    IMPLEMENTATION OF LEGAL PROTECTION ON WOMEN VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

    The laws and regulations have the provisions for illegal acts or crimes which include domestic violence. Domestic violence is a form of special crime. This study examines the form than implementing legal protection for women victims of domestic violence based on the criminal justice system in Indonesia as well as how the obstacles that arise in this regard. The existence of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the elimination of domestic violence is expected to be able to provide legal protection for victims of domestic violence significantly, in this case are women. The results showed that the decision Number: 519 K/Pid.Sus/2020 as an example of the implementation of legal protection for wives as victims is appropriate. In relation to the obstacles that arise, among others, law enforcement officers who have various understandings regarding domestic violence, difficulties for legal officers in implementing Law No. 23 of 2004, lack of courage to report incidents of domestic violence from victims, and difficulties in proving the problem of domestic violence.Keywords: Domestic violence, protection, implementation, wome

    AbstractThis article discusses the problem-based learning model in Islamic religious educationusing educational technology. Problem-based learning is a learning model that directs students tosolve a problem, and the teacher has to guide the discussion so that it runs smoothly. This studyuses data collection methods with literature studies, with the hope of producing a comprehensiveunderstanding and helping readers better understand this phenomenon (learning using problembased learning using educational technology). Islamic religious learning itself is a conscious effortto understand, teach and learn about the Islamic religion. Educational technology according to thegeneral public is synonymous with technology or learning that uses technology only, buteducational technology is a tool for solving a problem in the process of teaching and learningactivities. Problem-based learning itself is a model in learning that leads to concrete and realproblems so that students can think broadly and openly.     Systematic Literature Review: Family Economics Education as an Effort to Enhance Family Economic Resilience Based on Local Culture

    This research aims to examine the importance of economic education in a family environment based on local culture in an effort to increase family economic resilience. In the context of globalization and social change, families need to understand and adapt to economic principles that are relevant to everyday life. Local culture provides a strong foundation for shaping family economic thinking and behavior. One of the key aspects of family economic education is the development of economic literacy and good economic behavior. This research uses the PRISMA 2020 systematic literature review method, utilizing Scopus and Google Scholar as research databases, with search results obtaining 239 articles (Scopus = 39 articles with a time period of 2018–2022, and Google Scholar = 200 articles with a time period of 2018–2022). Then, selection and evaluation are carried out to obtain relevant articles. Meanwhile, data collection uses a systematic review by analyzing research manuscripts obtained from Google Scholar that have been indexed nationally and internationally in the last five years, which aims to answer research questions by summarizing various research results. In facing modern challenges, the existence of the traditions of the Kajang Tribe applies the principles of Tallasa Kamase-masea and Pasang as a strong foundation in all aspects of human life. Apart from that, these traditions also become the pride and identity of the Kajang Ammatoa indigenous people, strengthening the continuity of their culture in an environment that continues to develop. Based on the research results, it was found that economic education in the family acts as a catalyst to increase the family's economic resilience.

    Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi di era globalisasi ini memungkinkan berkembangnya layanan informasi yang lebih baik di bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini dianalisa dan direview dari jurnal terindeks SINTA yang bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisa perkembangan kemajuan e-learning yang tidak hanya melibatkan virtual meeting yang sudah familiar di kalangan mahasiswa/pelajar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan mengacu pada jurnal-jurnal terindeks SINTA. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif yang didalamnya menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan informasi-informasi maupun data yang tertulis berpatokan pada jurnal-jurnal terindeks SINTA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bidang pendidikan adalah bidang yang cocok untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran e-learning dengan didukung oleh beberapa aplikasi yang tidak banyak diketahui pelajar/mahasiswa yang mendukung proses pembelajaran e-learning. Abstract: The rapid development of information technology in this era of globalization allows the development of better information services in the field of education. This research was analyzed and reviewed from the indexed journal SINTA which aims to see and analyze the development of e-learning progress which does not only involve virtual meetings that are familiar among students. This research is a type of development research with reference to SINTA indexed journals. The approach used is a qualitative approach which uses the literature study method with the information and data written are based on SINTA indexed journals. The results showed that the field of education is suitable field to develop e-learning learning supported by several applications that are not widely known to students that support the e-learning learning process

    Pertanian merupakan sektor yang memiliki pengaruh besar di Indonesia. Kestabilan sektor ini perlu diperhatikan untuk menjaga keadaan perekonomian. Telah terjadi banyak perubahan akibat kemajuan teknologi, salah satunya pada sektor pertanian yaitu penggunaan alat modern dan berbasis internet. Desa Glagahwangi, Kabupaten Klaten merupakan desa dengan potensi pertanian yang sangat besar namun belum ditunjang dengan penerapan teknologi modern. Tim PPK Ormawa BEM FP UNS melaksanakan kegiatan pengenalan dan pengimplementasian smart farming di Desa Glagahwangi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi budidaya pertanian. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan pelatihan. Teknologi pertanian yang dikenalkan meliputi soil sensor NPK tanah, kelembaban dan pH tanah, mini AWS untuk mengetahui suhu dan kelembaban udara serta intensitas cahaya, drone penyemprot pupuk cair, serta Aplikasi Tandhur untuk memantau budidaya pertanian konversi organik dalam segi tenaga dan biaya. Rangkaian kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penerapan teknologi pertanian bagi petani sehingga dapat efektif dan efisien serta menarik minat terhadap generasi muda untuk terjun langsung ke sektor pertanian melalui penerapan teknologi modern

    The increasing number of residents and various community activities will be directly proportional to the volume of generation and composition of the waste produced. Waste management is a major problem faced by almost all regions in Indonesia, including Bandar Lampung City. Bumi Waras Village is one of the areas where waste management is still low. In dealing with waste problems, it can be done through community involvement, therefore this study aims to identify the form of community willingness to participate in waste management. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the community is willing to carry out waste management up to the collection stage with the assistance of adequate infrastructure. However, the community's willingness has not yet reached the level of waste processing at the source level

    Workers are human resources who have a very influential and significant role in carrying out the production process, especially manual activities. The production process in a workplace still requires manual human handling in the process of work, but humans have abilities and limitations both physically and non-physically that are often related to musculoskeletal. The health problem that occupies the first position associated with the job is Musculoskeletal Disorders. Method: The design of the study used in this study is to use a cross-sectional approach. Result: Data in analysis with statistical tests using chi-square test. showed the result of p-value=0.035 for age relationships and Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints); p-value= 0.013for working period relationship Of Work Ergonomics Knowledge Against Complaints; p-value=0.000 for working period relationship of Work Ergonomics Knowledge Against Complaints. Conclusion: Research conducted on freelance daily workers of Palembang Public Works and Spatial Planning Office shows that there is a relationship between age, working period, and ergonomic knowledge of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints.

    Muraja'ah merupakan suatu kegiatan mengulang, baik itu pelajaran maupun hafalan Al-Quran. Dalam menghafal Al-Quran muraja'ah adalah metode menghafal Quran  yang efektif bagi penghafal Quran yaitu Dengan konsep mengulang-ulang hafalan. Salah satu masalah seorang penghafal Al-Quran atau Hafidz Quran adalah mempertahankan hafalannyanya,bukan mendapatkannya. Maka dari itu muraja'ah adalah kunci suksesnya para penghafal Qur'an atau hafidz Qur'an untuk mempertahankan hafalannyanya. Maka dengan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis cara meningkatkan konsistensi muraja'ah dalam menghafal Al-Quran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif survei yaitu dengan mendapatkan gambaran umum dari beberapa opini dan pendapat orang lain.teknik pengumpulan data melalui kondisi yang diamati dari berbagai sumber baik itu dari opini guru dan siswa yang penghafal qur'an yang akan di wawancarai maupun data yang didapati dari berbagai sumber di internet
