Application of William's Flexion Exercise in Patients with Low Back Pain Problems: A Literature Review

This article aims to review the application of William's Flexion exercise in patients with low back pain problems. Low back pain is a clinical syndrome with the main symptoms of pain or discomfort in the lower back region which until now about 23% of adults in the world experience it. One of the physical therapies that can be used to treat patients with low back pain is William's flexion exercise which has been used for years and has been proven to relieve or relieve pain in patients with low back pain. This literature review aims to analyze the effect of applying William's Flexion exercise to patients with low back pain problems. Methods: This study explores quantitative evidence published in electronic databases such as Pubmed, and Google Scholar. Using a search strategy, we identified 32 articles with potential and relevant to the research objectives, but in this literature we only reviewed 5 articles. Results: We can see a significant effect on reducing the pain scale experienced by respondents after being given William's flexion exercise intervention. Conclusion: The results of a review of several articles in this review literature concluded that William's Flexion Exercise program was proven to be effective in reducing pain scales in patients with low back pain problems

DEVELOPMENT OF SALES APPLICATION OF PREPAID ELECTRICITY VOUCHER BASED ON ANFROID PLATFORM USING QUICK RESPONSE CODE (QR CODE)

Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) has implemented a smart electricity system or prepaid electricity. The customers pay the electricity voucher first before use the electricity. The token contained in electricity voucher that has been purchased by the customer is inserted into the Meter Prabayar (MPB) installed in the location of customers. When a customer purchases a voucher, it will get a receipt that contains all of the customer's identity and the 20-digit of voucher code (token) to be entered into MPB as a substitute for electrical energy credit. Receipts obtained by the customer is certainly vulnerable to loss, or hijacked by unresponsible parties. In this study, authors designed and develop an android based application by utilizing QR code technology as a replacement for the receipt of prepaid electricity credit which contains the identity of the customer and the 20-digit voucher code. The application is developed by implemented waterfall methodology. The implementation process of the waterfall methods used, are (1) analysis of functional requirement of the system by conducting a preliminary study and data collection based on field studies and literature, (2) system design by using UML diagrams and Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) and Entity Relationship diagram (ERD), (3) design implementation by using OOP (Object Oriented programming) technique. Web application is developed by using laravel PHP framework and database MySQL while mobile application is developed by using B4A (4) developed system is tested by using blackbox method testing. Final result of this research is a Web and mobile applications for the sale of electricityvoucher by QR Code technology

GLAUKOMA PADA PASIEN YANG MEMILIKI HIPERTENSI DAN DIABETES MELITUS DI KOTA SUNGAI PENUH

Glaukoma adalah penyebab tertinggi kedua dari kebutaan yang dapat dicegah setelah katarak. Di indonesia, sebesar 1,8 juta penduduk mengalami kebutaan akibat glaukoma dan menurut Riskesdas prevalensi glaukoma di Indonesia sebesar 0,46% yang artinya sebanyak 4 sampai 5 orang dari 1000 penduduk indonesia menderita glukoma. Gejala-gejala glaukoma seperti peningkatan tekanan bola mata >40 mmHg, penglihatan kabur mendadak, dan melihat pelangi pada cahaya lampu. Faktor-faktor risiko yang terkait, seperti jenis kelamin, usia, komorbid pasien (hipertensi, diabetes melitus, dll), miopia, penggunaan obat mata dan riwayat operasi mata sebelumnya sehingga ragam glaukoma itu sendiri berbeda-beda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko seperti hipertensi dan diabetes melitus mempengaruhi dari ragam Glaukoma Di Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada periode 2019-2021. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah data rekam medis pasien glaukoma yang memiliki hipertensi dan diabetes melitus di Kota Sungai Penuh, sedangkan variabel tergantung yaitu pasien glaukoma yang memiliki hipertensi dan diabetes melitus di Kota Sungai Penuh. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh pasien klinik kita yang terdiagnosis glaukoma, jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 90 orang. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian observasional, dilakukan secara retrospektif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Analisis deskriptif, sumber data rekam pasien. Teknik sampling purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 90 sampel, 51 orang adalah perempuan (56,7%) pada usia ?65 tahun sebanyak 53 orang (58,9%), dengan glaukoma sekunder sebanyak 46 orang (51,1%) yang memiliki TIO >21 mmHg pada okuli sinistra 39 orang (43%), hampir semua pasien miopia pada mata kiri, dengan faktor risiko derajat pre-hipertensi 32 orang (35,6%)memiliki GDP normal 65 orang (72,2%)
