    Get PDF
This study aims to implement an unsupervised learning method using the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group patients based on medical data without requiring prior disease labels. The dataset used consists of 300 simulated patient data (synthetic data) with variables of blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, and muscle pain. The results show that the model can divide patients into four main clusters: hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and respiratory infections, which are consistent with realistic clinical conditions. Analysis of the average feature per cluster, scatter plots, and heatmaps strengthen the interpretation of the characteristics of each group. This approach proves that the K-Means method can be an efficient early diagnostic tool even though the data is unlabeled

    Get PDF
The development of information and communication technology has driven an increasing need for the development of learning media that is effective, adaptive, and capable of accommodating the characteristics and needs of learners. One widely used approach in technology-based learning media development is the ASSURE model, which emphasizes systematic instructional planning, analysis of learner characteristics, selection and utilization of media, active learner engagement, as well as evaluation and revision of instruction. This study aims to comprehensively examine the development of learning media using the ASSURE model through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The SLR process was conducted following the guidelines of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) by searching the literature in Google Scholar. The selection stages included identification, screening, and inclusion of articles based on specific criteria, resulting in 13 journal articles that met the eligibility requirements. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to systematically review the types of learning media developed, the research methods employed, and the effectiveness of the media in supporting student learning outcomes. The findings indicate that e-modules and videos are the most frequently produced types of learning media, while Research and Development (R&D) dominates the research methods used, accounting for 92% of the studies. Moreover, among all analyzed media, 54% have been tested for effectiveness and were proven effective in enhancing learning outcomes, motivation, and learner engagement. These results affirm that the ASSURE model has strong potential as a framework for designing systematic, learner-centered, and effective learning media

Implementasi Sistem Penunjang Keputusan untuk Menentukan Bonus Honor Gaji Guru Bedasarkan Data Jam Lebih Menggunakan Metode Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant Time-Bound (Smart) Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus pada SMK Ikhlas Jawilan)

    Get PDF
Providing teacher bonus pay based on data on excess teaching hours is a form of recognition that can boost teacher morale and performance. However, the process of determining teacher bonus pay at SMK Ikhlas Jawilan is still manual, potentially leading to inefficiency, a lack of objectivity, and the risk of errors in calculations and decision-making. This situation highlights the need for a system that can assist the school in determining teacher bonus pay in a more systematic and measurable manner. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) for determining teacher bonus pay using the Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound (SMART) method. The criteria used in this study include excess teaching hours (inval), the teacher's role as a school organizational leader, and additional duties as laboratory manager, each of which has varying levels of importance. The process of implementing the SMART method in the system begins with determining criteria and weighting. The developed system is web-based, facilitating data management, increasing accessibility, and supporting transparency in the assessment process. The results of the system implementation indicate that the use of a web-based Decision Support System using the SMART method can assist the school in making decisions more objectively, accurately, and efficiently. Furthermore, this system can minimize subjectivity and increase fairness in determining teacher salary bonuses

Roads are a means of land transportation composed of several materials, such as bitumen, filler, coarse aggregate, and fine aggregate. Water is a common cause of damage during maintenance. This study aims to determine how immersion (water) affects Marshall properties such as stability, plastic fatigue, Marshall yield, and air voids. For statistical testing, three x nine cylindrical test specimens weighing 1200 grams were manufactured with an optimum asphalt content of 7.30%. In this study, three specimens were used, each with immersion times of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours. The results showed that soaking affected Marshall Stability, Plastic Yield, Marshall Yield, and Air Voids in the properties of the AC-WC mixture. Marshall Stability, the equation is: Y = -10.67x + 2288.5. Marshall Stability is expected to reach the requirements after 172.31 hours. The equation for the plastic yield strength is Y = 7E-05x2 – 0.0291x + 3.4923. The Marshall Yield Value can be found using the following equation: Y = -0.0042X2 + 0.3556X + 6.1448. After 95.5 hours, the Marshall Quotient is estimated to be below the required value. The equation for the air void value is Y = 0.0006X2 - 0.072X + 5.1632. The air void value is estimated to be below the required value after 20 hours
