SIDasar pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan sanksi pidana penjara terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan diketahui dari hal-hal yang melekat dalam diri pelaku atau terdakwa, baik latar belakang terdakwa, pengakuan dan penyesalan terdakwa yang diungkapkan dalam persidangan maupun sikap terdakwa selama menjalani persidangan memiliki nilai tersendiri bagi hakim untuk mempertimbangkan dalam menjatuhkan putusan pidana penajara terhadap terdakwa. Bobot sanksi pidana penjara yang di jatuhkan kepada para pelaku tindak pidana hanya untuk memenuhi rasa keadilan bagi para pelaku tindak pidana. Dasar pertimbangan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Sidoarjo dalam putusannya terhadap perkara tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan di dasarkan pada fakta-fakkta yang diperoleh melalui keterangan saksi-saksi dan barang bukti yang berkaitan dengan tindak pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan. Generasi Muda di Persimpangan Jalan (Analisis Semiotik terhadap Tokoh Lintang dalam Film Laskar Pelangi Representasi Kegigihan Pelajar SD di Pelosok Indonesia)

Movie, as one of communication media, is very effective because of its power and ability to reach many social segments. Laskar Pelangi the Movie is Indonesian movie which uses educational as its theme. The movie, which is based on the true story, likely the real condition of amount of this country residents.The aim of this study is to comprehend the representation of Lintang's determination to reach proper education in remote area in Laskar Pelangi the Movie. The method which is used in this study is qualitative descriptive semiotic analysis. The data analysis is done by semiotic analysis of Roland Barthes to discuss about the greater definition range in order to difference the denotative and connotative meaning from the signs of this movie.The first result of Roland Barthes semiotic analysis is end to the myth reading, and the myth that can be arrested in this movie is to reach education we also need enough material. Nevertheless, that myth can be broken by the other scene in this movie, that is the economic inability cannot stop someone to get what he or she dreamed especially education. Bisakah Film Drama Korea Membuat Remaja Kita Aman dari Hubungan Seks Pranikah dan HIV-AIDS?

Could Korean Drama make Our Adolescent is Safe from Premarital Sex and HIV-AIDS?; Korean drama is famous among adolescents and being role model. Korean drama is safe for adolescents in sexual content. This study aims to descript relationship script in Korean drama to find the meaning and its implication for premarital sex and HIV-AIDS. This study used qualitative approach. The samples were two Korean dramas which were taken using purposive technique: Naughty Kiss and Protect The Boss with total 34 episodes. Triangulation was done among high school students in Semarang. Data was analyzed using thematic content analysis.The result showed that relationship was needed a long process dan sex was done only after commited. Consequently, adolescents learnt how to make relationship including sexual acitivities in a relationship. As film was showed, only kissing was adopted by adolescent in reality and they were believed that sex only done in marriage. The script of Korean drama could support abstinence as HIV-AIDS prevention. However, some findings were needed to be awared such as the easiness of kissing and sleeping together as well as there were no explanation about the health concequences of being abstinent in relationship. Adolescents\u27 discussion was needed to criticize the portrayals\u27 meaning, implications and consequences for the prevention of risky sexual behaviour and HIV-AIDS

Variabel-variabel Yang Memengaruhi Penerimaan Opini Audit Going Concern Pada Perusahaan Lq 45 Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Tahun 2013-2014

Opini audit going concern mengharuskan Perusahaan secara operasional memiliki kemampuan untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya. Apabila auditor tidak yakin dengan kemampuan Perusahaan dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya maka auditor harus menyampaikan masalah tersebut dalam laporan audit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh financial distress, leverage, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, likuiditas, audit delay, dan disclosure terhadap penerimaan opini audit going concern. Objek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan yang masuk dalam Perusahaan-Perusahaan LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2014 dengan sampel sebanyak 30 Perusahaan yang didapat dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi logistik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel financial distress, leverage, solvabilitas, likuiditas, audit delay secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan opini audit going concern. Sedangkan variabel profitabilitas dan disclosure secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap penerimaan opini audit going concern. Dan variabel financial distress, leverage, solvabilitas, likuiditas, audit delay, disclosure secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan opini audit going concern

Status Gizi dan Kualitas Hidup pada Lansia Pengguna Gigitiruan Penuh di Kota Makassar

Prevalensi kehilangan seluruh gigi pada lansia di Indonesia cukup tinggi, khususnya di kota Makassar. Kehilangan gigi yang tidak disertai dengan penggantian gigi palsu akan menggangu asupan nutrisi yang akan berdampak pada kesehatan secara umum yang pada akhirnya akan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan penggunaan gigitiruan penuh dengan status gizi dan kualitas hidup pada lansia di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Penentuan lokasi penelitian menggunakan stratified random sampling, yaitu Kecamatan Ujung Tanah, Tamalate, dan Ujung Pandang. Sebanyak 283 lansia usia 60 tahun keatas diperoleh dengan purposive samplingbersedia mengikuti penelitian dengan pernyataan persetujuan. Penentuan status gizi menggunakan IMT sedangkan kualitas hidup yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan rongga mulut diperoleh dengan wawancara menggunakan OHIP-14. Hasil analisis chi square menunjukkan ada hubungan antara penggunaan gigi tiruan penuh dengan status gizi dan kualitas hidup pada lansia yang dilihat pada setiap dimensi OHIP-14 (p≤0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini, yaitu terdapat hubungan penggunaan gigitiruan penuh dengan status gizi dan kualitas hidup pada lansia di Kota Makassar, sehingga dapat dikatakan penggunaan gigi tiruan penuh pada lansia akan meningkatkan status gizi dan kualitas hidupnya

Does Family Functioning Matter More Than School Culture? Understanding Deeper Junior High School Student’s Character Strength with Spirituality as mediator

Previous research has shown that character strength significantly impacts students' future success. This study examines the functioning of family and school culture as antecedents of character strength through spirituality as mediators. The research sample was 1871 junior high school students in Surabaya City consisting of 1010 female students and 861 male students selected by proportional cluster random sampling from five areas of Surabaya City. The research instruments used were the character strength scale of human dimension of Values in Action Inventory for adolescents (VIA-Youth), spirituality scale of Aspects of Spirituality Questionnaire (ASP) Version 2.1., family functioning scale of Family Assessment Device (FAD), and school culture scale of School   Climate and School Identification Measure—Student (SCASIM-St). The study was conducted by testing research instruments using confirmatory factor analysis and model testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that the fit, family functioning had a more significant influence than school culture did in shaping student character strength in the human dimension and spirituality model proved to significantly mediate the functioning of family and school culture and the strength of student character on the human dimension. The implications of the study results are expected to accelerate the improvement of student character strength in the humanitarian dimension and become policy recommendations for human resource development that are ready to face various challenges.

Special Education Teachers' Self-efficacy in Inclusive Schools During the COVID-19 Pandemic

During the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of challenges in education settings especially for teachers arose due to the complexity of online learning. Notably, the issues surrounding online learning severely affected the special education teachers because of their reliance to assess and teach directly via a face-to-face method. In long term, the complexity of increased workloads and duties, preparing the lesson plan, and overseeing the lesson process might lead to teachers experiencing burnout and stress. One of the factors that might affect teachers’ burnout and job stress is self-efficacy. This study aims to explore the pandemic effect on special education teachers and how learning method changes affected their self-efficacy. This study was conducted in Surabaya, Indonesia, and involves four special education teachers from local junior high schools which have an inclusive program. The study is conducted with a qualitative method of focus group discussion (FGD). The questions for the participant were derived from the teacher efficacy for inclusive practice (TEIP) scale. The result was produced by analysing the coding and transcripts of the video and audio feed. The result revealed that based on three dimensions of teacher efficacy; efficacy in inclusive instructions, efficacy in collaboration, and efficacy in managing behaviour, the special education teachers’ self-efficacy worsened during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
