Pengaruh Harga, Lokasi, Promosi dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Toko Komputer Game Zone Mega Mall Manado

Teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang saat ini menyebabkan munculnya toko-toko yang fokus pada penjualan produk teknologi dan informasi. Hal ini menyebabkan persaingan yang ketat dalam merebut pasar konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, Lokasi, Promosi dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Toko Komputer Game Zone Mega Mall Manado . Populasi penelitian sebanyak 902 konsumen dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 responden. Metode penelitian asosiatif dengan teknik analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara simultan dan parsial Harga, Lokasi, Promosi dan Kulaitas Layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sebaiknya Pengelola Toko Komputer Game Zone Mega Mall Manado perlu meningkatkan strategi pemasaran usaha di tengah persaingan usaha dan juga Perubahan preferensi konsumen yang sangat cepat baik terhadap suatu model, produk, maupun merek tertentu seperti produk-produk teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pengelola toko juga perlu fokus pada strategi Harga, Lokasi, Promosi, dan Kualitas Layanan untuk meningkatkan Keputusan Pembelian, penjualan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Matahari Depatment Store Tbk. Mega Mall Manado

Masalah sumber daya manusia menjadi perhatian utama bagi Perusahaan untuk tetap dapat bertahan di era global. Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran utama dalam setiap kegiatan Perusahaan sehingga menjadi kunci yang harus selalu diperhatikan. Seorang karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang tinggi dan baik dapat menunjang tercapainya tujuan dan sasaran yang telah ditetapkan oleh Perusahaan.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, job satisfaction terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi dan job satisfaction secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk untuk uji hipotesis dengan uji F dan uji t. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen Matahari Departement Store. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan atau, Kompensasi dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial kompensasi maupun job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Manajemen Matahari Megamall harus lebih memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja para karyawan, agar tujuan Perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik serta kinerja Perusahaan dapat meningkat. Demikian juga kerja dari para karyawan dalam sebuah Perusahaan dapat meningkat agar tujuan Perusahaan dapat tercapai dengan baik. Kata kunci: kompensasi, job satisfaction, kinerja karyawa

Unexpected Dirac-Node Arc in the Topological Line-Node Semimetal HfSiS

We have performed angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy on HfSiS, which has been predicted to be a topological line-node semimetal with square Si lattice. We found a quasi-two-dimensional Fermi surface hosting bulk nodal lines, alongside the surface states at the Brillouin-zone corner exhibiting a sizable Rashba splitting and band-mass renormalization due to many-body interactions. Most notably, we discovered an unexpected Dirac-like dispersion extending one-dimensionally in k space - the Dirac-node arc - near the bulk node at the zone diagonal. These novel Dirac states reside on the surface and could be related to hybridizations of bulk states, but currently we have no explanation for its origin. Optimal control of sweeping processes in unmanned surface vehicle and nanoparticle modeling

This paper addresses novel applications to practical modeling of the newly developed theory of necessary optimality conditions in controlled sweeping/Moreau processes with free time and pointwise control and state constraints. Problems of this type appear, in particular, in dynamical models dealing with unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) and nanoparticles. We formulate optimal control problems for a general class of such dynamical systems and show that the developed necessary optimality conditions for constrained free-time controlled sweeping processes lead us to designing efficient procedures to solve practical models of this class. Moreover, the paper contains numerical calculations of optimal solutions to marine USVs and nanoparticle models in specific situations. Overall, this study contributes to the advancement of optimal control theory for constrained sweeping processes and its practical applications in the fields of marine USVs and nanoparticle modeling

Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi Pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Tujuan utama pembangunan Negara Indonesia di bidang sumber daya manusia dewasa ini adalah menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan masyarakat Indonesia yang sejahtera. Hal ini dilakukan mengingat pentingnya peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia yang terus mengalami Perubahan dengan menuntut setiap individu maupun kelompok harus mampu meningkatkan kinerjanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Populasi terdiri dari 92 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,447 yang artinya gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan namun tidak signifikan. Budaya organisasi signifikan artinya budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan adanya temuan dalam penelitian ini, sebaiknya gaya kepemimpinan yang ada di Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sulawesi Utara disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi yang ada pada saat ini. Modeling of Interstellar Scintillation Arcs from Pulsar B1133+16

The parabolic arc phenomenon visible in the Fourier analysis of the scintillation spectra of pulsars provides a new method of investigating the small scale structure in the ionized interstellar medium (ISM). We report archival observations of the pulsar B1133+16 showing both forward and reverse parabolic arcs sampled over 14 months. These features can be understood as the mutual interference between an assembly of discrete features in the scattered brightness distribution. By model-fitting to the observed arcs at one epoch we obtain a ``snap-shot'' estimate of the scattered brightness, which we show to be highly anisotropic (axial ratio >10:1), to be centered significantly off axis and to have a small number of discrete maxima, which are coarser the speckle expected from a Kolmogorov spectrum of interstellar plasma density. The results suggest the effects of highly localized discrete scattering regions which subtend 0.1-1 mas, but can scatter (or refract) the radiation by angles that are five or more times larger.Comment: 14 pages, 4 figures, submitted to Astrophysical Journa

Influence of Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ phosphor particle size on optical properties of the 6000K CPW-LEDs

In this paper, we consider the red phosphor Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ as the novel recommendation for improving the optical properties of the 6000K conformal packaging WLEDs (CPW-LEDs). For this purpose, we investigate the influence of the Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ particle size on the optical properties in terms of CCT, CQS, CRI, and LO using the Light Tools and Mat Lab software. From the research results, it can be observed that the optical properties of the 6000K CPW-LEDs are significantly influenced by the size of the Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ particle. The CRI and CQS increase from 65 to 67 and 64 to 68 while the size of the Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ particle varies from 1 μm to 10 μm, respectively. This research can provide a novel recommendation for LEDs industry at this time
