The saint who never lets you down: Sant Judes Thaddeus in Latin America. Cultural heritage and religious tourism
The cultural expressions in the XXI century are the elements that are sought to identify
and recognize from the diversity of cultures. The devotions and religious festivities
are some of these expressions that have been identified as Cultural Heritage on an
international or national level, thus provoking their consumption in the perspective of
religious tourism. The case that I expose is what happened in Peru of the festivity of Saint
Jude Thaddeus identifying the actors that promoted their identification of this category at
the national level but that also the same cultural expression has no recognition in others
Latin American countries and they do reproduce their activity, culturally speaking.
From the arguments and data, we identify the elements of what culture is what becomes
heritage, who promotes it and how it is consumed through tourism
Monitoreo de Descargas Parciales En-lÃnea en Generadores Eléctricos de Alta Tensión
Rotating electric machines with operating voltage greater than 12 [kV] are an integral part of the installed base of electric generators in different countries. These voltages incorporate new challenges to be solved in maintenance practices. One of the most important challenges is the identification of the condition of the stator winding. For many years, the most commonly used monitoring techniques in electrical generators were off-line insulation measurements, especially in direct current. More recently, the use of on-line insulation monitoring techniques has enabled problems to be detected in advance, such as partial discharge measurement. This article presents the measurement of on-line partial discharges, as a condition monitoring technique for high voltage electric generators. It is also used for risk assessment and decision support for corrective actions. In the case study, it was evidenced that periodic monitoring is key during the operating time of the evaluated generator unit, which can be extended to other generators. The monitoring of on-line partial discharges allowed to know its condition and evolution through the trend in time. Keywords: Partial discharge, electric generator, failure mode, predictive maintenance, void

Nos últimos 10 anos, embora tenha aumentado a produção de alimentos light/diet e orgânicos, o consumo em relação à s pessoas mais pobres ainda é bastante limitadoLight/diet and organic products have grown in importance over the last decade in the
Brazilian consumer market. The objective of the present study was to determine and
analyze the income elasticity of expenditure of light/diet and organic foods and the same
foods and / or reference normal food groups, in two different periods, with an interval of
approximately 9/10 years. For this, we performed a simple regression model, using the
Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method, in log - log form, using data from the 2008-2009
and 2017-2018 Family Budget Survey - POF. The results show that for both the first and
second periods, most light/diet and organic foods exhibited luxury goods behavior. Also,
such products are purchased in higher proportions in households with higher income
levels. In the last 10 years, although the production of light/diet and organic foods has
increased, consumption for the poorest people is still quite limitedLos productos light/diet y orgánicos han presentado una importancia creciente

Value-Based Information Systems and Technologies Governance Quality Assessment
The quality is a degree of excellence, and what is excellent is new. The evaluations of the quality of the organizations, departments, functional areas, activities, products and services have been recognized by the goodness of their results beginning to be mandatory and of increasingly strict application in the search of the fulfilment of its purposes. The quality has been a goal of many countries. In Ecuador, the Constitution establishes that the public administration is governed by principles, among others: the quality. This involves the participation of the people to ensure the actions in the organizational context. The quality has an impact on people, activities, processes and outcomes; all guided toward excellence. An intention of quality (not exclusive from the point of view of the analysis of other models) and at the same time of the Government of the TSI is the application of good practices of the Ibero-American Model [3] and of the standard ISO/IEC 38500 [4], respectively.
The proposed quality assessment model exposes the government of TIS as a functional team at the service of the organization of TIS. Therefore, the model is a response to the value-based quality concept on value due to the extent that Ecuador is gaining a growth in the use of technology. The existing literature on EFQM models, Malcolm Baldrige and other authors who support it, was available for this work [5] [6] [7] [8]. In such a way that it is appropriate to identify suitable criterion relations between standards of governance and models of excellence, the criteria and sub-criteria, dimensions and evidence that arise as part of the quality model.Tesis presentada el 19/09/2017 en la Army Forces University ESPE, Department of Computer Science, PhD Thesis in Computer Science. Revision of the genus \u3cem\u3eTityopsis\u3c/em\u3e Armas, 1974 (Scorpiones: Buthidae). Part 1. General updates and description of four new species
The buthid scorpion genus Tityopsis Armas, 1974, endemic to western Cuba, is herein revised. In total, 428 specimens were examined from 127 localities, including the primary types of the two species currently recognized as valid; this led to realize that several populations actually represent taxa new to science. Four of them are described in the present paper: a presumed troglobite and three others from epigean habitats. A thorough photographic complement and data on natural history are given for each species and for the genus in general, for which known geographical distribution is verified and updated. With this contribution, the scorpion fauna of Cuba reaches now 61 species, with 56 of them (92%) being endemic to this Caribbean archipelago
