    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, motivasi belajar, dan persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru IPS terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu di SMPN 18 kota malang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian berupa explanatory research. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan intelektual, motivasi belajar, dan persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru IPS sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII khusus-nya kelas A, B, dan C yang berjumlah 126 siswa. Untuk mengetahui total sampel penelitian ini menggunakan rumus solvin sehingga diketahui total sampelnya adalah 96 siswa dan untuk teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan proportional random sampling. Sedangkan data penelitian dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa dokumentasi sekolah dan closed questioner yang menggunakan skala likert dengan lima alternatif jawaban. Untuk mengetahui tercapai atau tidaknya tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan analisis regresi dengan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antar kecerdasan intelektual, motivasi belajar, dan persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru IPS terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII di SMPN 18 kota Malang. Hal ini terlihat dari semakin tinggi total skor dari tingkat kecerdasan intelektual, motivasi belajar, dan persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi guru IPS-nya, semakin baik atau tinggi pula prestasi belajarnya pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu dan sebaliknya. Namun dari ketiga faktor tersebut, motivasi belajar siswa memiliki tingkat pengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMPN 18 kota Malang pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu

    DEVELOPMENT OF MULTIMEDIA LEARNING ABOUT ADOLESCENT REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH BY USING ADOBE FLASH

    Research is underway to develop a multimedia learning about adolescent reproductive health by using Adobe Flash software. Multimedia learning is the use of computer-based media aspect of multimedia (text, images, sound, animation, video, etc.) which are assembled in such a way as to make a tutorial and assessment of adolescent reproductive health materials. This multimedia learning is expected to be one of the computer-based learning media of reproductive health, proper and suitable materials for teens. The development of multimedia learning method Research and Development which consists of 8 stages of the needs analysis phase, the design of media objects collecting, developing iproducts, expert validation, design revisions, feasibility testing, testing, revision and production. Multimedia learning is developed using Adobe Flash CS5. Software testing of multimedia learning is done with blackbox testing and whitebox testing. Testing was also conducted to test the feasibility and quality of multimedia. Feasibility testing conducted by a team of experts, while the quality performed by the end users target are students. The research was carried out at Mts N 1 Tempel, involving 10 students at the beginning of the trial and 30 students on a field trial. Instruments used in data collection is questionnaire with Likert and Guttman scale. The results of the testing indicate that the node whitebox and lines have been executed at least one time and done in accordance with the limitations. Blackbox testing results indicate the function of each run in accordance with its purpose. The results of a feasibility assessment by media experts gave an average 4,35 with categories Very Worthy. The results of a feasibility assessment by experts material showed an average 4:13 a category Worth. The first trial or alpha testing with scores 1.73 or in High quality. Field testing or beta testing to get pas 1:50 with High quality. The test results on the feasibility of the whole multimedia learning suggests categories Very Worthy and High quality, so that multimedia learning of adolescent reproductive health is fit for use as a media of learning.     Pengaruh aplikasi bio-invigorasi dan lamanya perendaman benih kedaluwarsa pada pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L.)

    The increasing chili consumption in Indonesia requires efforts to maintain and even improve seed quality. Efforts to maintain the quality of expired seeds can be applied through bio-invigoration and soaking of chili seeds. The research was done on March 26–September 30 2022 at Banyumas Plant Pest and Disease Laboratory, and screen house on Jl. Kramasari Bojong, Kawunganten, Cilacap, Central Java, 4x4 Factorial Completely Randomized Design, 48 experimental units. The first factor was bio-invigoration, B0=without bioinvigoration, B1=30% coconut water+B. subtilis and P. fluorescens, B2=24% shallot  extract+B. subtilisand P.fluorescens, and B3=24% bean sprout extract+B. subtilis and P. fluorescens. The second factor was soaking  time,  P0 = 0 hours, P1 = 24 hours, P2 = 48 hours, P3 = 72 hours. Parameters were seed germination (%), seed growth uniformity (%), vigor index, plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), and fruit fresh weight (g). The results showed that seed quality parameters and plant height were better at 24 hours of immersion with all bioinvigoration. Still, the number of leaves and fruit fresh weight were effective at 24 hours of immersion with 30% coconut water+B. subtilis and P. fluorescens.ABSTRAKUpaya untuk mempertahankan bahkan meningkat kualitas benih cabai rawit perlu dilakukan karena peningkatan konsumsi di Indonesia. Upaya mempertahankan kualitas benih kedaluwarsa dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian bio-invigorasi dan perendaman pada benih cabai rawit. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 26 Maret–30 September 2022 di Laboratorium Hama dan Penyakit Tanaman Banyumas, dan screen house di Jl. Kramasari Bojong, Kawunganten, Cilacap, Jawa Tengah, dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial 4x4, 3 kali ulangan dengan 48 unit percobaan. Faktor pertama adalah bio-invigorasi: B0=Tanpa bio-invigorasi, B1=30% air kelapa+B. subtilis dan P. fluorescens, B2=24% ekstrak bawang merah+B. subtilis dan P. fluorescens, dan B3=24% ekstrak tauge+B. subtilis dan P. fluorescens. Faktor kedua lama perendaman, P0=0 jam, P1=24 jam, P2=48 jam, P3=72 jam. Parameter yang diamati meliputi daya berkecambah benih (%), keserampakan tumbuh benih (%), indeks vigor, tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai) dan bobot segar buah (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan parameter kualitas benih dan tinggi tanaman efektif pada lama perendaman 24 jam dengan semua bahan bio-invigorasi, namun parameter jumlah daun dan bobot segar buah efektif pada perendaman 24 jam dengan 30% air kelapa+B. subtilis dan P. fluorescens

    PENGARUH KOMPOS AMPAS TEH DAN BIOCHAR SEKAM PADI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI TANAMAN PAKCHOY (BRASSICA CHINENSIS L.) DENGAN SISTEM PERTANIAN VERTIKULTUR

    Pakchoy (Brassica chinensis L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman hortikultura jenis sayuran yang banyak diminati oleh sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Tingginya permintaan pasar tidak sebanding dengan tingkat produksi pakcoy yang tergolong relatif rendah. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat, salah satunya konversi lahan pertanian dalam skala besar yang berdampak pada kualitas dan kuantitas hasil pertanian. Penggunaan bahan-bahan kimia dalam proses budidaya tanaman dapat menyebabkan kualitas tanah dan hasil produksi cenderung tidak baik. Solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut adalah penggunaan komposisi media tanam organik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman dengan menggunakan sistem pertanian vertikultur. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian kompos ampas teh dan biochar sekam padi terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi pakchoy. Penelitian dilakukan di greenhouse dan Laboratorium Fisiologi dan Pemuliaan Tanaman, Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian, Universitas Diponegoro pada Februari – Mei 2022. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan faktorial 4 x 4 dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 3 kelompok. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis kompos ampas teh (0 g, 150 g, 300 g, 450 g). Faktor kedua yaitu dosis biochar sekam padi (0 g, 40 g, 80 g, 120 g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dosis kompos ampas teh berpengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh parameter pengamatan dan dosis biochar sekam padi berpengaruh nyata pada luas daun dan panjang akar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa campuran media tanam kompos ampas teh dengan dosis 150 g dan tanpa biochar sekam padi sudah mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman pakchoy pada sistem vertikultur

    Bilangan kromatik pada graf klasik G adalah bilangan asli terkecil k sedemikian hingga titik‐titik di G dapat diwarnai dengan k warna. Konsep graf telah digeneralisasi menjadi graf fuzzy. Terdapat beberapa tipe graf fuzzy, diantaranya graf fuzzy GF(V,EF) dengan himpunan sisi fuzzy EF dan fungsi keanggotaan ÎŒ: V x V → I. Konsep‐konsep dasar pada graf klasik juga telah digeneralisasi untuk graf fuzzy, diantaranya konsep pewarnaan dan bilangan kromatik. Pada makalah ini akan dibahas penentuan bilangan kromatik fuzzy pada graf fuzzy GF(V,EF). The main analysis of this thesis is utterances used by Ary Ginanjar Agustian as a trainer in ESQ Virtual Training. Ary Ginanjar Agustian is a motivator and a founder of motivation training ESQ 165. As a motivator, Ary Ginanjar Agustian is necessarily required to have a good ability of public speaking so that he can motivate and influence the audience. This thesis analyzes politeness strategy used by Ary Ginanjar Agustian during the training. The purpose of this thesis is to describe politeness strategy used by Ary Ginanjar Agustian applies politeness theory by Brown and Levinson. The method of this thesis uses an observation and writing technique. The writer makes a transcript from ten videos of ESQ Virtual Training Character Building 1 edition as data analysis. In analysis, the writer classifies the utterances which agree with politeness theory by Brown and Levinson (bald on record, positive politeness, negative politeness, dan off record). The result presents that Ary Ginanjar Agustian uses 2 kinds of politeness strategy: on record and positive politeness. The different characteristic of politeness strategy used by Ary Ginanjar Agustian is to raise the spiritual concept.     CoE REVIEW: APPLICATION OF TAKING ORDER TECHNIQUES IN CoE ENGLISH FOR HOSPITALITY STUDENTS’ SPEAKING SKI

    This research discussed a review of the application of taking order techniques and speaking skills used by students in CoE English for Hospitality, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Taking orders is complex because taking orders and serving food depends not only on the ability to hear and remember well, but also on the waiters ' knowledge about food and beverages, writing orders with the correct technique, and learning foreign languages, especially English. English is an international language and the first official language used by people around the world to communicate with others. Speaking skills must be mastered by a waiter especially in the hospitality world to provide efficient and effective services. This research aims to answer the research question which is how the application of speaking skills in order taking techniques by CoE English for Hospitality students. To answer the question, the researcher used the descriptive qualitative method. Furthermore, the researcher conducted an open-ended questionnaire and semi-structured interviews to four students of Food and Beverage Service to find out the participants' speaking skills in order taking. The researcher found three taking-order activities that require participants to use speaking skills in the activities of greeting guests, taking orders, distributing orders, and participants' constraints because of difficulties in explaining orders. The researcher believes that this research can be a reference for CoE English for Hospitality programs and lecturers to provide more in-depth learning about the Food and Beverage Service department, especially in order taking activities for the next CoE English for Hospitality students as well as the next period of CoE English for Hospitality students can understand and master how to taking orders and speak appropriately in their activities so that students can anticipate the problems that will be faced in the world of work
