Modelo estructural al norte de la sabana de bogotá mediante la integración de información geológica, magnetométrica y de teledetección

Se presenta en este trabajo una fusión de Imágenes de satélite Landsat, Magnetometría, Espectrometría de Rayos Gamma y Geología de superficie, en un ambiente SIG, orientada a definir el estilo estructural de un área al norte de la sabana de Bogotá. La espectrometría de rayos Gammamostró una correspondencia con las texturas y tonalidades observadas en la imagen de satélite,pudiéndose patronar, para las unidades litoestratigráficas aflorantes en el área la concentración promedio de Uranio, Torio y Potasio. La fusión de la imagen Landsat con la magnetometría y el modelamiento de un perfil en el sector norte del área, determinó un esquema estructural con unbloque levantado en la parte central, limitado por las fallas inversas de Cucunubá y Chocontá, con vergencias al noroccidente y suroriente respectivamente y dos bloques sinclinales hundidos al noroccidente y sureste. Con la cartografía geológica se verificó la interpretación de la imagen de satélite y con el modelamiento y la fusión con la magnetometría se definió, para el área una estructura“Pop Up”, delimitada entre las fallas de Cucunubá (occidente) y Chocontá (oriente), volcada sobre los sinclinales de Checua y Sisga

The implementación of co-teaching to the technical and technological english course at the sena

Labor competitiveness in our country increasingly demands that new workers must have different skills to complement their professional profile and achieve a better performance in the provision of work; the ability to communicate in English is essential to complete a suitable professional profile and increases the possibilities of being hired and keeping a job. Due to this, the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA), which is the institute responsible for offering the majority of technical and technological training in our country, includes in the curriculum of its programs different compulsory English courses to obtain the degree. The participants of the Intervention Project are learners from different areas of training: commerce and finance, industry, computer science, design, as well as the work group that will accompany them to strengthen language skills in L2 and reach to the English corresponding levels of English needed by learners, A2 for technical programs and B1 for technologists, the practitioners were three students of the degree in bilingualism of Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. This academic accompaniment focuses on the application of the methodologies of co-planning and co-teaching as well as the creation of content for the teaching of English with a specific purpose among facilitators of the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) and Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira (UTP). Also, through tutoring sessions, English events such as Semana de los Idiomas or Bootcamps, and conversation clubs. During this process, teamwork with the apprentices was accomplished and strategies to facilitate the acquisition of new linguistic resources were given satisfactorily, this was evidenced when the apprentices showed an improvement in the English lessons, minimizing the gaps that they have at the beginning and increasing the fluency and the participation when talking in English. Finally, this pedagogical accompaniment provided the students with different alternatives to improve their L2 (English) through the agreement made by SENA institutions and the UTP.La competitividad laboral en nuestro país exige cada vez más que los nuevos trabajadores cuenten con diferentes habilidades para complementar su perfil profesional y lograr un mejor desempeño en la prestación del trabajo; la capacidad de comunicarse en inglés es fundamental para completar un perfil profesional adecuado y aumenta las posibilidades de ser contratado y conservar un empleo. To later locate such objects, the organism must maintain a representation of the object in memory and generate an expectation about where it will later appear. We explored adult dogs’ knowledge and use of the solidity principle (that one solid object cannot pass through another solid object) by evaluating search behavior. Subjects watched as a treat rolled down an inclined tube into a box. The box either did or did not contain a solid wall dividing it in half. To find the treat, subjects had to modify their search behavior based on the presence or absence of the wall, which either did or did not block the treat’s trajectory. Dogs correctly searched the near location when the barrier was present and the far location when the barrier was absent. They displayed this behavior from the first trial, as well as performed correctly when trial types were intermingled. A 6-bit 2GS/s CMOS Time-Interleaved ADC for Analysis of Mixed-Signal Calibration Techniques

A 6-bit 2-GS/s time interleaved (TI) successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is designed and fabricated in a 0.13 μm CMOS process. The architecture uses 8 time-interleaved track-and-hold amplifiers (THA), and 16 SARADC’s. Thechipincludes (i) a programmable delay cell array to adjust the interleaved sampling phase, and (ii) a 12 Gbps low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) interface. These blocks make the fabricated ADC an excellent platform to evaluate mixed-signal calibration techniques, which are of great interest for application in high-speed optical systems. A 1.6Gb/s CMOS LVDS Transmitter with a Programmable Pre-Emphasis System

A 12 parallel low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) transmitter fabricated in 0.13 μm CMOS is presented. Each LVDS channel can operate over 1.6 Gb/s and includes a programmable pre-emphasis circuit designed to reduce the data-dependent jitter (DDJ) caused by different lengths of PCB traces. Experimental results of the fabricated LVDS confirm the correct operation of the programmable pre-equalization circuit.
