepsy with hippocampal sclerosis (HS)) and their matched healthy controls. MAPER was better than FreeSurfer at modelling manual segmentations in the healthy control leave-one-out analyses in two of the three atlas databases, and the Hammers_mith atlas database transferred to new datasets best regardless of segmentation method. Both segmentation methods reliably identified known abnormalities in each patient group. Better separation was seen for FreeSurfer in the AD and left-HS datasets, and for MAPER in the right-HS dataset. We provide detailed quantitative comparisons for multiple anatomical regions, thus enabling researchers to make evidence-based decisions on their choice of atlas and segmentation method
