Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Ekonomi Syariah Di Kalangan Remaja

In our daily life we ​​are always closely related to the economic system. At this time the Islamic economic system has begun to be used in economic activities. If the sharia economic system is applied to the community, especially among teenagers, this system will become more well known. Moreover, the role of youth as agents of change is very important. Therefore, in this discussion we will find out about the application of Islamic economics and how it affects teenagers. This study uses a qualitative method, while the data collection techniques are in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires. Respondents from this study were 31 students. Based on the results of the study, the Islamic economic system is very influential on daily life, especially among teenagers. Because the Islamic economic system is in accordance with the conditions set out in Islam, which in its implementation prioritizes the welfare of the entire community. This can be realized if the application of Islamic economics is started from among teenagers.

Pendampingan pengembangan branding produk serjap berupa identifikasi mulai dari pack- ing kemasan dalam, packing kemasan luar, logo, pengetahuan dan sikap dalam memasuki dunia wirausaha yang mandiri. Di samping itu, peserta akan diberikan pemahaman yang meliputi pem- binaan fisik, mental, kemandirian, maupun pelatihan keterampilan. Bentuk pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan agar setiap pelaku UMKM dan anggota Pokdarwis dan organisasi lain sejenis di Desa Kandang Sapi Kecamatan Panggung Rejo Kota Pasuruan dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik sehingga akan berpengaruh dalam perekonomian pelaku UMKM dan memberikan nilai lebih. Dengan target harapan memiliki motivasi, etos kerja yang tinggi, dan dapat menghasilkan karya-karya yang unggul sehingga mampu bersaing di dunia luar. Harapan dari pelatihan ini agar pelaku UMKM kawasan wisata religi dapat membentuk wirausaha mandiri dan menjadi bagian dari peningkatan ekonomi kreatif Indonesia

APLIKASI LET’S READ TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA CEPAT SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

Indonesian language learning at school require students to get information from the text quickly. However, the reading skills of grade IV students are still low. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the let's read application on the speed reading skills of fourth grade students at SD Ma'arif Sumberejo. The research method uses a quantitative pre-experimental design with a One-Group Pretest-Postet Design. The research population was all fourth grade students at SD Ma'arif Sumberejo, totaling 21 students consisting of 10 boys and 11 girls and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data collection method uses comprehension questions before and after the application of the let's read application. The analysis technique used hypothesis testing paired sample t-test. The results showed that the significant value of the t test was 0.001 which is lower than the 5% significance level. Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in the speed reading skills of grade IV students after using the let's read application.

Psychological fiction characteristics in Laura Van Den Berg’s selected short stories: Genre study

ENGLISH: Terminologically, J. A. Cuddon (1991) describes genre as a French term for a kind, a literary type, or class. In literature, there are a lot of genre, and one of the popular genre in this field is psychological fiction. Psychological fiction work is kind of fiction that mostly focuses on the characters' spiritual, emotional, and mental lives, rather than the plot. There are various ways that can be used to classify literature, such as language, author's background, place of origin, time period, and genre. However, this study selected one of those literary classification, which is genre, and make genre study as the main focus, particularly psychological fiction genre study. This study aims to examine and identify the psychological fiction characteristics portrayed in Laura Van Den Berg’s selected short stories. The researcher uses genre study approach as the design of this study. The data obtained from five selected story in Laura van den Berg’s short stories collection entitled I Hold A Wolf by the Ears (2020) : 1) Last Night, 2) Slumberland, 3) The Pitch, 4) Volcano House, 5) Karolina in the form of sentences, conversation, and statements. And as the this study is focused on the the psychological fiction genre study, the researcher uses the J. A. Cuddon (1991) theory of psychological fiction genre characteristics to assist this study. The result of this study shows that each of the selected short stories from the collection portrays the psychological fiction genre characteristics, which is 1) emphasizing the internal characterization that influenced by the character arc and 2) narration style that purposely focuses on investigating the motives for the character’s actions, which drive the plot and provide context for the narrative. For the first characteristics, all of the selected short story shows that every story’s protagonist’s internal characterization going through all of the phases in character arc, which is: Initial Condition, Inciting Event, Escalation, Moment of Truth, and Final State. Meanwhile, for the second characteristics, each story deliver the narration style that focuses on investigating the motives of the character’s action, particularly the protagonist that becomes the center of the story. This is shown in the delivery of flashback and stream of consciousness of the protagonist in each of the short story. INDONESIA: Secara terminologis, J. A. Cuddon (1991) menjelaskan genre sebagai istilah Perancis untuk jenis, tipe sastra, atau kelas. Dalam karya sastra terdapat banyak genre, dan salah satu genre yang populer dalam bidang ini adalah fiksi psikologis. Karya fiksi psikologis adalah jenis fiksi yang lebih banyak berfokus pada kehidupan spiritual, emosional, dan mental tokohnya, daripada plotnya. Ada berbagai cara yang dapat digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan karya sastra, seperti bahasa, latar belakang pengarang, tempat asal, periode waktu, dan genre. Namun penelitian ini memilih salah satu dari klasifikasi sastra tersebut, yaitu genre, dan menjadikan kajian genre sebagai fokus utama, khususnya kajian genre fiksi psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur fiksi psikologis yang digambarkan dalam cerpen pilihan Laura Van Den Berg. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan studi genre sebagai desain penelitian ini. Data diperoleh dari lima cerita terpilih dalam kumpulan cerpen Laura van den Berg berjudul I Hold A Wolf by the Ears (2020): 1) Last Night, 2) Slumberland, 3) The Pitch, 4) Volcano House, 5) Karolina in dalam bentuk kalimat, percakapan, dan pernyataan. Dan karena penelitian ini difokuskan pada studi genre fiksi psikologis, peneliti menggunakan teori karakteristik genre fiksi psikologis J. A. Cuddon (1991) untuk membantu penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing cerpen terpilih dari kumpulan tersebut menggambarkan karakteristik genre fiksi psikologis, yaitu 1) menekankan penokohan internal yang dipengaruhi oleh character arc dan 2) gaya narasi yang sengaja berfokus pada penyelidikan motif tindakan karakter, yang menggerakkan plot dan memberikan konteks untuk narasi. Untuk karakteristik pertama, semua cerpen yang dipilih menunjukkan bahwa karakterisasi internal setiap protagonis cerita melalui semua fase dalam busur karakter, yaitu: Initial Condition, Inciting Event, Escalation, Moment of Truth, dan Final State. Sedangkan untuk ciri kedua, masing-masing cerita menghadirkan gaya penceritaan yang menitikberatkan pada penyelidikan motif tindakan tokoh, terutama tokoh protagonis yang menjadi pusat cerita. Hal ini ditunjukkan dalam penyampaian kilas balik dan arus kesadaran tokoh protagonis dalam setiap cerpennya. HUBUNGAN PARITAS DAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN PARTISIPASI IBU MENGIKUTI KELAS IBU HAMIL

Kelas ibu hamil adalah salah satu sarana untuk belajar bersama tentang kesehatan bagi ibu hamil, dalam bentuk tatap muka dalam kelompok. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu mengenai kehamilan, perawatan kehamilan, persalinan, perawatan nifas, perawatan bayi baru lahir, mitos, penyakit menular dan akte kelahiran Upaya penanggulangan ibu hamil kekurangan energi kronik memerlukan koordinasi lintas program salah satunya melalui program kelas ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan paritas dengan partisipasi ibu mengikuti kelas ibu hamil di Desa Pulau Terap Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kuok tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang ada yaitu 38 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan paritas dengan partisipasi ibu mengikuti kelas Ibu Hamil dengan p value 0,001 dan terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan partisipasi ibu mengikuti kelas Ibu Hamil dengan p value 0,001. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan terutama bidanagar lebih aktif menyebarluaskan informasi tentang program kelas ibu hamil tidak hanya pada ibu hamil saja, tetapi juga pada suami/ pasangan dan keluarga dengan meningkatkan semua komponen dukungan sosial yang terdiri dari dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informasional dan dukungan appraisal/ penghargaan.   Kata Kunci       : Dukungan Keluarga, Kelas Ibu Hamil, Parita

This research examines how digital marketing helps SMEs in the industrial era 4.0. Seeing the phenomenon that is currently growing rapidly in the world of SMEs is very interesting and unique, the strategy for SMEs with technology needs to be studied in depth, hence the need for this research to use a qualitative descriptive method. This research examines the actors in the clothing business (distribution). This survey covers six owners and staff distribution. Observation, documentation, and participant in-depth analysis of data. Based on the results of research that has been interpreted with relevant previous research, that apparel SMEs in the industrial era 4.0 require conventional to digital growth strategies. Tokped, shopee, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram show that merchandise distortion has grown. Distortion works with small or independent bands with fans to create a selling environment. Distortion Merchandise band support pressure, goods and shipments, as well as buying and selling. On the other hand, Awesam is active in marketplaces and social media, from tokped, shopee, Lazada, Instagram, Tik Tok, and WhatsApp Business to the Awesam website which is at the top when it comes to "poor plain clothes". One account can publish two to five stories a day with interesting material. Consumer privacy hinders digital marketing. Most internet shopkeepers mark pictures or make product offers to all clients without the owner's consent. Customers sometimes get annoyed with the photos sent. PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR BERBASIS AKTIVITAS MATERI RANGKAIAN LISTRIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VI SD

Peneliti melakukan studi lapangan ke SD PAB 20, dan menemukan masalah mengenai hasil belajar siswa yang kurang memuaskan dalam pelajaran IPA karena tidak adanya proses belajar berbasis aktivitas (praktikum), pembelajaran masih terbatas waktu dan media. Karena itu dalam penelitian ini, peneliti membuat pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis aktivitas dalam materi rangkaian listrik sederhana untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, meningkatkan kreatifitas dan sifat kritis dari siswa. Sebelum penelitian ke lapangan, media yang dibuat telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi  dan ahli desain. Hasil dari validasi ahli materi  menunjukkan angka 80% dan untuk validasi ahli desain menunjukkan angka 92,8%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat diklasifikasikan bahwa bahan ajar yang telah dibuat terbukti valid dan teruji kelayakannya untuk di uji coba kepada peserta didik. Untuk pengolahan data siswa melalui pre dan posttest, peneliti menggunakan rumus N-Gain. Dari rata-rata pretest didapatkan hasil 46 dan hasil posttest didapatkan rat-rata 84. Jika diklasifikasikan nilai-nilai tersebut, didapatkan hasil akhirnya yaitu 70%.  Angka tersebut termasuk ke dalam kriteria yang tinggi. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa, bahan ajar berbasis aktivitas yang digunakan, dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan menumbuhkan sifat kreatif siswa. Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar, Aktivitas, Hasil Belajar, Rangkaian Listrik

Analisis Regresi Logistik Biner pada Kejadian Transient Ischemic Attack (Tia) di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya

Analysis of the infl uence of risk factors aims to describe the unidirectional relationship between risk factors to an incident or a spesific disease, one of which is binary logistic regression. This analysis is applied to case of TIA because TIA is a warning that stroke will occur. This study was carried out to determine risk factors that aff ect case of TIA in Dr. Soetomo Regional Public Hospital Surabaya in 2012-2015 and the best binary logistic regression model. This study was an observational and case control study. Subjects were 90 inpatients at nerve division. Data were collected by observing the patient’s card status to get information of variables examined. Independent variables were hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes mellitus. Result of simultaneous test showed that at least one variable that aff ected TIA (p = 0,000). Partial test showed that hypertension (p = 0.015; OR = 4.327), dyslipidemia (p = 0.000; OR = 10.455), and diabetes mellitus (p = 0.032; OR = 3.942) aff ected TIA (p 0.05). Binary logistic regression can be used to analyze risk factors of TIA in Dr. Soetomo Regional Public Hospital Surabaya in 2012–2015 with high prediction accuracy. Patients with dyslipidemia have the highest risk of TIA. Hypertension or diabetes mellitus was also signifi cant risk factor of TIA
