    ABSTRACT PUTRA ANDHIKA. The Correlation Between Office Layout with Employees Productivity at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Jakarta Rawamangun. Skripsi, Jakarta: Economic Education Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. June 2016. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between office layout with employees productivity at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Jakarta Rawamangun. This research was conducted for three months starting in March 2016 until May 2016. The method used is survey with the correlational approach. The population in this research were 75 within reach population 50 employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Jakarta Rawamangun. According to the table and sample population with a level of misunderstanding 5% then obtained a sample of 44 employees using simple random technique. Data from variable X of the office layout is the primary data, in the form of questionnaires and Y about work productivity is secondary data in the from work productivity report. Test requirements analysis done is to find the regression equation obtained is Y = 37,44 + 1,10 X. Normality test results Liliefors produce Lcount = 0,121 while Ltabel = 0,134 at the significance level (a) = 0:05 to the number of samples (n) 84. Because Lcount = (0,121) Ftabel (4,07) , which means a significant regression equation. Produce regression linearity test of F (0,59) ttabel (2,01). Thus it can be stated correlation coefficient r xy = 0.3,97 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained at 15,79% indicates that 15,79% of the variation of work productivity determined office layout and the remaining influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results of this research concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between office layout with employees productivity at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Jakarta Rawamangun and suggested for the company to arrange good office layout so create a smooth working efficiency and achieve job satisfaction of employees. HERONA EXPRESS SURABAYA Oleh Ardho Andhika Putra Penelitian mi mengacu tentang bagaimana kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan apabila dinilai dan kualitasjasa layanan logistik, penelitian mi dilakukan disebabkan pelayanan jasa pengiriman barang sangat erat hubungannya dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai pemakai jasa pengiriman. Namun hingga saat mi masih banyak dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala yang menyangkut sarana transportasi dan komunikasi, faktor metode yang menyangkut masalah prosedur dan tidak jarang pula sebagai akibat faktor manusianya yang kurang memahami falsafah pelayanan, sehingga berkesan kurang pelayanan. Untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada para pelanggan, PT. Herona Express hams tanggap terhadap setiap keluhan atau pengaduan dan harus ditindak lanjuti hingga tuntas dalam waktu yang singkat. Untuk mewujdkan kepuasan para pelanggannya maka PT. Herona Express perlu meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan melalui pemberian pelayanan jasa karena jika diabaikan, maka akan terjadi kesenjangan antara keinginan konsumen dengan pelayanan yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Herona Express dan tentunya tidak akan pemah terjadi atau terciptanya loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian mi adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa di PT.Herona Express Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak .J20 responden dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Setelah melakukan penelitian, pengumpulan dan menganalisis terhadap data yang telah diperoleh dan para responden, maka dalam bab ini akan dicoba untuk menanik kesimpulan dan saran sebagai berikut: a. Karyawan yang memiliki kualitas yang baik, berpengetahuan luas, berempati dengan situasi mereka, dan membantu mereka memecahkan masalah mereka akan membuat pelanggan merasa puas. b. Information and order yang kurang tepat akan membuat konsumen tidak dapat membuat keputusan dalam menggunakan jasa perusahaan. c. Timeliness yang tidak sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan perusahaan akan dapat mempengaruhi pelanggan dalam menggunakanjasa perusahaan. d. Customer Satisfaction yang tinggi tidak mengubah pelanggan meningkatkan Loyalty. Berarti para pelanggannya puas tetapi belum tenth mereka menggunakan jasa perusahaan dikemudian hari.     EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK BERANTAI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BERMAIN PERAN DI DALAM DRAMA

    This research entitled Efektivitas Teknik Berantai Dalam Pembelajaran Bermain Peran Di Dalam Drama. The obstacle’s background of this research is the lack of teaching ability in an act play practice which has impacted to the student interests, knowledge and student incapability in learning an act play. These facts indicated by the researcher’s finding; there are lot of students which never involved in act play, incapable of an act play, even lack of act and play knowledge. The aims of this research are (1) to get evidences from the result during the process of learning act play in the experimental class by teknik berantai; (2) showing that there are significant differences in learning act play before and after using teknik berantai. The methodology of this research uses One Group Pretest-Posttest quasi design. This experiment took place in SMP Negeri 10 Bandung while the subject of the research is VIIIE as the experimental class with 30 students. Based on the data research, the result findings are: 1) there is significant improvement of act play statistic in a class after the application of teknik berantai, while the before the application was 53,90 on average, while 80,96 is the statistic . Those numbers illustrate the effectiveness of using teknik berantai in act play class

    Portrait photography is a representation of human figures in 2D. Aesthetic composition is a combination of visual elements and visual principles. Elements include: lines, shapes, values, colors, sizes, textures, and spaces. This study considers the application of these in photographic portraits. This research will use qualitative methods which are carried out in the data collection stage, the analysis phase and the interpretation stage. The results of the photographic work demonstrate that the composition will have a direct impact on the point of interest of the object of the photo. Furthermore, lighting plays a key role in the dimensions of the object, so an understanding of continuous light is needed to produce dimensionless photographs.     Raya Menganti street is one of the roads that cross the city of Surabaya and Gresik, therefore on this highway, people can experience traffic jams during rush hours, even exceeding the capacity of the road itself. In the condition of Jalan Menganti Lidah Kulon, there are several elite housing, for example, such as The Greenlake and Prambanan Regency, and there are also middle-class housing, such as Permata Safira Regency. And from this it can be seen that the population in Menganti Lidah Kulon is very dense which can exacerbate the congestion conditions at rush hour on Menganti Lidah Kulon street. Based on the case study above, it is necessary to carry out a data survey to determine road capacity, the effect of side barriers whether it has an impact on congestion or not, and the unit of passenger cars per hour and the degree of saturation on the specified day and hour. After the survey data was obtained, the data was processed based on Manual capacity road of Indonesia (MKJI 1997). The results of the data and calculations that have been processed based on the Manual capacity road of Indonesia (MKJI 1997), namely The capacity of Raya Menganti street Lidah Kulon has a value of 3141 pcu/hour, the highest traffic volume occurs on Friday afternoon from 4 to 5 pm of 5037.8 pcu/hour, the highest side resistance occurs on Saturday morning with 793 incidents / hour, the degree of saturation has a value of 1.6 which is at the level of service at the class F level

    This study aims to see the teacher's strategy in achieving gross motor learning goals during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The object of this research is the class teacher group A TK ABA Gunung Ketur Pakualaman Yogyakarta. Data interview technique by interview. The analysis of this research used Milles and Huberman. Test the validity of the data by using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed application of learning strategies is carried out, namely first, by making gross motoric learning videos then sharing them through the WhatsApp group. Second, using direct video calls with a race in it and the third, giving freedom to children to search for gross motor movement videos on YouTube. Obstacles in learning are slow parental response, bad signals, limited internet quota. For this reason, the teacher carries out home visit solutions to the homes of parents of students who have problems in the learning process

    PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN SISTEM PENILAIAN KINERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMK PGRI 2 CIMAHI

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gambaran efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, sistem penilaian kinerja, kinerja guru, serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan sistem penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 40 guru tetap yayasan SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, sistem penilaian kinerja berkategori cukup, dan kinerja guru berkategori tinggi; dan (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan sistem penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan sistem penilaian kinerja. Kata kunci : gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, sistem penilaian kinerja, kinerja guru The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of the effectiveness of the principal's transformational leadership style, performance appraisal system, teacher performance, and the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style and performance appraisal system on teacher performance. The research method uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a scale questionnaire 5 rating scale model. Respondents were 40 permanent teachers at the SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi foundation. The data analysis technique used regression analysis. The results showed: (1) the transformational leadership style is in the very high category, the performance appraisal system is in the moderate category, and the teacher's performance is in the high category; and (2) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's transformational leadership style and performance appraisal system on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore, teacher performance can be improved through improving the principal's transformational leadership style and performance appraisal systems.     GAMBARAN KEBIASAAN JAJAN SISWA DI SEKOLAH (Studi di Sekolah Dasar Hj. Isriati Semarang)

    Latar Belakang: Kebiasaan mengonsumsi makanan jajanan sangat populer dikalangan anak-anak sekolah. Kebiasaan jajan tersebut sangat sulit untuk dihilangkan. Biasanya makanan jajanan yang mereka sukai adalah makanan dengan warna, penampilan, tekstur, aroma dan rasa yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebiasaan jajan siswa di Sekolah Dasar Hj. Isriati Semarang. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif . Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 5 SD Hj. Isriati Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan proportional random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 siswa. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi kebiasaan jajan anak di sekolah dan kebiasaan lain yang berhubungan dengan kebiasaan jajan. Data diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Hasil: Sebagian besar siswa (98,7%) mengonsumsi jajanan di sekolah. Siswa terbiasa mengonsumsi sarapan dan tidak membawa bekal makanan ke sekolah. Rata-rata siswa menghabiskan uang sebesar Rp. 5.090,91 perhari untuk membeli makanan jajanan. Sebanyak 58,4% siswa membeli jajanan di sekitar atau luar sekolah. Sebagian besar makanan jajanan (72,7%) beresiko tinggi mengandung bahaya. Rata-rata siswa jajan 2 kali dalam sehari pada waktu istirahat sekolah. Sebanyak 42,3% siswa jarang mencuci tangan sebelum makan dan 35,9% siswa pernah sakit setelah mengonsumsi jajanan. Simpulan: Siswa SD Hj. Isriati Semarang gemar membeli makanan jajanan meskipun terbiasa mengonsumsi makan pagi. Makanan jajanan juga banyak dibeli oleh siswa yang tidak membawa bekal makanan ke sekolah. Banyak siswa membeli makanan jajanan yang dijual di sekitar atau luar sekolah. Sebagian besar makanan jajanan yang dijual berisiko tinggi mengandung bahaya. Siswa pernah sakit setelah mengonsumsi jajanan di sekolah
